A comfortable, well appointed flat with lovely views over St Ives.
Mrs Bechervaise Jun 2024
We loved our (second) stay at Harvey’s. The apartment has wonderful views, is well equipped and has 2 parking spaces (a real plus in St Ives). The location is really good. There is an uphill walk on the way back but there is a local bus which drops you at the leisure centre if you don’t fancy the walk.
Mrs Douglas May 2024
Perfect Apartment very spacious and the views from the bay windows were lovely. The Apartment had everything you need for a good holiday. We have previously stayed in the same building but different apartment and this one didn't disappoint us. Don’t mind the location at the top of the big hill as it helps keeping you fit. Two car parking spaces was great. Very easy to reach by car.
Mr Prestbury May 2024
Our 4th stay @ Harveys. The location is great; parking is easy; the views out over St Ives are beautiful. The apartment itself is well equipped and a real home-from-home. We would happily return for a 5th visit :-)
Mr Phillips May 2024
A lovely, comfortable flat in the perfect location with a beautiful view of the sea. I slept so well - whether it was the sea air, long walks or the comfortable bed I don't know! So handy for other parts of Cornwall - we visited Zennor, Penzance Cape Cornwall, Pendeen and Gwythian. Aspects were really helpful - emailing us to let us know about roadworks that could affect our journey home. I would definitely use them again
Miss Lucas Mar 2024
Lovely apartment with excellent parking
Mrs Thornley Mar 2024
Best house we've stayed in, in St Ives! Perfect location and such a cosy and comfortable house. Well equipped and great for our 1 year old. Ideal having the parking space and the short walk up and down might be hard work some days but so worth it!! (Especially after you've eaten too many fish and chips)
Miss Woodcock Dec 2023
Very comfortable and homely property well located, especially with two parking spaces. Provided everything we needed as a base for our holiday. Would definitely recommend.
Very quick and easy walk down into St Ives and great exercise coming back up!
If you're looking for restaurants we can thoroughly recommend Cellar Bistro, The Loft, Porthmeor Beach Cafe and if you're looking for a cocktail, Seven is the place to go.
We have used Aspect Holidays in the past and will again in the future. Again can thoroughly recommend.
Mrs Robertson Sep 2023
Brilliant property. Views amazing. Didn’t want to come home loved it. You won’t be disappointed booking this 5 stars all round
Mrs Fordham Sep 2023
This property was a lovely surprise. It's in a great quiet location with fantastic views and outside space, and two parking spaces is a huge bonus. It's an ideal base for driving out into west Cornwall, but also a steep but fairly easy walk down in to the bustle of town.
Mr Taylor May 2023
Highly recommend. Lovely apartment with beautiful views and a real bonus for St Ives, 2 parking spaces right outside the apartment.
Mrs Douglas May 2023
Apartment was perfect !!! It really felt like home. Lovely decor, had everything we needed and beautifully decorated. The views from the living room and main bedroom window were incredible. We will be back!!!
Ms Sprigg May 2023
Harvey’s is situated at the top of St Ives but this means it’s easy to go out for trips. (For those with mobility issues, there is a bus from town centre and the drivers are friendly and helpful) It has great views, is well equipped and extremely comfortable and a lovely place to stay. We have now stayed there twice as we loved it so much first time. We are happy to highly recommend.
Mrs Clark Mar 2023
A good base for St Ives with fabulous harbour and sea views from the huge bay windows. Leaving the car behind and walking down the steps into town is very convenient with the walk up very good exercise.
Mrs Smallridge Feb 2023
Beautiful flat with wonderful views, really well equipped. Quick walk down lots of steps to town and the walk back up again balances out all those Moomaid ice-creams! Very well-located for the swimming pool (which also has spectacular views).
Mr Nambiar Nov 2022
Harvey's is a lovely apartment, had all we needed. View is amazing.
Mr Watts Sep 2022
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The views are spectacular. Very spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms, well equiped kitchen & 2 parking spaces.
WiFi was not so good.
We would definitely recommend this apartment.
Mr Eeckhout Aug 2022
Had the best time, Harvey’s is an amazing place, lovely decor, welcome pack. It had the wow factor for us. The view was something else!
Mr Martin Jun 2022
We loved the apartment! It's huge, so much space, everything is clean and fresh and new. The views are amazing, welcome treats were lovely and there are so many little extras like games, books and DVDs. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay.
Mr Ross May 2022
Lovely location. There is a steep walk up to the property but this wasn't an issue as used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.
Views from the property are lovely and the 2 parking spaces are a real bonus.
There was a damp smell in the second bedroom but we didn't notice this until we left as our young kids shared a room with us so we only went in to do final checks before leaving.
Master bedroom lovely, bed huge and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old didn't want to come home!

We are glad that you enjoyed it there and made use of the great bus service around there. Thanks for letting us know about the smell; it isn't something that we have had reported before, or noticed on any occasion that we have visited, but these smells can occur from time to time, especially if it has been a humid week, or a room closed off and not ventilated. We will keep an eye on this though. Thanks again and hopefully we can look forward to seeing you back here again in the future. Tanya, Customer Services
We had a wonderful stay at Harvey’s, fantastic property in a brilliant location.
Mrs Larcombe Oct 2021
Fantastic place to say with amazing views, beautiful decor fully equipped Great birds, lovely touches of milk, tea coffee hot chocolate biscuits and apple juice left for our arrival. A perfect place to chill out re charge batteries and stare out at the sea

