A couple of months ago we told you about our latest venture in the village of Mevagissey. We instructed a local builder who transformed our Bude office, to work their magic on a local shop and turn it into Aspects Holidays' latest office and also renovate and refurbish the apartment above into a high end holiday let.

Work started in mid-January and 6 months on, we are delighted with the results. To say we had local interest about what we were doing there would be an understatement. Everyone wanted to know what was happening to this very visible and well known building. Mevagissey has a fantastic community and we loved chatting to anyone who wanted to know how things were progressing throughout the build. Havos took the property back to the bare bones, replacing timbers, installing steels and then making sure it was well insulated before putting it all back together to produce a great office space for our two new Aspects staff and a gorgeous luxury pad for two upstairs - Corner House Loft, which is now available to let.

By the end of June, with a DIY SOS type final push, work was completed on schedule and we were up and running, launching both office and apartment with a grand opening on the 30th June. Local residents, businesses and even a few holiday makers enjoyed a tour with some bubbly and nibbles while the Aspects team, who all popped over from our other offices, also got the grand tour. 

We love this latest location and holiday home owners as well as visitors to the area are already keeping us busy. 

The office is managed by Michelle Frank and open 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.
