We had a really lovely week staying at 7 Academy Place. We found the property to be very spacious and comfortable and well equipped and we were not disturbed by any noises at night. We loved the fact that we were within easy walking distance of everything that St Ives has to offer as the apartment is so centrally placed just off Fore Street. We enjoyed delicious croissants from St Ives Bakery every morning and we also enjoyed their pasties and fruit scones which were very light. We are a family of four and our two sons loved having a room each - one especially enjoyed being in the mezzanine with a glimpse of the harbour! We would highly recommend staying at 7 Academy Place - we parked in Barnoon Car Park for the week which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment if you walk up the steps outside the property and follow the footpath to the right. We have been coming to St Ives every year and we have always found Aspects properties excellent. We have already booked with them again for next October and we can’t wait as St Ives is our favourite place in Cornwall.

Our second time in this property and another great holiday. The location is perfect for easy access to the town, and the property is surprisingly quiet given its proximity to Fore Street. Our two young daughters loved exploring all the different levels, particularly the mezzanine bedroom. We'd certainly stay here again.

St Ives - A great place to visit, but not to stay in the Central Area.

Excellent property in a great central location at a reasonable price. Property was very clean and equipped for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic cottage in a perfect location next to the main shopping street and just a few minutes to the harbour, Portmeor beach or Tate gallery. Nevertheless really quite (seagulls might be heard, however). Very well equipped and furnished and decorated with much love and care. Three bedrooms, one of which is situated under the roof with a view to sky and sea. This one is separated from living room by stairs but not completly closed off. Perfect for family of four but would be suitable for couple with 3 or 4 children as well.

Really nice house in the centre of st ives. More spacious than we were expecting and very well equipped for cooking and eating in. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely property in heart of st ives. Well equipped and clean. Only issue for us was no dressing table and plug sockets were very limited in bedrooms for charging phones and nowhere to plug lamps in on bedside tables.

Location great, Aspects staff very friendly and helpful Cottage nice and spacious, but not as clean as would of liked ( we did some cleaning when we got there) and bathroom very dated with a poor shower

7 Academy Place is a fantastic holiday home. It is spacious, light and well-equipped. The property is in an excellent location, close to all amenities, but is still very quiet. We have visited St Ives many times and would definitely consider this property again in the future.

Fantastic holiday in 7acadermy place we as a family loved it very clean and central to everything we needed ie. Shops beach ect .very helpful staff when needed to ask them anything .we will hopefully stay in one of there properties in the near future .

A fantastic, welcoming and relaxing place to visit, right in the heart of St Ives. Easy access to the town shops, restaurants and the many quality beaches that are within a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This cottage has an excellent location, right off Fore Street and 3-4 minutes from the harbour beach. We bought pasties and took them back for lunch, saving money. Everything was clean and new and the place was well equipped.

A lovely little cottage tucked away and very quiet, yet right in the heart of St Ives. An ideal base for a holiday in the lovely St. Ives.

Excellent accomodation, beautifully kept place. Lovely location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Will recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon. :-)
