Enjoyed our stay. As mentioned last year ,to avoid the steps down to the apartment from the car park use the side path. The views from the apartment are lovely. Only a couple of minutes walk to the train station to catch the train to St Ives. Lovely coastal walks and a easy coastal walk into St Ives.

For nature lovers, the Steeple Woods Nature Reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife and plants. Relax and explore the forty acre space which overlooks St Ives.

For the more adventurous soul, the St Michael’s Way is a 12.5 mile trek starting at nearby Lelant, and finishing up at the stunning St Michael’s Mount in Marazion. If the walk back doesn’t seem too appealing, you can always ride the open-top bus all the way back!

Enjoyed our stay. As mentioned last year ,to avoid the steps down to the apartment from the car park use the side path. The views from the apartment are lovely. A truly wonderful apartment in an awesome location. Loved having breakfast on the balcony in the morning sunshine. Best holiday in a while and we are hoping to have a second holiday here in 2025. The Harrison Family (June 2024)

Sea Fever is a delightful property with amazing views over the sea. We have stayed there several times and it has never disappointed us. Carbis Bay beach is stunning with lots of white sand. We also really enjoyed walking along the coastal footpath to St Ives or in the other direction to Lelant as they both have beautiful views.

Lovely apartment with great sea views. Very comfortable and clean. We have stayed here 3 times and hopefully we will be back again.

Lovely apartment. We used the side path to avoid the 33 steps!!.Large main bedroom with plenty wardrobe space. Twin room ...watch for banging your legs on the bed frames. Breakfast on the balcony is great.Lovely views. Good parking. Access to the train station (2/3 minutes walk)and very reasonable train fare into St Ives.

Fantastic apartment that has amazing views and is in a perfect location. The apartment itself is decorated and furnished to a great standard. The beds are so comfortable!!

Our family loves staying at Sea Fever, It’s like home away from home for us. Comfortable and cosy with a beautiful sea view, it’s a wonderful apartment and we love the location so much it’s what keeps us coming back year after year.

Excellent weeks holiday . Ideal location and apartment was very comfortable and peaceful. Our 18 month old grandson enjoyed himself and it was ideal/safe for him. Plenty of room and very clean and all the utensils you could think of. Thank you. Look forward to booking again.

Sea view is a lovely apartment with beautiful sea views. The balcony only gets the sun first thing in the morning, so make the most of it. The walk down to the beach is hilly, so maybe not so good for anyone with mobility issues. Carbis Bay beach is beautiful and there are some facilities such as toilets and a deli serving tea and coffee. You can also get an ice-cream. The restaurants and hotel are beautiful but expensive. The coastal walk to St Ives is probably the easiest I have done in Cornwall, so far. There are steps at the beginning and a steep slope at the end. The views are amazing. There is a train station not far from the apartment so you can get that instead. Much more to do at St Ives, it's a busy town with some lovely restaurants, cafe's and boutique shops. There are more beaches the other side of the harbour. Porthminster is a gorgeous sandy beach but beware the seagulls. Carbis Bay itself, doesn't have a lot, there is Becks fish and chips and they have a restaurant. Food was very good. There is a Cost cutters and a Tesco's on the main road. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Great week in Sea Fever. The apartment was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable and with a lovely view. Very well equipped, plenty of storage and spacious. Lovely little welcome gift much appreciated. Parking was great too as we had a Citroën Dispatch and had no problem with parking. Very close to train station for easy access to St Ives. Would definitely recommend Aspects and Sea Fever.

Stayed at 8 Riviera for a week, apartment had everything we needed. Lovely sea views. Only 5 minutes walk to train which we used most days as only £4 return to St ives for two. Will definitely return.

This was our second stay at sea fever and definitely not our last, a beutifully clean and fresh apartment with lots of space, everything that is needed for a comfortable holiday, the views are exellent towards godrevy lighthouse and the towans, also st Ives from the balcony, the location is really good, exellent access to the train station for those further days out, sea fever gives a real holiday feel, aspects were exellent as they always are, nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed, Thanks aspects, highly recommended....??.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as lovely as last year. The views from the living room, kitchen and balcony are incredible and even more so at sunset. I wish I could live there!

