There's a wealth of exciting shops, galleries and fabulous restaurants to explore nearby. For Golfers, head down the coast to Lelant for the scenic links course. Or just chill - From the living room, you can watch the tide lapping onto the beach, and look out for seals and dolphins. Watch the waves crashing up to Godrevy Lighthouse, which inspired Virginia Wolf's novel "To The Lighthouse". For art lovers there are regular classes that can be booked for drawing, painting and pottery and crafts. Number Four used to be home to St Ives artist Bob Crossley, whose son still paints and runs the Gallery below. We had a great week here at such a lovely place to stay in , with lovely rooms, bathrooms & bedrooms. Was very comfortable and clean x

My favourite property !

View just lovely - easy to see the sea condition so we can run down for a quick swim ?????

Beautifully decorated and feels like the owners care

Feel fortunate to stay here

Lovely appartment opposite Porthgwidden Beach with nice views of the beach, sea and lighthouse. Very well equipped kitchen and the apartment has a light and airy feel. Porthwidden car park is opposite also so if you can get parked it’s very convenient to unpack your things. Spaces usually become free if you’re patient and you can get a very reasonably priced weekly pass which allows you to come and go. Would definitely stay here again. Spiral staircase to top bedrooms is probably not suitable for the infirm or those with very small children.

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed Number Four Beach Court and to know it worked so well for you. We do try to showcase the spiraled staircase through the pictures on our website to let guests decide before making their booking if this would be suitable for them or not; although, we would always encourage people to proceed with caution however, we are glad to see this did not impact you in any way and you would happily stay again - we are glad to hear it and look forward to that time. 4 Beach court is spacious, light and airy. It is well appointed and has a commanding view across Porthgwidden beach and the Island.

An excellent property which was clean and airy. Close to amenities and lovely views. Would definitely stay here sgain

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this property and we absolutely love it.

This flat is perfect ! Wonderful location ready for New Year’s Day swim and perfect for dolphin spotting - we were so lucky this year and had 3 days of them

Really enjoyed our holiday here again, and would definitely like to return in future. Beautiful apartment and we were luck to have amazing weather too. A great holiday, thank you!

A beautiful apartment opposite a stunning sandy beach. Perfectly located and only a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and contained all of the mod cons including Alexa! Only downside was being woken up by the bins being removed every morning at 6am!

The location is pretty hard to beat, isn't it? We were sorry to hear that Biffa were doing their collections so early in the morning. It is always a risk in such a central location, but the owner has been following up with them regularly since getting this feedback and Biffa should now not do bottle collections before 7am, so we hope this will help. Thank you for brining it to our attention. Tanya, Customer Services

Lovely apartment, very well presented, clean and with fantastic views. Easy access to the town and all the beaches.

Only negative was being woken every morning at 6:30am by bin lorry emptying bins from the beach cafe opposite.

We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed the apartment and its great location and views, they are pretty special, aren't they!? Being in such a busy area, there is a risk of being disturbed early in the morning, but the owner has been in regular contact with Biffa since your stay and both bin collections and bottle collections should now be after 7am. Amazing location right outside Porthgwidden beach and modern furnishings and great art in apartment. But public toilets, restaurant bins and Island car park also in view.

But great proximity to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beach, the Island is 1 min away and double bedroom has the best view.

Went on some lovely walks .Bought some nice things and had some great meals out .Oh and the accommodation was pretty special to so thank you Aspects Team for another lovely holuday

Lovely property renovated to a high standard with breath taking views.

The photos of Number Four Beach Court don’t do this place justice. Spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, and the little quality touches around the apartment were very well thought out. The location is brilliant and the views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and have already booked to come back. Can’t wait! Highly recommended.

Overall view of apartment very good especially if you have children with beach being so close. Lovely that body boards bucket and spades and chairs plus games for beach were in apartment to use if required, we did not know this so had taken our own with us. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful clean, modern, bright apartment with exceptional views and a brilliant location overlooking Porthgwidden Beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Aspects holidays are superb in every way, their communication is excellent and the team can’t do enough to help, their property knowledge and accommodating manner is second to none and I would not use any other provider, I have booked with them 6 times now and they have never let me down.

Fantastic - many thanks

Amazing location only a few steps from Porthgwidden beach. Lie in bed in the main bedroom and watch the sun rise over the sea. Lovely, quirky apartment, very well equipped with high quality appliances. Loved it!

Spectacular location, 50 yards from the beach 200 yards from the harbour and main restaurants, in one of Cornwall's best loved resorts, superior accommodation, excellent fixtures & fittings, the 50 inch Smart TV went done well with the children on the 2 bad weather days we suffered. If you want a holiday with the children on the beach, no driving your car, easy access to all what St Ives has to offer this is for you. We will be back.

Simply cannot recommend this property enough. It had everything we needed for a fantastic week long break. Not having to wash up because of the dishwasher, washing machine, lovely and warm, spotlessly clean, plenty of room, the views are outstanding. Everything has been thought of for a lovely enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful <3

Perfect place and a perfect holiday. Loved the property and location, it brought much happiness. Will definitely book again . Thankyou

Lovely property, sea views very uplifting, children loved being close to beach, great to have a proper bath, grandparents were comfy in the downstairs bedroom with a tv of their own. Welcome pack was very good and much appreciated, thank you. Wine was delicious.

This Property has THE #1 location having stayed in St Ives 17 times over 22 years with many companies in as many properties. I could lay in bed with a cup of tea and see Dolphins in the bay. A real tonic and stress reliever. Thank you Aspects.

Lovely place to stay even in winter, warm etc. Great for watching the rough seas and for the Porthgwidden Beach cafe which was yards from the house. This place has been well thought out with many extra touches which is something you do not always find in holiday cottages.

This apartment is in a wonderful position, just a few paces from Porhtgwidden beach. It had sea views from most rooms and was warm and snug. It has everything you might need for a holiday, including games, books and DVD's for all ages. All the beds were comfortable and the furnishings and fittings were of good quality. Beautiful decor. We had fabulous weather in October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I could have sat for ours looking a the views from the apartment. We even saw dolphins from our lounge window. Very bright and nicely decorated and convenient for all the shops and restaurants.

Perfect location - in a stone's throw of two of St Ives' best beaches. The accommodation had everything we needed.

4 Beach Court is in an ideal location for families. It's very close to Porthgwidden beach and everything else in St Ives is just a short walk away. The apartment is of a very high standard and very modern and clean. We felt relaxed as soon as we had arrived and just by the fact the kids were jumping about with excitement as we went through the door said it all really. Thank you!
