We have had a week at Studhya, 43 St Nicholas Court and we were sorry to leave.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and the layout is perfect for a couple. Once inside the apartment, the sounds of sea and gulls, people and wind, just disappear. The corner location means there is no-one walking by the door and It is very peaceful. The galleried bedroom is bright and airy and the bed is really comfy. Bags of storage space and a proper dressing table for the ladies!! The patio window leads to the outside balcony which is ideal for a spot of sunbathing or a calming glass of wine. The views across the town and towards the harbour are very nice and downstairs in the lounge the large windows offer views up the coast towards Godrevy and beyond.

One of the unexpected bonus feature is the smart TV. We were able to access Netflix and Prime TV and the BBC iplayer in the evenings and should you need further entertainment, the antics in the car park opposite are hilarious. My husband spent a lot of time watching frustrated drivers trying to find a space.

There are a lot of steps to negotiate to reach the apartment but be assured, it is well worth the effort.

This apartment has the "wow" factor when you walk in. St.Nicholas Court is in a very good position to walk into town and for Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches. The rainfall shower was amazing and very powerful. The two balconies gave two different aspects of St.Ives, and watching car park wars in The Island carpark was highly entertaining. The bedroom balcony is ideal for star gazing on a clear night too.

The parking space for 43 is quite tight especially if there is a larger car in the next space. But this would not put me off staying here again.

STUDHYA is in an excellent location allowing you to have a day on the beach and nip back to the apartment whenever you fancy. The cafes, shops and restaurants are a short walk away and the use of a the parking bay makes the stay perfect. I did find that having to traverse the length and breadth of the apartment to get to the toilet in the middle of the night a little inconveniant. The settee needs replacing it is well past it's sell by date.

Thank you for your comments; it's great to hear you enjoyed your time away - the property is certainly convenient to access the beach and be able to pop back when needed so there is never a worry should you forget to bring something! We appreciate that the bathroom being downstairs, may not be suitable for everyone although we do try our best to clearly advertise this in the property's web description. Thank you for your comment regarding the sofa, this has been forwarded to the property owner to take into consideration for future improvements. Phoebe, Customer Service

A nice apartment in a great location with parking. A bonus to have two balconies. Entertaining to watch the Island car park “hunt the space” game. Lots of sparrows drop by too. Well decorated and modern fittings throughout.

Very pleasant flat, excellent location close to the beaches and town. With added bonus of parking on site. We would definitely stay there again.

Another lovely holiday in St Ives. Apartment in great location with parking on site. A small shop (Norway Stores) a short walk away for essentials. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Excellent little apartment in a good location. Close to all beaches, the Tate and lovely places to eat. Well maintained and clean. Attractively decorated and well appointed with everything that you would expect. So good to know that there is secure designated parking space for your vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Apartment was in a great position and well laid out. Been taking holidays in St Nicholas court since early 80’s and never fails to disappoint! Complex is in an excellent position and central to everything!

We loved the apartment, as described, we would consider booking again. Parking is tight but fine if you have medium or small sized car as the bays are narrow (we had a focus and was fine).

Had a fabulous week staying at 43 St Nicolas Court. Great attention to detail in the apartment. Extremely clean. Wonderful view of the sea from main balcony and rooftop view from bedroom balcony. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Could have stayed longer.

Really enjoyable stay, clean, nice location and quiet. Car parking space is a tight squeeze and hard to get in, so bear this in mind if you have a bigger car - but it’s secure, and very useful since the Island car park seems hard to find a space in.

Fab accommodation Great view Always book with aspects they are the best varied budget options professional and friendly staff

We would certainly recommend the apartment. It is a good size for two people and very nicely decorated. Good view from the balcony off the lounge area. Location and parking a bonus being within easy reach of the centre of St Ives.

Lovely central apartment couldn’t fault it will definitely be back!