It was my first time in this part of Cornwall and I was not disappointed. The apartment was bright and spacious with great views, and ideally situated for the sandy beach of Carbis bay and exploring further afield. Also just a short walk to train into St Ives.

Wonderful holiday, location and views exactly as described by Aspects. Ease of parking, within easy distance of places of interest, and within walking distance to St.Ives.

As my wife said as soon as we walked in to Sea Fever, I could live here no problem. Hopefully to return next year.

Great apartment with a lovely view. Comfortable, clean and warm (when necessary) . It was great to be close to the Carbis bay railway station which gives quick access to St Ives and Penzance and is a lovely scenic line. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Felt very relaxed after our stay. Thank you

Sea Fever was a comfortable and spacious apartment. It had everything we needed to make it feel like home for a week. Was clean and ready early for us which after a 10 hour drive was perfect. Views are amazing from the balcony. Quite a few steps so would be an issue with mobility problems but we absolutely loved it. Loads of leaflets left to look at for places to visit. The property is in a great location with easy access to the local St Ives train station. Perfect

Sea fever is a lovely apartment with great size rooms, it is fresh and clean with everything that is needed for a comfortable holiday. The views towards godrevy lighthouse from the living room and towards st ives from the kitchen are amazing, the balcony is a great little space for enjoying a glass of wine of an evening. The walk down the hill to the beach is rewarded with lovely light golden sand and gentle waves, a stunning beach. There are cafes and bars run by the hotel along the beach. The railway is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, the most scenic railway line in to st Ives it is wonderful ( a few minutes ride and very inexpensive). All in all sea fever has it all, quieter location away from the hustle and bustle of st Ives but only a short train ride away from st Ives. St Ives itself has an abundance of shops and bars and comes alive at night..truly stunning. Aspects were fantastic from start to finish and the welcome gift was really appreciated after a long journey, suffice to say we have already booked sea fever for next year. Thanks aspects.

Lovely spacious apartment, ideal location for ease of getting to the beach or strolling into St Ives without the need of using a car.

This apartment is lovely near to a lot of beaches we would highly recommend it had every thing you could need views are wonderfull will definitely stay again ??

Very comfortable with lovely sea views and walks beach rail and buses very close to apartment.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular views. Exceeded our expectations, rebooked for next year in another apartment in the block as this one is already taken.

Highly recommend holiday accommodation, very friendly staff. Already booked for next year, the same apartment, the views were exactly as seen on the web site. Cannot recommend this company highly enough (in fact I already have to all our friends.) Top marks Aspect! ??????????

The apartment has the most amazing views across the sea towards St Ives from the kitchen and across to Hayle and Godrevy lighthouse from the lounge. It is fully equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. It is only a short walk to Carbis Bay station so you can take the very pretty 5 minute train ride to St Ives. Otherwise you can take the south west coast path along to St Ives or in the other direction to Lelant. We visited two National Trust gardens on our holiday but there are many other privately owned gardens to visit too.

We had lovely walks to St Ives along the coast path and along the road, a few steep inclines but nothing too strenuous, and walk the other way to Porthkidney beach although you cant get directly over to Hayle beach as you have to cross the river. Train station is about 150mts down the path where you can also get on the coastal path. There is a Tesco about 1/5 mile down the rd to St ives.

An excellent apartment for 4 people, comfortable, roomy and lovely views. Handy for the train station with a few minutes ride into St Ives.

