If you’re coming to Cornwall during the half term Halloween period we thought that we would save you the hassle of scouring the internet and compile a list of things to do that both adults and kids can enjoy!
West Cornwall
Hayle – Head to Paradise Park during the half term period for their daily Halloween Trail. Or take the kids along to a Halloween Disco on the 31st between 3-6pm…fancy dress is a must!
Marazion – Visit St Michael’s Mount on the 31st for a day full of fun FREE children’s activities. There will be spooky storytelling, face painting, bouncy castle and Island trail from 11am until 4pm.
St Ives – Explore St Ives at night and take a guided walk with Shanty Baba. Find the most haunted places around town and discover St Ives’ spooky side.

South Cornwall Coast
Falmouth – Take an after-hours tour of the National Maritime Museum Cornwall where spooky shenanigans are guaranteed! From 6:30pm you’ll have the opportunity to make monster masks and trick or treat baskets in preparation for your torch-lit tour.
St Austell – Explore the Eden Project on the 30th and 31st October with an evening full of Halloween activities. As well as ice-skating and face painting there will be a Little Monsters fancy dress disco in the Mediterranean Biome and the chance to get hands-on in Eden’s Witchcraft tent! The fun starts from 6pm onwards.
Helston – Attend an evening of Halloween fun for the grown-ups at Rosuick Organic Farm in St. Martin, Helston. Their famous Masked Ball is rumoured to be the best in the South West and this year will include a Snow Dome, an all-night scary circus show, a terrifying maze manned by Kernow Scare Attractions and dusk til dawn music from acts such as Mylo and The Cuban Brothers. Taking place on the 27th October, make sure you book your ticket in advance to guarantee a spot!

North Cornwall Coast
Newquay – Visit Newquay Zoo for an evening of spooky fun! Listen to some spine-tingling tales by resident witches, try your hand at making your own wand, and if you’re brave enough, go trick or treating around the Zoo.
Pool – Heartlands takes a modern twist on a traditional mining and heritage attraction and is situated just between Redruth and Camborne. This October they have daily art and craft workshops for the children including pumpkin carving and horror mask making as well as taster archery sessions. For the adults there are paranormal investigations on the 27th Oct and 3rd November as well as a screening of Scream on the 1st Nov. Make sure you book for these evening events to avoid disappointment.

Bodmin
Bodmin – No Halloween would be complete without a visit to the famous Jamaica Inn. By teaming up with experienced paranormal investigators, ‘Haunted Happenings’, Jamaica Inn will be promoting two evenings of late-night ghost hunts.
Bodmin – There is so much going on at Lanhydrock for Halloween you won’t know which event to attend! There are daily garden trails and Halloween crafts for the children, and evening entertainment for the big kids with a pre-electricity lamplight tour around the house as well as a spooky adventure around the woods on the 31st.
