We had such a lovely week, we didn't want to leave. Cannot beat the location - the ability to pop to the beach multiple times a day with kids was great; no long soggy drives home thank you very much. I am really missing that beautiful view from the main bedroom!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is the second time staying at 3 Seawall Court. The location is amazing. Sitting on the balconey enjoying the views of Porthmeor Beech is just perfect.

Overall the property is very well spec'd. super comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and a well apointed lounge make this a superb holiday home.

We are booked for next year.

We stayed at 3 seawall court for a week and from the moment we book to the moment we check out everything was fantastic. The apartment is lovely With breathtaking views over looking the sea. One of the best in St Ives in my opinion. Close to town, restaurants and all the little gift shops. We didn’t want to go home. Our 9 year old son who loved it didn’t want to leave. The cleaner is so lovely and friendly. We will definitely be back again in this very apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent holiday let we stayed in 3 Seawell court for new year 2022 and have just had a second stay and will be back just what the doctor ordered a complete chill week

A wonderful apartment, right next to the beach and with amazing views.

Amazing place to stay. Will definitely look to return. Furnished to a high standard the bathroom refurbishments are excellent. Spent most of the time enjoying the spectacular view from the main bedroom! There are approximately 30 steps to the front door so if you have any mobility issues I wouldn't recommend. Kitchen is well equipped and the welcome pack appreciated ??

This is our 5th visit to 3 Seawall Court since 2018, with our 6th visit already reserved. This year the bathrooms have both been updated and also the bedroom furniture has been replaced which has made this apartment even more perfect for us! The view from the lounge and of course, the balcony never fail to impress. The apartment is always beautifully clean too. 3 Seawall Court is the perfect addition to your St Ives holiday. Simply perfect!

Beautiful apartment, well equipped. The location is perfect and view is amazing. We had a very relaxing mini break and would definitely book again.

Best view in town, fantastic apartment in an amazing location. Very comfy beds, bathrooms are a bit tired and need updating. Balcony room is bedroom not living room so you'll spend all your time in this one room if you want to see the view.

Great location for beaches, restaurants and town. Recommend and would love to come back.

Shame no on site parking but we managed to park on the island (very close) and purchased a week rover parking ticket from the council.

It is a spectacular view from there isn't it? No matter what the weather, you know that you can stay warm and dry yet still feel like you are sat there on the beach watching the surf, or storms. First time stay in an apartment I have noticed when staying elsewhere. Straightforward booking and arrival, welcome pack really appreciated. Lots of stairs and an upside down layout but that is made very clear in the description so no nasty surprises.

Apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms, although dated, were immaculate, everything worked and the white tiles and grouting were all sparkling. Plenty of hot water and heating was good for Winter stays. Comfortable beds and furniture. Everything there for an enjoyable stay.

The view is brilliant and balcony such a bonus. All in all, a very comfortable few days and I would book again.

Parking in the big space underneath the building would be such a bonus, even though this is obviously shared space for the flats in the building. However I can understand that could have its problems!

This property has the best view in St Ives, in our opinion and that’s why you stay there. It’s absolutely breathtaking. Overall, it is a comfortable spacious apartment with everything you need for a lovely week. We would recommend it without hesitation. Being picky, the bathrooms could do with a little updating although they are adequate. We have stayed before eight years ago, possible in the one next door which is pretty much identical and we would definitely stay again and again.
Coffee on that balcony is a bucket list activity!

Just enjoyed a 5 day break at 3 Seawall …the views from the main bedroom are fabulous we spent most of our ‘home time’ in the bedroom because of the view…the stairs up to the property are a workout but you are told about access and it’s worth it fir the view. Apartment was spotless and the welcome gift hit all the right spots especially the win…overall we had a fantastic time no negatives other than bathrooms are ready for a spruce up and Aspects were as usual brilliant would always recommend them..thank you for a wonderful break hope to be booking with you again very soon

Best location in St Ives to sip your G&T on the balcony whilst watching the surfers and the sun setting over beautiful Porthmeor beach.

Wow! What a difference the refurb has made! I am very impressed by the improvements! Lovely patio doors onto the balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach! Crisp bedding, spotlessly clean, new curtains! I can’t find any fault with the flat. Looking forward to next year’s holidays.

Location is awesome but the property would benefit from some bathroom updating and a window that isn’t broken in the lounge! We enjoyed our week but wouldn’t return to this particular house.

Fantastic apartment ,a must when staying in st ives

This was our 3rd stay (4th is already reserved and might sneak a cheeky short break in, in the Winter!) at 3 Seawall Court and it never fails to impress. Always lovely and clean and also now with a new kitchen and furniture, we had everything that we could possibly need to make it our home from home. As for the view....WOW! You won't get a better seat to watch the beautiful sunsets over Porthmeor Beach!

3 Seawall Court is certainly hidden away ! However, accurate instructions assisted in locating it.The access by vehicle is very limited, so a few shuttle runs to and from the vehicle were required. We greatly appreciated the selection of goodies in the “Welcome Pack”. After a long journey, a glass of wine works wonders…..particularly whilst watching the blue sea and golden sands of Porthmeor Beach from the balcony. The property was spotlessly clean and fitted out with comfy furniture. Property is in wonderful central location, easy walking distance to a beautiful beach, the scenic splendour of The Island or the bustle of the town. May not be suitable for young children or people with mobility issues due to the number of stairs from entrance to and within the property.

