£1213 - £3191 per week
Book

Immaculately presented, Sydney House is a contemporary, Cornish beach house that sleeps up to eight guests, ideal for a break with the extended family on the water's edge. With a cleverly landscaped garden and wood fired hot tub, during summer months, you'll find yourself dining al fresco most evenings gathered around the custom-built pizza oven, enjoying conversation that continues long after the sun has set. Here you will find a house for all seasons, open the double doors, and bring the outside in, on summer days, whilst in winter, gather the family to storm-watch by the roaring woodburner.

Sydney House is a modern styled home with comfortable accommodation and coastal views from most rooms. If you can tear yourself away, then you are just a stone's throw from the historic Pengersick Castle and a short walk from the unspoilt sweeping sandy beach at Praa Sands, with year-round surf and far-reaching views, for creating those seaside, bucket and spade memories that will last a lifetime. Spend long summer days exploring the surrounding beaches, paths and coves, or visit nearby St Michael's Mount, Porthleven, Penzance and St Ives. From the glass-fronted living area, to the imaginatively designed outdoor living space, Sydney House will see all guests leave with inspired minds, and glowing skin.

Great house in a scenic location making a great home from home

What a beautiful property! Excellent location and everything was to the highest standard.

A fabulous, bright home within easy distance of a great sandy beach. Really well equipped with lots of kids’ games as a nice surprise. We were very lucky to have some lovely sunny days and make full use of the delightful outside space.

Sydney House was very impressive. Inside it has been finished to a very high standard and it was very comfortable. We had a marvelous time here and the games and books that were available were an added bonus. The outside area is great with the hot tub and the pizza oven. My daughters and grandchildren even had fun making their own pizzas. The small summer house was a favorite of the grandchildren. I would recommend this house to anyone.
