July 2024

This Beachside Apartment is absalubtly perfect, from comfort, cleanliness and the obvious stunning view and easy access down to the beach. It has literally everything you need from excellent board games and books (even a children's Bible! Which was highly appreciated since we are a Christian family & needed to travel light on the trains). The kitchen has everything to cook tasty Jamie Oliver Family favourites and the Portmerion crockery was a huge welcome surprise! The cute little soft animal doorstops added to the charm and the Jo Downs wall art especially in the main bathroom was just stunning, which i now want to copy at home! The outdoor decking area was also very lovely and to hear the sound of the waves to fall asleep too was just perfect! Once again everyone at Aspects were just the BEST EVER! Nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone always goes above and beyond with friendliness and customer service. I always pay for our holidays over the phone rather than online, simply as its always a pleasure to speak to anyone from Aspects! We also really appreciated The Yellow Canary Voucher, Thank You! I recommend one of the Deli Subs and hand made scotch egg! We have come home feeling rested, restored and once again fabulous memories to treasure. Even tho the weather was a bit touch and go, Aspects made it a full on sunny holiday! Thank You again!!!!!!!

Castaways is the medicine that we all need!

Our holiday with Aspects holidays was lovely, well managed process from start to finish, we stayed at Castaways in Carbis bay, the apartment is beautiful and the view is stunning, the parking however was not great, we had problems with the gates. Also we are not used to having to go to pick keys up, other places we have stayed use keysafes, Aspects wanted us to collect and return keys to their office? In general though very satisfied with everything else.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are so pleased to hear that you had a lovely stay at Castaways - those views of the bay are pretty spectacular, aren't they!? Though we are sorry you had a few issues with the car park gates, had we known we would have been more than happy to assist.

While a lot of property owners choose to have keysafes, some decide not to, or are limited by different building management regulations. With our head office being on the way to Carbis Bay, we hope that this didn't cause too much of an inconvenience at the beginning of your stay. Katy, Customer Services.

A tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment in a lovely location.

We absolutely love staying at Castaways. This was our third time and we have booked for next year. We are a family of four, two young daughters and It has everything we need. Castaways location is beautiful. We are always asked where we stay as our photos look like they were taken abroad! The apartment is fully equipped and has space for all of us to spread out. We love nothing more than sitting out and having fish and chips from Becks and taking in the view! Bliss!

Beautifully presented apartment, very comfy beds and lovely to go to bed listening to the sea! Easy zig zag path to the beach using fob for electric pedestrian gate. Easy walk to the station for cheap train ride to st.Ives

Our second stay at Castaways, which we enjoyed just as much as the first. Very well equipped, comfortable apartment in a great location above the beach at Carbis Bay with easy access to the train station for exploring St Ives or further afield via St Erth.

Great location Very well equipped

Castaways, 101 Carbis Beach Apartments with always being very important to us as a family. This was are 1st family holiday break as family of 4. Plus are daughter turn 6 while we were stopping there. And my youngest 1st time on a beach and she loved it.?? It was home from home and very comfortable to stay in .Looking over carbis bay was amazing. My husband Richard said he could stay out there and watch this view all day. To the owners thank for sharing Castaway with us you gave us memories with our girls that we will never forget. Plus collecting some other items which will forgot to pick up from the apartment back to aspect holidays. Which they forwarded on to us. You made my 6 year old very happy to have her ?? back thank you x

We had a great stay in this apartment. The decor and light make it a wonderful place to relax with great views. We loved having a coffee in the morning on the patio whilst enjoying the stunning views!

Castaways is an amazing apartment which makes the most of the wonderful sea view - which was the absolute star of the apartment! We have stayed in Carbis Bay quite a few times over the past seven years and this was by far the best apartment we've stayed in. Both the main bedroom and the living room (and the kitchen too, because of the brilliant "hatch") have views of the sea, and you can't get away from the sound of the waves 24/7 - which we adored! Castaways is beautifully and very tastefully decorated in a stylish coastal theme, very clean, very well-equipped (especially the kitchen - so many appliances and all Portmeirion crockery!) and comfortable. Loved the outdoor space with table and chairs too for sitting outside to make the most of the marvellous sea view. We really didn't want to leave at all... We'll definitely be back when we can!

Great location and amazing views. We’d happily stay in this lovely apartment again.

101 castaways really is a slice of heaven, there really isn’t any other place like this where you can just sit and watch a stunning view all day, and should you decide to break from the stunning view and venture out, there is a little footpath down to the beach, and the train just outside the gates to take you where you want to go. Castaways is decorated beautifully, and has everything and more you need to make your holiday hassle free, this is our 2nd time in this apartment and like last time my little boy cried when we closed and locked the door to come home.

We loved this apartment - we stayed in the same block last September so knew that we would like the location.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped with high quality crockery, glasses, saucepans and baking trays/dishes for those who like to cook, comfortable and quiet and perfectly positioned. Loved all the artwork and the lamps - made it feel very homely.

Aspects Holidays have been fantastic yet again - as long as they have accommodation that we like, we would not book with anyone else.

Loved this apartment so much, we have already booked for next year.

We had a lovely stay at Castaways, which is a really comfortable, clean & well equipped apartment in one of the best locations in Carbis Bay. Having a secure, allocated parking space is a real bonus in this part of Cornwall.

Wonderful, clean and equipped. A perfect getaway

Lovely location overlooking close to the beach. Very well equipped. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Castaways, the apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect. Beautiful sea views and ideally located by the train station. Will definitely be returning!

The view was amazing, the property had everything you could ever want and was immuculate on arrival, we loved castaways a perfect holiday home!

Castaways is an excellent holiday apartment in a superb position beside Carbis Bay. It is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The views out to sea and over the beach are amazing from the lounge and main bedroom. The decking has outdoor furniture which we used most days having a coffee or glass of wine whilst enjoying the gorgeous views and sound of the waves on the shore. The train station is just a few minutes walk away and handy for St Ives, which is only one stop and costs a pound. We walked into town along the coastal path several times which took thirty minutes and is worth the effort. Overall Castaways is a lovely holiday home and we would not hesitate to book again.
