It’s very nice ! Well equipped kitchen . Comfortable beds . Very nice bathroom and en-suite . Loved the minimalistic decor , can’t relax with clutter !! We loved the sea view , Godvy lighthouse . Short stroll to St Ives and to perfect Porthminster beach . Lovely decadent meal at Porthminster Cafe . Perfect place for an idyllic stay in St Ives .

Beautiful ground floor flat with excellent furniture & fittings. Outside space if sunny. Parking space. Accessible in apartment and grounds. Internet can be a problem. King size bed.

We had a fantastic time in St Ives. The apartment was very comfortable, light and airy. All the furnishings and equipment were of an excellent quality, the beds were comfortable and the towels were lovely and fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the Cornwall food hamper was a lovely touch. It was a short 10 minute walk into town/beaches (a bit more on the way back but that allowed us to burn off those extra calories we had purged on the delicious Cornwall culinary delights!). I would say if you had mobility issues or a pram the walk back would be tough. The view of the sea from the apartment was beautiful, the photos really didn’t do this justice. Perfect apartment for us as a family of 4 and would definitely return and use Aspect Holidays again in the future.

Really convenient location to both beach and centre, the walk back is harder than the walk down! Quiet area, easy access and the accomodation was clean and functional for our family of four. Nice outdoor table and chairs to relax on, and where we stored all our sandy beach equipment, there is also a handy bike shed. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished and gives a warm, welcoming feel and you instantly feel relaxed. Having the communal garden and patio with a view of the sea was a lovely addition to the apartment. It meant our little boy had the space to play outside and we could enjoy a cuppa at the same time (when not chasing after him!). The kitchen was fully equipped and included ice blocks in the freezer and Tupperware which was very useful for our picnics on the beach! Also, upon arrival we received a wonderful welcome box filled with Cornish goodies. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of space for clothes etc.

Although the location is a 5/10 minute walk from Porthminster beach and the town centre, which is very ideal, be prepared for the walk uphill. We managed okay and adjusted after a few days. However it’s nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.

I would highly recommend the apartment to others, we really enjoyed our stay and have already booked to go again in 1 Cordyline Croft next year!

A beautiful modern apartment with lovely sea views. Loved our time here and would definitely stay again. The apartment has everything you need and is ideally situated for a short walk into St Ives or to Porthminster beach. Such a cosy, peaceful and relaxing apartment that comes highly recommended.

Would recommend this apartment, we had a highly enjoyable stay. It is well equipped and immaculately clean. Approx 10 minute walk to the harbour, longer on the way back. Good location for Porthminster and the train station. Excellent service from Aspects as usual.

Fabulous,clean and modern apartment. Had everything that we needed and more! The cornish cream tea welcome gift and fresh flowers were lovely touches. And starter packs for the washing machine and dishwasher were much needed. We love St Ives, including all the steps and slopes ??Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Great contemporary apartment, we really enjoyed our week

We had a wonderful two-week stay here in September 2021. Really stylish but also comfortable and not lacking in anything you need! Bed was super comfy which is a must. Lovely touch with the welcome gift. Parking is a must and this property comes with that which is brilliant.

Location was utterly perfect just a 10-15 minute walk down into town.

Would definitely re-book here, we weren't dissapointed.

We had a fantastic stay at 1 Cordyline Court. The facilities were great and exactly as described. The apartment was finished to a high standard and the welcome gift was an unexpected treat. We had a great stay in St Ives and will definitely be booking with Aspects again.
