5 Rosemorran is a welcoming, first floor, apartment, tucked away in a peaceful part of St Ives. The allocated parking space allows you to arrive with ease and the surrounding communal garden is ideal for picnics in the sun while gazing out to sea. The desirable open plan layout means you can kick back on the sofa looking out across the bay beyond Godrevy Lighthouse while your partner takes advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, cooking a romantic meal for two using fresh, local, produce from the delis, butchers, and bakeries in the town. After a peaceful night's sleep, you can throw back the curtains and enjoy your first morning coffee from the comfort of the king size bed while admiring the view ahead. The large windows in both rooms encourage the natural light to shine through and allow you to make the most of the beautiful view.

Within 10 minutes you can be walking along the cobbled streets surrounding the harbour, window shopping for holiday souvenirs, or booking a boat trip heading out to Seal Island. Sunny days can be spent lounging on one of the five stunning beaches, hopping in and out of the sea to cool down. Some offer water sports equipment hire for those brave enough and, as the evening draws in, you have a variety of delicious restaurants and bars to choose from.

No 5 Rosemorron is perfect for couples, in a quieter part of St Ives, with a 10 minute walk to all things St Ives. Wonderful views from both rooms. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and decorated to a high standard. Washing machine very useful for longer stays. Car park a bit tricky (but manageable ) for larger longer SUVs, etc. Would definitely book this apartment again. Wonderful two week stay in wonderful St Ives. Our favourite, go to place, in the whole of the UK. Something for everyone, beaches, shops. restaurants, cafés, coastline walks, etc. Love this place. ????????????????????????????

There were no useful information leaflets in the apartment. We needed a local town guide map, a bus service leaflet, and tourist information leaflets.

The property owners do leave leaflets and a bus timetable within one of the drawers, so apologies if you weren't able to find these.