Wonderful apartment fantastic views so spacious and light everything you would need is available . Rooms are decorated/furnished to high standard with quality furnishings. The bed is huge and so comfortable . In a good location not to far to walk into st ives centre all down hill , good for keeping fit walking back or short taxi ride. We've booked for next year while staying we love it that much . St ives gets booked up quickly
Mr Hawkes Aug 2021
Excellent apartment, comfortable, well furnished with stunning views over St Ives Bay.
Mr Davis May 2021
The View is still priceless! Another super week at Harvey’s, it’s always hard to leave. Although covid restrictions were still in place when we visited, we had a good time. We didn’t go down into the town but did lots of coastal walks and visited Trengwainton Gardens. The walk from Kynance Cove to the Lizard point was spectacular even if the winds were 40 mph! Harvey’s is spacious, warm and very comfortable and is well equipped. The two parking spaces make staying here easy. Thank you for a lovely stay. Aspects......keep doing what you are doing you are one of the best holiday companies to book with, the service is excellent.
Mrs Hoyle May 2021
A beautiful apartment in a lovely location, very easy to get to the town centre.
Mr Wardle Nov 2020
A great holiday considering these uncertain times. This was our third stay at Harveys - it has a great location and views; off street parking and is a short walk to all the attractions that St Ives has to offer. We are already looking forward to our fourth stay :-)
Mr Phillips Oct 2020
Beautiful view and excellent location, just far enough out of the town for peace but close enough to walk. We had a great time here.
Miss Wheeler Aug 2020
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was availible. Bus shuttle located just down the road, ideal for elderly. Views from large windows are incredible, Beds extremely comfy, property very clean and parking provided. What more could you ask for..
Miss Slater Mar 2020
Lovely property. Lots of steps to the property so not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Very clean a fab views. Very relaxing sat looking at the sea. Thank you. We had a great holiday, even if the weather could have been a little kinder.

We are so glad to hear that you liked Harvey's - 2 Trelissick Court. Being up the top of town, to take advantage of those views over St Ives, the walk back up to the property is quite steep, whether you take one of the routes with or without steps, but once up there, there are no steps up to the property itself, other than the doorstep, and all on one floor once you are inside. The walk may not be suitable for everyone, but it really is worth it! For those that are not so keen on the walk, there is a bus service that runs most of the year, from the leisure centre that is a short stroll from the property, down into the town. Tanya, Customer Services
We had a great week in this lovely apartment, it is in a perfect location and we would stay here again.
Mr Ward Sep 2019
This is a lovely, light and airy apartment in a brilliant location. Beautiful views to be enjoyed from windows and everything you need in a holiday apartment. Close enough to town but nice and quiet area, and two parking spaces are invaluable in St Ives. Minor issue quickly and cheerfully resolved by Aspects. Would definitely recommend.
Mrs Silva Jun 2019
That view is priceless! From both the lounge and main bedroom you can see Godrevy Lighthouse and down into St.Ives. This is our second visit and we have booked again so that says a lot as we are quite picky. The apartment is spacious and airy and has all you need for a holiday. We did 4 good Southwest Coastal walks, such stunning views and great tea shops on the way, visited Trengwainton garden, where lunch is delicious and you can book a table inside or out, pottered around St Ives town and used the bus back up a couple of times. It’s 10 minutes walk down and 15/20 minutes walk back up or a few minutes on the bus to the top car park 100 yards up the road. Becks Fish and Chips in Carbis Bay is a revelation, such good fish to eat in their restaurant or are away and very reasonable. We saw The Fishermen’s Friends at the Minack Theatre one evening, which is an amazing venue but wrap up for evening performances. Two parking spaces is a great asset too. We are looking forward to our next visit already.
Mrs Hoyle May 2019
Spacious, smart apartment just a short walk down steps into town. Fabulous sea views, modern decor, sunny outdoor spaces. Perfect place to stay for a week in St Ives.
Mrs Andrews May 2019
Beautifully appointed cottage with wonderful views over St. Ives Bay
Mrs Mayling Sep 2018
We had a lovely time in St Ives and the cottage was immaculate. There were so many little things that had been thought about including the lovely shortbread biscuits and a selection of teas. The under floor heating in the bathrooms was a nice touch too. We would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family. The view was incredible too. Many Thanks!
Mrs Ellison Aug 2018
A fab apartment within a short walk of the town centre, with great sea views and useful outdoor space. Great for a family holiday, we liked it so much we'd love to return
Mrs Gubby Aug 2018
Location is easy to get to, and away from the congestion of the town, but the town is easily accessible on foot.
Mr Lee Jun 2018
We loved our stay and had a great holiday in Cornwall. The flat has great views, and the balcony and garden are great. It was a short 5-minute walk down to the centre and beaches of St Ives (a bit more effort walking uphill at the end of the day) and we'd highly recommend to anyone (except if they wanted to stay when we wanted to stay there!).
Mr De Grunwald Aug 2017
GREAT VIEW OF THE SEA AND PART OF HARBOUR, 5 MINUTE DOWNHILL WALK TO CENTRE WELL APPOINTED AND COMFORTABLE RENTAL EXCELLENT BATHROOMS VERY QUIET GREAT PARKING
Mrs Larcombe Sep 2015
The flat is fantastic, highly to recommend, perfectly equipped, super off the busy streets (you definetely walk your delicious food off with the 110 steps to the top of St.Ives), there you have a beautiful view into the bay, just perfect for at least 4 people! We spent a wonderful and relaxing week here, thank you all very much! Very good company, super polite and helpful staff, I can only recommend everybody to book here!!
Ms Scholze Sep 2015
A fantastic apartment with amazing views and the added bonus of car parking which is a real benefit in St Ives
Mr Fowler May 2015
