Beautifully styled with comfort and relaxation in mind, Heather Moor is the perfect, family, seaside retreat whether you are a large family, or group of friends looking for a Cornish getaway. Split over two floors, the house sleeps eight in four bedrooms, and offers generous social spaces where guests can relax, and reconnect, away from the bustle of everyday life. Situated down a quiet lane, from your private parking space you can open the front door where the entrance hall greets you and where you will find three well-appointed double bedrooms and a family bathroom, along with the sleek, modern, kitchen, where the designated chef of the party can cook up a storm. The first floor boasts a spacious sitting and dining area, where the family can gather for fun get togethers, complete with woodburner to cosy up next to on a chilly evening. Leading off from the sitting room is an enclosed balcony, with views across to Gwithian and Hayle, a welcoming spot for your morning cup of coffee, or to relax in the Cornish sunshine with a good book. The fourth bedroom with its en suite shower room is also located on this floor.
The south-facing garden provides a great spot for alfresco laid-back lunches, or a tipple on a balmy summer evening - that's if you're not too busy trying out all the tempting eateries in Carbis Bay and St Ives, of which you are spoilt for choice. Carbis Bay is your local beach and can be found less than a 10-minute walk away. Its turquoise waters cater for all, from those looking to just dip their toes in the sea, to the more adventurous, who wish to take to the seas and explore in kayaks or learn to stand-up paddleboard. It's easy to venture out of Carbis Bay and explore West Cornwall and beyond, knowing you have an allocated parking space to return to each evening. However, if you choose to leave the car behind, the local St Ives train line is only a 10 min stroll away. You can hop on the scenic branch line and head into the bustling harbour town of St Ives, and explore the cobbled streets, enjoy a pasty, or just pursue the shops, local art galleries and cafes, all in your own time. For anyone who wishes to bring their four-legged companion along, they are very welcome at Heather Moor!
