On Wednesday 7th November, our offices will be closed for the first time ever on a normal working day, in the pursuit of offering better customer service to our guests and property owners - ironic, we know :) 

We like to think we're already pretty good at what we do, but know there is always room for improvement. With that in mind, we'll be spending the day with Geoff Ramm, a customer experience expert and creator and author of 'Celebrity Service'.

We'll be back open as usual on Thursday 8th November.
