Situated on the third floor of the Carrack Widden apartment complex overlooking the beach, this well-presented apartment has superb sea views from the sitting room. It's just a short stroll along to Porthminster beach with its renowned beach cafe; the many shops, restaurants and attractions in town, as well as the bus and train stations. It's so central you won't need a car but has the added benefit of an undercover parking space should you want to explore the wider area and have the freedom to come and go as you please.

The view from flat was stunning especially early morning.Flat has lovely modern decor & comfortable furniture. Comfortable bed & basically the flat hade everything we needed & more. Wifi strong connections unlike many holiday homes. Big bonus was the secure parking space included as St Ives not great for parking. Loved that when we arrived there was milk in fridge , teabag’s & biscuits to get us started . Aspect’s communication was good re booking & while on holiday there was maintenance planned in building one morning but Aspects phone the day before to let us know. We liked it so much that on journey home I booked same apartment for next October.Nothing negative to say about Carrack Widden ,St Ives or Aspects ….

If you haven’t stayed at 34 Carrack Widden, you’re missing out. Everything perfect with a spectacular view over Porthminster Beach. Will definitely book again

Great location , lovely views, very comfortable.

This apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Loved how close it was to the centre without us having to drive in too far, the parking was so useful. Facilities were excellent, clean and tidy with peaceful decor. I like to wake up early to watch the sunrise and usually have to go out for a walk alone to do this, with this apartment I was able to just sit in the lounge with a brew and watch from the window. The friendly caretaker was always around to help with anything. This has been the best place we’ve stayed so far

Another fantastic stay with Aspect Holidays - have stayed in a few properties and each and every one exceeded our expectations. Carrack Widden is always a favourite with amazing views “above the beach “ , a perfect location, and the added bonus of car parking. Apartment is immaculate and everything we needed was available. Loved the extra touch of tea and coffee supplies, together with chocolate biscuits - thank you!

Lovely apartment in great location for town and getting around this beautiful part of Cornwall. Fabulous views. Fresh decor, simple and uncluttered. Basic cooking/ baking equipment. The apartment is ideally located with a wonderful view over Porthminster and beyond. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The provision of a parking space is a definite plus in St. Ives. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A well placed apartment with parking on site in the garage below, there’s a wonderful view from the lounge window over Porthminster beach and across the bay to Hayle. It’s only 5-10 minutes walk into town or to Porthminster beach, unfortunately it’s uphill all the way back. The apartment is spacious for two with a large lounge/diner, large double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. It’s clean, modern and well furnished with everything you need for your holiday. Booking through Aspects was easy and the staff are always helpful. This was our 2nd visit to 34 Carrack Widden and we would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at 34 Carrack Widden. We have stayed in this complex before but it was the first time in this property. The location is ideal for walking into St Ives and waking up to the view over Porthminster Beach each morning is a dream. The property was very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Above the Beach is exactly that - stunning views from the lounge over Porthminster Beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The welcome gift of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk was greatly appreciated. The electric heaters are very efficient, plenty of cupboard and drawer space in the bedroom and a very comfy bed. Nice fluffy towels too. It is a huge benefit having a dedicated parking space in busy St Ives, but the apartment is also a very easy walk from the train station should you come by public transport. Within easy walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in St Ives and also a short coastal walk to Carbis Bay.

Excellent location! Veiw from the flat is absolutely amazing! Flat was very clean with everything needed for a lovely week stay ! When we return to St ives we will 100% stay here again ??

Compact flat in a very convenient position with parking and lovely views

Booked this House as a Christmas gift for my Son and his partner, they had an excellent week and couldn't wait to tell me how beautiful the place was. They are really looking forward to be able to return for another great holiday, The booking process was easy to use and the team at aspects were really friendly and helpful when I called to explain that the booking was not for me. Would definitely use them again

34 Carrick Widden. Ideal flat for two people, very clean, in perfect location with stunning views over the beach and beyond. A little bit of a steep walk down to the town but easily managed for the reasonably fit!! Underground car park is extremely tight and would be difficult to manoeuvre anything bigger than an average saloon type family car. Highly recommended property and would definitely stay again when next visiting St Ives.

Our stay at 34 Carrack Widden apartment was absolutely wonderful! Small and cosy but well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week by the sea in St Ives. Very clean and tidy but with nice homely touches. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return, and recommend the property to our friends.

Very convenient for all shops , restaurants, bars , beaches and coastal walks , views over porthminster beach are lovely and you can sit and listen to the ocean singing , the apartment is clean and has all amenities needed , definitely will be going back ??

Above The Beach is exactly that with a fantastic view of Porthminster Beach It is close to the Town Centre and Harbour with all of the usual eating and drinking amenities and shops Well decorated with a comfortable living area and bedroom also has a lovely kitchen area and a very important car parking space

Cracking apartment everything you need is there very clean and very comfy. Great location and stunning views. Only downside was if you park in your parking space in the underground be ready to climb a few flights of stairs..10/10 for the apartment though..

The apartment overlooks Porthminster beach, beautiful view. Clean comfortable with secure parking. Five minutes walk into main part of St. Ives.

Not for anyone who has trouble walking or steps. 2 steep hills & 103 steps from town. We were fine with this but others may struggle

Great location for getting into and out of St Ives, parking excellent and secure, fantastic sea/beach views from apartment.Little extras already there for your convenience, no complaints at all.

34 Carrack Widden is a lovely flat with fantastic views over Porthminster Beach. It is always well presented and as I said earlier has this year been re-decorated and looks great.