A lovely property with an amazing view of Porthmeor Beach. To open the doors in the morning and sit in bed with a cup of tea with that view is simply stunning. The flat is very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. To make it even better, the bathrooms could do with modernising to be in keeping with the rest of the apartment but they were clean and functioned perfectly. One thing to note is that it is upside down living with the living room and kitchen on the top floor, this is accessed by a spiral staircase so if you are at all limited with mobility then it could be quite tricky. That said, we had a lovely week and will be booking again. Aspects Holidays are very easy to book with and left a lovely welcome pack of milk, tea bags, coffee, sugar, orange juice and a bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Thank you

Those views really are special, aren't they? You really can't get much closer to the beach than this! You will be pleased to hear that the owner is planning on an overhaul of the bathrooms in 2022. We are just waiting on confirmation of when the work will commence, but it should make a fantastic difference. This is a wonderful property with the best view in St Ives. It's just so peaceful to open the balcony doors and be able to watch the sea from bed. We love this property and will be coming back. The flat was spotless on arrival, housekeeper is lovely and very helpful. Aspects best company to deal with as always willing to help, very friendly and add little touches that are thoughtful. Can't wait to go back.

Fabulous service. Nothing is too much trouble and always someone available if you need them. Have booked through Aspects before - as have our friends - will continue to book through them in the future.

Great location and views , kitchen and rooms well equipped. The biggest thing was the balcony door in the bedroom , I went out there when we arrived. However it would not shut it took 2 of us 20 mins to get one bolt in, the rest never closed for the stay and we couldn’t use the balcony. It left an inch gap so we tried to block it with towels not to much effect and in the storm it rattled so much I thought it may break. I reported it at the office and Aspects were aware. Overall my experience of aspects has been good over a number of breaks over the last few years , but I am of the opinion the apartment should NOT have been used with such a big issue and don’t think people should be put in 3 seawall until fixed.

Great location and a beautiful view, but the apartment needs a bit of attention.

Seawall has it all. Close to all the shops, harbour, restaurants, beaches. Every night is a different sunset... you feel like you could be anywhere in the world.... our price of paradise.

My friend and I loved our stay at 3 Seawall! The views are beautiful and the unit is comfortable and well maintained. I would book here again without hesitation.

If you love St Ives and especially Porthmeor beach this is the ideal place. The views are to die for and the balcony is the icing on the cake. We have stayed here twice now and the apartment is immaculate. An easy walk into beautiful St Ives and all the beaches and wonderful cafes and restaurants, not forgetting the galleries and shops. All the beach cafes are amazing and we park the car and walk everywhere and actually never left St Ives. I hope we can return soon.

Arrived to a very helpful receptionist. The property was in a stunning location, right on the beach. Mother nature gave us a spectacular performance right under our window of her full force, the huge waves crashing over the rocks and surf coming right under our window. Then to be greeted by a wonderful sunset! All this on our door step with the bustling and welcoming town of St Ives just a short 10 min walk away. Definitely booking again.

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a stunning, unbeatable location. We had the most amazing time and we'll be back! Loved every minute.

We are really sorry to read that you would not want to stay at this property again. The location and views are absolutely stunning, but at the same time, we appreciate that it may not suit everyone. As you highlighted, there is only a standard double as opposed to king or queen size, as detailed within the online and brochure descriptions. We completely appreciate that if you are used to a larger size bed at home, these may understandably seem quite small, so we are very sorry if this was not what you had expected. In the ideal world, the door design from the bedroom would be one that didn't have part of the frame across the middle, so that your view was uninterrupted, so we will definitely pass on that feedback, for the owners consideration, for when they look to replace them next. We also understand what you mean about the living room window; it is a shame that you can't see the view from them when you are sat on the sofa, but unfortunately there is not a way around that currently; however, high window seating would be a great addition in the future, so again, that will be fed back, for future consideration. Thank you for passing on your feedback; when you are spending a lot of time in a property, you get to view things in a different way than we do when we visit, so we really appreciate constructive comments that we can pass on and discuss with the property owners. Nice apartment with great facilities for a family. Fantastic location with views over Porthmeor beach. The central location to everything makes it a lovely relaxing stay.

Seawall Court is a stunning location. Perfect holiday pad for a quiet retreat or, like us, a family with teenagers who love the sea and need their own space too ! Everyone loved it.

Cosy and comfortable in an amazing location. Parking difficult at busy times, but out of main season there are usually spaces nearby.

Beautiful location . Great apartment to stay. Having the balcony and being able to just sit and watch the sea is amazing . The pitch blackness at night gives you a view of the stars that I can promise is nothing like you will have seen before.

Spent a lovely week here watching the sea and sand & seagulls. great accommodation for parents and adult daughter comfortable and separate enough for everyone's needs. great access to all areas, nooks and crannies of St Ives. Cannot wait to return!!
