This beautiful duplex apartment is perfect for sharing holidays with larger families or groups of friends. You have the benefit of two parking spaces at the property and a beautiful split-level garden to relax in on warmer days, or dine al fresco using the BBQ. The high ceilings and spacious rooms give a grand and luxurious feel throughout, allowing you to settle comfortably into your home from home. The sitting room, at the front of Albany View, provides stunning views reaching out to Hayle and Godrevy lighthouse, and you can choose between here and the light, airy, kitchen to dine together.
A five minute stroll will see you down amongst the hustle and bustle of St Ives town, with plenty of local shops and boutiques to browse in as well as a good choice of pubs, bars and restaurants to enjoy your favourite tipple.You also have five local, golden, sandy beaches to spend your days on. Albany View really is a stunning apartment and you'll no doubt want to return here year after year. Two parking spaces are provided with Albany View, allowing you to come and go with ease, for those days you want to explore West Cornwall and beyond.

gas central heating, there is a travel cot, high chair, bed guard, stair gate, kids toys and books and child step all provided for your use, two parking spaces provided to the rear of the property with the total space measuring 450cm x 500cm. Due to the bed configuration, this property is best suited to six adults and two children as the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, WiFi, short breaks available.
We have stayed at 7A Albany View for the last three years, the property is well equipped and the excellent standard has been maintained. An added bonus is the two parking spaces at the back of the property.

We loved our stay at Albany View, the property is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos . It's only a short walk to the beach or down into the town and it was nice to sit and look at the view from the lounge window away from the crowds. We liked that the owners are child friendly, with a travel cot and highchair provided as well as a good supply of games and puzzles to do . We would definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

It’s a bit difficult to find the access by car and the property would not be well situated for people wanting to go into St Ives as it’s at the top of a steep hill and St Ives town is at the bottom of the hill. OK if you’re fit.

We are sorry if the parking access and the walk down into the town was not what was expected. We have tried to ensure that the directions to the parking and the property are clear as possible, but we regularly review all directions to properties to ensure that they are always up to date and easy to follow. We have since added What3Words to assist with this. Albany View is in an ideal location for Porthminster Beach, and although the walk to and from the property (5 minutes to the beach, a little more on the way back) may not suit everyone, this location means that you escape the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the town and benefit from parking for 2 vehicles, which is quite a rarity in St Ives. Beautiful 4 bedroom house, there was 6 adults, A 3 year old and a baby, child friendly, toys and games and also a safety gate, the garden is not connected to the house you have to go up 8 steps, would definitely stay there again, the price was reasonable.

Would certainly recommend Albany View for young families. Very well equipped, comfortable and modern furnishings, and a lovely view. A little further walk to the beach if you have a pram otherwise the long stairs halve the journey time. Crossing the road from the property was difficult but doable with a toddler and pram. The garden is separated from the house by a private walkway. Overall, very pleased with both property and service and will look to book again in the future.

We loved Albany View and would definitely book again for a group of 6 adults, the bunk bed room would only be suitable for young children. The views from the living room are wonderful, actually better than in the photos! The property is in a quiet location, easy to be in, very close to town and the harbour. Decent parking for two cars and all in all a lovely place to spend a week.

Nice place for a family holiday. Great view, close to the beach, and close to town. Decent parking spaces and more roomy inside than it looks on the photos. Ideal for six adults and two kids. Be aware that Albany Terrace is largely residential and it's important to be mindful of those who live next to holiday lets.
