Great location, nice house.

August 2024

We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room in the cottage spread over 3 floors. Beds are very comfortable and bed linen lovely and soft. The walk back from beach or centre is up a steep hill. You will definitely improve your fitness staying here. Very impressed with Aspects who informed us before our stay of a possible noise issue with the attic conversion opposite. We had no issue with this in the end. They started work around 8.30am until about 4pm weekdays but we did not find it effected us. Very clean and comfortable house. We will continue to use Aspects to book our holidays.

Great location, nice house.

Not to so good, no Wi-Fi, toilet didn't work - overall just okay.

We are sorry that the Wi-Fi was not working during your stay at 3 Atlantic Terrace, and that you had an issue with the toilet light. We know it's never nice to experience these things while you are away on holiday, and there is never a good time for these things to happen, but the team here worked to get these things sorted for you as quickly as possible so your stay could get back on track. We very much hope we can welcome you back to Cornwall again soon. Katy, Customer Services.

We stayed at this property for our July holiday with 5 family members including grandparents and a toddler. It was quite comfortable for everyone. The downstairs bathroom was a plus, along with the easy proximity to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property has all of the basics you need for a pleasant week at the seaside. As previous renters have mentioned, the hike up the hill to the property is vigorous, and it’s not for everyone. Parking was a challenge.

We are so pleased to hear you had a comfortable stay at 3 Atlantic Terrace. The great location does mean a bit of a trek up a hill after a day exploring all of the great beaches and shops St Ives has to offer, but we hope you agree it is totally worth it! Parking is unfortunately at a premium in St Ives; with many properties not having this facility. For those without, it is always worth looking into parking options beforehand on the local council website and looking into private parking availability, particularly for peak weeks. There is also a park and ride facility which some find useful. Please feel free to contact the team for any advice. Katy, Customer Services.

The property was very spacious and clean, with great views from the upper floors. The location was good, but up a very steep hill which may not suit everyone.

So long as you're prepared for the daily climb, this is a large and comfortable house for 6 people. Whilst the kitchen (with it's very small fridge/freezer) is quite compact and the downstairs shower room rather tired, the roomy bedrooms and luxury bathroom more than compensate. We found the outside space with it's rear entrance very useful when returning from the beach each day. All in all, good value for money!

Lovely holiday in St. Ives, but disappointed with the accommodation. Inflated price for what you get.

We are glad to hear you had such a nice time here in St Ives but sorry that you felt it a little expensive for what you get. Properties in the St Ives and Carbis Bay area tend to be more expensive than many other areas, but we try to ensure that properties are priced competitively and accordingly, taking into account many factors including location, views, availability of parking, number of bedrooms, décor and so on, and we try to provide a wide range of properties that will cater for a variety of tastes and budgets. We do hope that you found that it suited your needs and thank you for taking the time to send in your comments. Tanya, Customer Services

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is well-equipped and very homely. The beds are comfortable and the view from the top bedroom is wonderful, a great spot to sit and relax. Would definitely recommend the house, but the walk up from town is steep, so be prepared.

A very comfortable nights sleep in lovely beds. Beautiful views and close to everywhere in St Ives. A good family base!

Lovely home from home, well equipped, bottles of wine was a bonus x

Lovely cottage and a great location, ideal for those looking to explore St Ives

The location was excellent, the views superb and the room in the loft was amazing. We did feel at home at the property and there was plenty of space for four adults.

A fantastic location, with plenty of space; an ideal property for those with a family wanting to spend time in and around St Ives

Very lovely , well equipped house . Lovely views , but be prepared for some good hill walking .
