One of the largest regatta’s in the South West, Henri Lloyd Falmouth Week is a fantastic 9 day event seeing 450 yachts and dinghies taking to the waters from the 11th – 19th August.
The week begins with a superb racing schedule, testing even the most experienced of sailors! Over 80,000 visitors flock to the area to watch this sailing spectacle with superb viewing spots at Pendennis and St Mawes Castles, St Anthony Head and Flushing. However, not all the action takes place on the water – there’s a range of fantastic events taking place throughout the day at Events Square. There are climbing walls for the kids, a 50’s Tea Dance for the ladies, a superb Blades aerobatic display and some spectacular bike acrobatics by World famous trial riders. Shoreside events culminate with a fireworks display over the harbour on Friday night.
