Whether it's watching the sunset over Porthmeor, or snuggling up on the sofa with a bottle of your favourite tipple, the apartment provides the most superb setting for both. Sleeping two guests and positioned on the top floor of the complex, light floods in through the picture windows, creating a calming and welcoming space. With the open plan living area offering an ideal layout to enjoy good food and, of course, soak up the vista. Outside, al fresco dining comes either with front row seats to the beach, or on the sun-drenched courtyard balcony, both of which make the perfect spot for morning coffee - what a way to start the day. The apartments' convenient location means you can leave your car in the private parking space, and truly unwind and relax in this magical spot, knowing all that St Ives has to offer is right on your doorstep.

Additional information
Please note there are three flights of steps to access the property. The parking space can be found in the secure lower level garage. please allow room for your car doors to open when looking at the space dimensions as there are walls either side, size approx. 15ft deep x 7ft wide x 6ft 6ins high with steep sloping entrance/exit. Please note there is no washing machine within the apartment, however laundry facilities are available on site charges apply, electric heaters throughout, WIFI, WiFi.
