Number 30 holds a superb position within the complex, looking across the Atlantic Ocean and those famous waves of Porthmeor beach. This apartment is very well-equipped with German Alno units and Miele integrated appliances throughout the kitchen. It is an ideal apartment for couples or a small family wishing to be right in the heart of the beach life as well as within a very short walk of St Ives harbour and the town.

The apartment is clean and well furnished with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your holiday and with the added advantage of a parking space! A lovely place to stay.

Wonderful apartment looking over Porthmeor Beach. Been a few times and always feel very relaxed. Really nicely laid out with good quality furnishings. Parking space a real bonus for St Ives. Comfy bed, big bathroom, spacious lounge/dining area....with that view!

We have just enjoyed our second stay at 30 St Nicholas Court and once again are leaving happy and satisfied after an unseasonally warm and sunny Autumn stay. While Aspects Holidays cannot take credit for the weather they do seem to have got most the other things about this apartment absolutely right. It's clean, comfortable, very well equipped and has fabulous views across Porthemeor Beach and The Island. It is set in the heart of the historic fisherman's quarter later colonised by many world-famous artists and just a short stroll from the shops, cafes, bars and the beaches and coast path. It even has its own secure car parking space on site and is just round the corner from the wonderful Tate St Ives. I'm sure we'll be back.

30 Nicholas was very nice with beautiful views and very well eqwit

30 St Nicholas Court is an excellent apartment. It is lovely and clean. Great communication around checking in via Aspects holidays. The apartment is centrally located in St Ives with a great sea view from the balcony. Well equipped throughout, with tea, coffee and milk on arrival being a real bonus.

Lovely apartment with great views of Porthmeor & the Island. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean & fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The parking space is a great bonus in St.Ives though the spaces can be quite tight. This was our 2nd visit to the apartment and we will most certainly be booking again!

There is nothing not to like about 30 St Nicholas Court. Fabulous view over Porthmeor and the headland. Also terrace at back to take advantage of south facing aspect. Really well finished. The owner has thought of everything. Added bonus of parking space.

WE HAD AGREAT TIME IN THIS WONDERFUL APARTMENT.DISPITE A COUPLE OF BAD STORMS ON THE WEEK WE WERE THERE.

An absolute pleasurable stay in our favourite location overlooking Porthmeor beach. The apartment is a home from home. Could not fault anything in the apartment.

Our week at 30 St Nicholas Court provided everything we could have asked for. The apartment was clean comfortable, very well-equipped and set in a superb location with stunning views across The Island and Porthmeor beach. There is some remarkable original art on the walls too. The wonderful Tate Art Museum, the beach and harbour, the bars, restaurants and shops are all just a short stroll away. The coast path is easy to access too and there is that all-important secure car parking space on-site which is a real plus in St Ives. We will be back. In fact I booked a week for next year the day I got home.

Fabulous apartment and brilliant location.

Wow. Just as stunning as we remembered. After such a long journey you walk into the apartment and are blown away by the quality and the fabulous view. Porthmeor beach is well known for its spectacular sunsets and we weren’t disappointed. It is also great to have a parking space. Had a great stay and looking forward to visiting again soon.

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing week spent here. The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is the first time we have stayed in this particular apartment and we would most definitely book again. The view from the balcony off the downstairs room is fabulous and would be a great place to sit and pass the time in summer! Highly recommended.

What a wonderful week at 30 Nicholas Court St Ives, it was like a home from home. The standard of furniture and equipment was excellent. The beds were really comfortable, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Having the parking space was a major bonus. The view from the balcony was great and once again the St Ives weather didn't let us down. Booking with Aspects is always easy and they are always helpful if you need them. Getting ready to book again for next year!

The position is excellent and is the most well equipped accommodation that we have stayed.

We loved staying in this apartment. The location is fantastic, right next to the sea and with brilliant views. Two huge windows and two balconies as well. Stylish furnishings and lots of original artwork with St Ives links. St Nicholas Court is near everything but tucked away. Perfect.

FABULOUS. georgeous apartment. Lovely location. Great for art lovers. Excellent facilities and appliances. Every item you could ever want in the kitchen. Denby crockery. Pans galore and everything in between. Fabulous location. TWO balconies. One overlooking the beach. Fab sunsets. The other an absolute private sun trap. Close to shops. Beach 2 mins walk. The attractive St Nicholas Court complex has a convenient location to beaches and town, and #30 is light and relaxing with stylish furniture, comfortable seating, St Ives-related art, thoughtful storage, and excellent facilities for cooking the local fresh fish and vegetables available at the Allotment Deli on Fore Street. The cookware, dishes, and glassware perfectly met our needs. The dining area is spacious with lovely view to the ocean. The living room balcony serves up gorgeous views of the ocean and the Island and, to the left, down Porthmeor Beach; while the huge bedroom balcony opens up a wall of the bedroom and has long views back across rooftops toward the harbour. (Also visible from bedroom balcony: snapshot of ocean to the left and Porthmeor Beach and the hillside buildings above to the right). We would certainly choose # 30 St Nicholas Court again.

Excellent location and well-furnished property. Benefits from having lots of light and beautiful views over Porthmeor and The Island. Very easy access to the beaches. Comfy beds and large bathroom. Only downside was no wifi.

Great location for an off season break

Our stay was wonderful, and the property made it so. The spacious main room and the owners fine eye for detail, like the full range of Denby kitchen- ware ( thats really expensive) and the wall artwork.

Excellent location, the furnishings and equipment of the highest quality. Wonderful sea views

You could not fault the accommodation and the location, the owner has paid great attention to detail to ensure you don't need to cart your whole home across the country, what a fantastic place.
