The outside space at the property has been well thought out, with multiple parking spaces to the front, and an ample garden to the rear, finished with a tiled area, complete with hot tub, there is also an external shower, and BBQ provided on the terrace. Miramar truly is a luxurious getaway and no expense has been spared, with your comfort in mind. Miramar overall is a lovely house with amazing views. It is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. The snug on the top floor is very cosy. My Grandson loved the giant beanbags. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and garden.

July 2024

Miramar is luxurious, exceptionally well equipped, spacious and beautifully styled. We spent an unforgettable week here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Carbis Bay Beach, and conveniently across the road from Tesco. St Ives is easy to walk to on foot, downhill on the main road or along the coastal path for the more adventurous! We often and easily caught the bus back which dropped us off on the main road just a few yards from Miramar.

All the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed waking up to the sea views. The 2 living rooms meant the younger members of our family could watch what they wanted on the TV upstairs whilst playing games and lounging on the bean bags, whilst the adults had the luxury of the downstairs to ourselves, bliss! Everyone appreciated and enjoyed having their own bathroom!

The welcome goodies left out for our arrival were yummy, thank you! We will definitely return!

We loved this house, it was so beautiful. Everything was high spec too! We wanted a lovely base as we knew the weather wouldn’t be so good. The view over the bay was mesmerising. We loved the walk into St Ives and we enjoyed Carbis Bay hotel beach club too. Thank you Aspects holidays, we won’t hesitate to use you again!

Had a wonderful week with family, would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic property in a super location. We had 3 couples sharing the house and it fulfilled all of our needs amply. Although the property is in an elevated position, hence the superb views, buses run several times an hour and there is a bus stop outside the property to get to and from St Ives or further afield if you wish. Cornish Arms and Tragenna Castle are a 5 minute stroll away if you feel like a lazy one. All in all a beautiful property with stunning views. Would definitely like to return.

This property is amazing - I have stayed in many home and abroad and none have matched this house Easily could accommodate 2 families loads of space . Clean, beautiful property. Everything in by you could wish for and more . Clearly well thought out. No expense spared .

Miramar was excellent. Large, clean and as described. The hot tub was great for all ages, and we loved the trips to the beaches. Lots of hills mean not ideal for the infirm, but if you like walking this place is for you!

We have just returned after having an amazing family holiday at the Miramar. There were 7 Adults and two toddlers and this wonderful house accommodated for all our needs. My only concern was there was no safety gate on the patio steps leading to the garden only because we had two small children with us.The house was very clean and provided us with everything we needed .The location was superb and having the large Tesco and bus stops on our doorstop was so convenient. The views from the balconies in the house were breathtaking. I would not hesitate on booking this property again as it has all you will ever need for a great holiday. We have left with so many amazing memories of our comforting stay at the Miramar. Thank you

Thank you for your review and we are so glad to hear just how much you enjoyed your time at this beautiful property. It certainly makes for a great space for all the family, doesn't it? We can understand why some may worry about the steps down to the garden, so we try to show these as best as possible on the website photos so that guests can make an informed decision on whether this property will suit all the parties needs, so we do hope that this was what you had expected. We will certainly pass on your suggestion of a gate to the property owners, in case this is something that is possible, and they may want to consider. Thanks again and we hope to see you back here soon. Tanya, Customer Services

We really enjoyed our stay at Miramar and the standard of decor is of a high standard.

The hot tub was enjoyed by us all and the complimentary cream tea was a nice touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miramar. The accommodation is superb and we made use of the well-maintained hot tub. We usually stay down in St Ives, but we're a large party and wanted more space and parking. We were able to park our three cars in the driveway and get them in and out independently quite easily, despite the slope. It was handy to have the Tesco supermarket just across the road. We still went into St Ives most days. It's a lovely walk via Carbis Bay beach if you're fit enough and don't mind hills. Otherwise, the local taxi companies were handy.

Amazing space with great views. The house is even better than the pictures show! Great views out over Carbis Bay. Really centrally located, although get ready for some steep walks back from St Ives. Fantastic place and will definitely return ??

Had a fantastic stay at Miramar- beautiful property furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Big Tesco within walking distance also not a bad walk to St Ives. Sea views from property were amazing. The only negative was the steep walk up from the beach. First visit to Cornwall- definitely won't be the last.

Miramar, excellent executive holiday home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our expectations were exceeded, great views, spotless facilities with high end furnishings and equipment. Outside shower and Hot tub were a lovely bonus. Booking via Aspect holidays was an easy process.

We would recommend Miramar to others and stay there again ourselves.

We had a great holiday at Miramar. Aspects Holidays made the booking easy and when we arrived the house was everything we expected. It was spacious, stylish, had fantastic views over Carbis Bay and was well equipped. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and it was a pleasant surprise to find hand soap provided in every bathroom and milk in the fridge when we arrived. Disney plus was another pleasant surprise. The only criticism was the water pressure was quite low so the bath took ages to fill and we could not have a shower at the same time, which might be a problem for large families. Aside from this we had a lovely time and didn’t want to leave.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for letting us know about the water pressure. We have had a chat with the owner about it and they are having this investigated. We are glad that you liked it here and hopefully we will see you back again one day. Tanya, Customer Services
