Looking straight out over the Atlantic towards Trevose head and within walking distance of two of Newquay’s finest beaches, 97 Pentire is an exceptional holiday home. Refurbished with immaculate attention to detail, this three bedroom, modern house offers families, groups or even couples looking for luxury and space a perfect retreat in an enviable location. You can even bring the pooch!

The bright, flowing living spaces span the first floor providing a real ‘wow’ factor with fabulous views from both sides. The large kitchen is designed for entertaining, with stunning views and French doors leading to a sunny decked terrace overlooking Crantock Beach and the Gannel Estuary. Downstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom and ensuite shower room and a large, enclosed garden; the perfect spot for barbeques and an evening glass of wine.

In a fantastic location with views up and down the coast, the rugged headland and the world famous surfing beach of Fistral is a short stroll away, and during the summer you are moments from the row-boat ferry that takes you over to Crantock Beach. With parking space on the drive for plenty of cars, you can venture further afield to Padstow or Watergate Bay to dine at Rick Stein or Jamie Oliver’s restaurants with ease.

Alternatively, if pure relaxation is on your agenda, stay in and simply enjoy the south facing, sunny balcony with enclosed garden and furniture for dining al fresco. The property’s position can allow you to watch the sunrise while having breakfast in the comfort of the kitchen whilst, later in the day, enjoy the sunset with cocktails on the terrace.

The prize consists of a 7 night stay, based on up to 6 people staying at 97 Pentire in Newquay, courtesy of Aspects Holidays.

Travel costs are not included in the prize, the winners will need to make their own travel arrangements. The break must be taken at the time stated and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any food and drink or extras that are not mentioned in the above prize is chargeable.

The prize can be taken in 2016, and includes February half-term and October half-term 2016. However all other school holidays are not included.

There is no cash alternative available. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter, and must not be an employee of any of the businesses involved. By providing personally identifiable information when entering this free prize draw, Aspects Holidays and Visit Cornwall may use it to provide you with ongoing information about their products and services. You may receive communications from each business, although you can unsubscribe at any time, if you wish to do so.
