As always Staying with Aspects Holidays is excellent tip top apartments/cottages this was as far as I can remember numerous holidays in St Ives and with yourselves, Fantastic service and one always feels like a valued customer.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sea Star. The flat is well appointed and comfortable and is situated in a quiet location. It was lovely sitting out on the patio each morning having breakfast in the sunshine. There is a lot of walking to get to the town but that didn't concern us as we are reasonably fit. Overall we had a great holiday in St Ives and the accommodation helped to make our holiday a success.

Second visit to Sea Salt apartment and find it extremely well equipped and comfortable.There is plenty of outdoor space to sit in if you don’t want to visit other areas or go to the beach and you have views across the bay to Hayle.The apartment has secure parking which is also difficult to find in the St Ives area and you have peace of mind as there is also secure access to the apartments.

This was our second visit to Sea Star Salt 2 We had a lovely relaxing time and would recommend this apartment it’s a great quiet location with in easy reach of the town and for the train branch line. Looking forward to returning

Sea Star is a lovely apartment that is very spacious and well furnished. The views across the bay, although limited, are lovely from the outdoor area in front of the apartment which is a good space to sit and enjoy breakfast in the sun or an evening meal. The apartment was very clean on arrival and the information about the apartments we received before our arrival was very helpful. Would highly recommend Sea Star as a place to stay and we hope to return again in the near future.

We had a fabulous week in St Ives staying at Sea Star apartment. The apartment was lovely, with really comfy beds and a great terrace to sit outside and chill. The walk back from town is hilly but after a few days we got used to it. After the many lovely meals we enjoyed in town the walk was beneficial!! Aspects are always helpful and very friendly and I would definitely book with them again.

Had a lovely week’s stay in sea star. Second time staying in this apartment block which is in a lovely location. Enjoyed some lovely walks all around St Ives and it’s lovely beaches, the walk back to the apartment is quite steep but gets easier each time you do it! Would highly recommend this amazing apartment and hope to return soon.

The apartment was beautiful with a lovely outdoor area. Perfect for a family of 4. Parking was easy and directly outside the apartment. The location is great but there are some quite steep hills when walking back to the apartment so keep this in mind when booking. This wasn’t a negative for us but anyone with mobility Issues could find this a challenge. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment and we would happily return for our annual visits to St Ives!

Lovely, secure apartment in a great location for either town or beach. Would definitely stay here again when next in St Ives.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern and clean apartment. It’s decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. You can reach beautiful Porthminster beach in 5 minutes by heading down the steps right opposite. The walk back up is a bit of a leg burner but there are various different routes/steps you can take back from town. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed breakfast in the garden which catches the sun first thing. Highly recommended!

Thank you for our fantastic stay at these apartments. It was like being in a 5 star hotel, the apartment is absolutely stunning and is very tasteful, we loved the accessories which I’ve never had in an apartment like washing up liquid, tea bags coffee etc, it was worth every penny and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and Aspects Holidays also who were extremely helpful in letting us check in earlier and customer service was excellent. Stayed at 2 Salt apartments, private parking space was a bonus considering lack of parking spaces in the town.followed all the instructions we were given and entered apartment. Open plan kitchen and living room worked a treat, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, plenty wardrobe space in each bedroom and a large walk in shower in the en suite.access to the town is via a steep hill but we found a couple of short cuts to by pass this, The beaches are excellent and the train station is handy if you wish to explore, Truro is a nice day out. Plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out, overall we have a nice stay at salt.

Fabulous modern ground floor property in excellent location, perfect for 2 couples (2 double bedrooms, with 1 en-suite and 1 separate bathroom) or for a family of 4, with a 15 minute walk into town or to Porthminster Beach. (It's a steep walk back but that's most places in St Ives!) The on-site parking is a big bonus in St Ives. The property is very spacious (with large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge), very well-equipped, contemporary furnishings, extremely comfortable, well heated (underfloor) with patio doors opening onto an outside terrace (doors from both bedrooms also open out onto the terrace) perfect for an al fresco breakfast. Some fabulous restaurants all within walking distance (note the taxi drivers know the location of the apartment), a perfect property in a fabulous seaside town, also close to the train station. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment and just as described, other than we had more outdoor space than what we’d expected, which was excellent. Designated secure car park space is an essential in St Ives so was very useful.

Lovely, modern apartment in fantastic location, with very welcome touches like secure parking, shower for sandy items in the car park, surf store and hand sanitiser by the entrance door. Highly recommend.

The Aspects team were most helpful throughout and the key collection and drop off was easy to find with good parking, all helping to make the process as easy as possible.

Lovely property with fabulous facilities and the added benefit of secure parking. Just a 10 minute walk into St Ives which has a vast array of things on offer to suit all tastes.

Beautiful property, much larger than the photos make it look. Easy walk down to town, walk back is steep but manageable - alternatively get the bus up to the leisure centre car park and walked a short distance downhill. Would absolutely book this property again.

Lovely location short, but hilly, walk into St Ives town. Fabulous sea view and outside space, a very roomy property with generous sized rooms and equipment to a high standard. Our 2nd year with Aspects Holidays already looking at booking for next year.

Fantastic accommodation, couldn't fault it. Blue tooth sound bar came in useful, parking and outside space was convenient and easy to access. Considering there are 12 apartments it was very quiet and relaxing. Had washer dryer, and a great coffee machine. All you would need and more in the kitchen. Close-by to shops, restaurants and the beach. Customer service was excellent. Easy key collection and it was a lovely gesture to provide buckets and spades. There was tea and biscuits on arrival and few other things which made the stay comfortable. Felt well looked after by Aspect Holidays and would book with you again. Thank you for an amazing holiday.