Had a very enjoyable stay at No. 43. Another great stay with Aspects Location is excellent and two balconies and parking are an added bonus. Just for advice the apartment is pet free for guests only but have been told by Aspects that the owner takes his dogs which can (and did) affect a pet allergy All in all though it was a good week in a nice apartment which is quiet but still close to town.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are sorry to hear that you had suffered a bit with your allergy. We market properties that accept pets on bookings, but this would not automatically mean that a property is specifically tailored for pets, and neither does it mean that pets are 100% excluded from properties who do not accept pets. There are some properties where owners will bring their own dog, and there are also occasions when assistance dogs will have been in properties. We try to warn in our literature that we cannot guarantee that properties that do not accept pets, have never had them in, but if you are looking to return in the future, please do give the bookings team a call, as there are some properties where owners themselves have allergies or other restrictions and so we can be more certain that pets have not been in there at any point. We are glad that you still enjoyed it here and we hope that we will see you back soon. Tanya, Customer Services

Beautiful apartment.Lovely furnishings and artwork. Booked again for next year!

Having stayed in St Nicolas Court twice before this apartment was up there with the best. Very modern throughout and having balconies on both sides a real bonus for catching the morning and evening sun. Parking is always a big bonus as the barriers on the Island car park looked to be quite troublesome all week . Really enjoyed our week would definitely recommend and have already booked St Nicolas Court for next year

43 St Nicholas Court is just superb. You will not be disappointed. It is so clean. Decor so lovely. Loved the little dressing table and mirror, for us ladies to dry our hair or put our makeup on, with power points right next to the dressing table. Huge bed. The comfiest ever, for a good night's sleep after your day on the beach, or exploring Cornwall. The apartment has everything you'd need. Rainfall shower is lovely and powerful. Apartment in walking distance of the town with all its shops and restaurants. Added bonus of the underground parking space, but please note it is a tight squeeze. We have a Ford BMax and hubby just about managed to park it in the space. Though at times it was more difficult especially if the other people had parked their car over a bit. But overall we had no problems. We'll definitely be booking to come back to 43 St Nicholas Court again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Every thing about Aspects and property was excellent

Apartment location was perfect, close to both beaches, the harbour and plenty of places to eat. Balconies and windows provided lots of natural light and the apartment had everything we needed. Would defiantly stay again. Parking was a bonus however can be pretty tight depending who’s next to you.

Enjoyed our stay. Property is in a convenient position for the harbour and town as only a few minutes walk away. Apartment is in a very nice condition with well thought out furnishings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Undercover secure parking is a bonus. Easy to book and deal with the Aspects team and would definitely use them again.

Well positioned property, very comfortable and well stocked with everything needed. The balconies were lovely to sit on and watch the world go by!

Really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is modern and comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Tables on both balconies made it easy to get fresh air and watch the stars. Would definitely come again with the Island car park providing free entertainment!

We had a great holiday and would stay again. Just a few points that wouldn’t stop me rebooking ??

We had a lovely stay at St Nicholas Court as always ! Numer 43 was beautifully decorated and well equipped.

Lovely property right in the heart of St Ives with parking so perfect for a long or short stay.

Highly recommended this property as a base to discover Cornwall. Lovely and clean and great views. Highly recommended watching the sunrise from the church on the hill jude in front of the apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location for lovers of Porthmeor and Porthwigan beaches. Also good view of the island. Inside it is really stylish and comfortable. Facilities such as cooker are also modern and high quality. I could happily have moved to this place. Love it!

Excellent location and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in St Nicholas court on previous occasions and the property’s and location are great. The parking is a bonus.

We loved our stay in 43 St Nicolas Court. It was so clean and comfortable with modern decorations. The bed was so comfy and the wardrobes had lots of space. Hi I wanted to take the brilliant shower home as well as the seagulls on the stairwell. Just a short walk to all amenities. Bonus was car parking space

The apartment is in an excellent location, with everything that is needed to have a pleasant stay. Instructions were clear within the property and also on how to drive into St. Ives which was useful. The parking is really good to have but it is extremely tight. We would definitely consider returning again.
