March 2025

Lovely comfortable apartment in superb location with everything one could need. Super views over the bay. Will certainly consider booking this again for a few days R&R. Would recommend using the train or bus to get to St Ives. Even in inclement weather there is plenty to do in the town itself (check opening days for galleries!) and I managed to walk several miles of the coastal path. I would also recommend buying a Countywide Rover parking permit - that was very useful for trips to other towns in the area.

We just couldn’t fault this property. Exceptionally well presented and equipped. Extremely clean and great views. Lovely peaceful location within easy walking distance of Carbis Bay beach and St Ives. Would not hesitate to stay here again

We had a wonderful stay The view is stunning as is the apartment Felt at home and relaxed as soon as we walked in Everything you need for your stay is provided We very much appreciated the pint of milk left in the fridge! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Carbis bay is beautiful it has a lovely coffee shop and a couple of restaurants Right next to the beach. We loved to sit with a drink and watch the waves roll in and out. The walk along the coastal path to St Ives is lovely or you can hop on the train. The walk along the coastal path in the other direction towards Lelant is great too a little more challenging but again you can hop on and off the train(£4 for an all day ticket) We found some lovely beaches and would recommend The old forge In Lelant for a meal after your walk

Firstly thank you to Mike and Tina for allowing us to stay in their beautiful apartment! The welcome basket was very thoughtful. The apartment is very smartly decorated and furnished, very comfy bed. We absolutely loved the views out to Gwithian sands, which changed constantly. The apartment kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to cook. The location is fabulous. Easy access to the beach and train , also near the main road for the bus and local eateries. We visited the Cornish arms, La Casita and Becks, which all offered great food and even better friendly staff and owners! The coastal walk to Lelant was lovely. One tip - if you want to catch the train at Lelant you have to put your arm out! The bus to St Ives was regular and easy too. We visited the great cafe at Godrevy point, beautiful walks everywhere, but that is Cornwall! This is a great base for exploring West Cornwall. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location and amazing views. Facilities provided was everything we needed. Car park was a little tight but we managed it. Layout of flat was perfect for a couple. Would definitely book again
