Lovely clean, comfortable and modern flat. All the equipment you need, comfy sofas and bed and good shower. Super sea views and very handy for the beach. You can be there in minutes when the surf is up!

Wir haben Wohnung und Lage einmalig schön empfunden. Die Nähe und der Blick zum Strand und die gute Erreichbarkeit des Ortes war eine gute Voraussetzung, nicht immer den eigenen PKW nutzen zu müssen. Der Service von "Aspects" war hilfreich und gut zu erreichen! St. Nicholas court ist eine Top-Adresse für Urlaub in St. Ives.

Once again No.35 didn't fail to deliver especially the view. A great base for exploring both St Ives and the surrounding area. Looking forward to returning later in the year (again!)

Fantastic property with an amazing sea view.

St Nicholas court is a wonderful place to stay being so close to St Ives’ beautiful beaches. Our apartment had the most fantastic views and was very well equipped. Parking spaces are a bit tight but having an allocated space is a real luxury. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

This is our 10th year booking with Aspects. And the first year we’ve decided to make it twice a year. We just can’t stay away from St Nicholas court. Many wonderful memories have been made. Our holiday in this apartment was just fabulous. Thanks again for delivering great service Aspects. See you again in august.

We have an amazing week in St Ives. Our apartment had stunning views of the sea and coastline. It was very windy, so sea and walking was quite an experience, in some ways it added to our holiday. We went to Godrevy and walked out in the wind to The Lighthouse, again life enhancing. Wonderful cafe in first car park!

Location, location, location. We loved the views of Porthmeor beach and the island. You can check out the surf and be in the water within 5 minutes.

Inside the apartment also has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the parking is a huge bonus. We didn’t want to leave so booked an extra week! Thank you, we will be back.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped accommodation for two in an excellent location with wonderful views. Allocated parking is a bonus although quite a tight space even in a medium sized car. Would be happy to stay there again.

We had a lovely week at 35 St Nicholas Court, our first visit to these apartments will not be our last. The service from Nikki in the on site Aspects office was exemplary in assisting us to find a larger parking space for our car. She is a credit to the company and went above and beyond to help. The apartment itself gave us the most wonderful view over Porthmeor Beach and The Island and we were most comfortable there. Once again I have nothing but praise for Aspects as a company and we have already booked our next stay so the countdown has commenced……..

The apartment was perfect & the secure underground parking is an added bonus, we could leave the car here when we arrived even when the apartment wasn't ready so that was great. The view from the living room window is to die for & we are missing it already ?????? we will definitely stay in this apartment again & would highly recommend it

Great property - perfect location and wonderful views! We would defiantly stay again.

We loved our recent holiday @ 35 St. Nicholas Court. The view of Porthmeor Beach, ocean & Island were why we chose this location - great view of the sunset from the lounge balcony, even saw a dolphin one day.

The accommodation was modern and well equipped. The kitchen was very well equipped with a variety of pots & pans, cooking tools, glasses etc, even had a knife sharpener! There was plenty of china & cutlery to accommodate 2-4 people. Plenty of start up supplies including washing up liquid, laundry detergent, even some milk in the fridge to get us started. The fridge/freezer was large and more than adequate for 4 people.

Great being able to access Netflix etc through the TV

There were plenty of pillows and the bed was very comfortable. Hairdryer was provided.

Although we were initially disappointed there would be scaffolding and painters at the building we found the painters very considerate and the impact to the view and our time in the apartment minimal.

The staff at Aspect were very friendly/helpful.

We are sorry for the initial disappointment when we had to get in touch to let you know about the decorative works, but glad to hear that they were very considerate. Although they were only there for a couple weeks, and it was not noisy, disruptive work, we do appreciate why it would be disappointing to hear at late notice, and had we known any sooner, we would have given as much notice as possible.