Whilst regular visitors to West Cornwall this was our first stay in Carbis Bay. Sea Fever are apartment blocks easily located off the main road leading into St Ives. The apartment has its own outside nominated parking space within a decent sized car park which is easy to access. 8 Riviera is situated down a couple of flights of steps from the car park and then up to the first floor. A very bright apartment with magnificent sea views from the kitchen (towards St. Ives) and The Towans and Godrevy Lighthouse from the lounge. Well equipped on arrival with all the normal things like TV, DVD, radio etc. Cosy and practical kitchen. Two decent sized bedrooms with main one having en suite facilities. Small balcony with furniture can be accessed from either the lounge or kitchen. Outside cupboard (next to front door) had supply of windbreak, beach mats etc. which was unexpected and most welcome.

Aspect's directions were spot on and we had no problem finding the apartment. Just a short stroll down to Carbis Bay itself from the apartments. There is also a lovely walk along the cliff-top through to St. Ives. Takes about 20 minutes depending how you walk the ups and downs of the path! The route takes you past the Carbis Bay hotel with its' own cafe and amenities on the beach and you can stop for a quick coffee on the way! Coming back can be the same route or we took the scenic train ride one stop back to Carbis Bay from St. Ives which was a real treat with the sea views this offers. Very cheap as well. Don't forget to ask for a group save if there are three adults or more as this knocks a third off the off peak price and so much cheaper than parking and the hassle that goes with it.

A short walk up to and along the main road takes you to a well stocked Costcutter and there is a decent sized Tesco about a mile down the road. Heading towards Lelant there is Beck's Fish & Chip shop and restaurant - really nice food and good sized portions.

We were a party of three adults staying a fortnight and had a great holiday. A real wrench to come home!

The apartment was lovely and spacious, had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful sea views - highly recommended!

A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The area is easy to explore using the train from Carbis Bay or park at St Erth to enjoy rides on the beautiful branchline. Expect hills as Carbis Bay is built on a steep hillside but the views from this apartment are tremendous So much to explore for all ages & all close by.

This is our third stay at Sea Fever which speaks volumes - very well equipped apartment with sea views, a fabulous safe sandy beach with turquoise waters just down the hill and the scenic railway just yards away for easy travel into nearby St Ives which is also accessible by foot - all in all a perfect location for a very relaxed holiday. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back for a fourth visit!

This was our second stay in Carbis Bay at this property and intend to stay again. Welcoming staff, great location, spacious comfortable property and spotlessly clean. Well done Aspects!

We love this apartment so much this is the second year we have stayed here, and we are planning on coming back again next year. It is the perfect location. We love the sea view from the apartment. It is a quick walk to Carbis Bay beach and the train station and such easy access to the coastal paths. The apartment is very spacious and gets lots of natural sunlight. Feels like home away from home for us

A lovely well equipped flat with fabulous views towards St Ives one way and Hayle and Godrevy the other. We were greeted with the ingredinets to make tea, coffee and biscuts and there was a vase of fresh red roses on the hall table.

The lounge and bedrooms were a good size, both with fitted wardrobes and drawers. There were also games, books and jigsaws for rainy days and buckets and spades, fishing net and surf board for sunny ones.

There are quite a lot of steps down from parking area and more upto flat but Carbis Bay and St Ives is very hilly so anyone with mobility problems should seek further advice before booking. There is a very good train service which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Great stay at 8 Riviera Apartments, Carbis Bay. Lovely location, superb beach and train stop just down the lane into St Ives or St Erth. Great sea views. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Superb location , beautiful apartment furnished with everything you need for a home from home . Only small downside noisy neighbours in upstairs apartment

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are so sorry that you experienced noise from the apartment above. I don't believe that this has been an issue there before, but with differing guests in the apartment each week, we would hope that what you experienced was a one-off. It sounds like you enjoyed everything else about it, so we hope that this didn't take the shine off it for you. Tanya, Customer Services.

Lovely apartment. Light, spacious and well equipped. It has the most beautiful ocean views. Great location with a quick, easy walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back

Stunning position with exceptional views. A lovely part of Cornwall all year round

We love staying at Riviera Apartements. The accomodation is comfortable & spacious - in an excellent location.
