A gorgeous home away from home while we got married! This was the perfect stay for us for the week with our 18 month old daughter and our dog. Really well equipped, a stunning view of the harbour in the distance with the most gorgeous sunrises. Everything seems to have been thought of and we were gutted to leave. The narrow path was definitely a bit tricky with a young one and the pram but between us we managed fine and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Excellent place to stay, parking wise you are best to park in the Barnoon Long Stay Car Park (get a rover ticket through the council website).

Harbour garden is in an excellent location and very well equipped. It is very comfortable and great for a weeks stay .

Lovely place, so quaint yet modern, furnished really nicely, good shower, lovely garden area for breakfast as gets the morning sun! Arrived to a welcome tray of cream tea and coffee which we enjoyed :) Quiet and tucked away yet close to the centre down some cute little alleys and streets! Would thoroughly recommend and would return if we come back to St Ives!

Lovely little cottage with tiny stepped passageway leading to St Ives shops, restaurants and harbour in a couple of minutes. Perfect location. I was concerned by reviews of steps into and out of the property -they are narrow and steep though safe for small children. Our 5 year old managed without any difficulty. Property equipment was perfect for a self catering break, surprising amount of storage space, comfortable, clean and nicely furnished property.

Harbour Gardens is in a fab location, really quick and easy to get to the beach or into town. An ideal space for a couple, but it is a small property so if you are planning to stay in then this probably isn’t for you. The WiFi didn’t work very well throughout our stay

Nice location, property close to town centre, lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants. Only downside is parking absolute nightmare. We were unable to go sightseeing because if you moved your car you would never find another space. We paid for a weekly pass but they don't guarantee you a space. My advice find a holiday property with parking space. I will return but only with guaranteed parking.

Our stay at harbour garden was amazing, it was a great little place right in the centre of everything. We really loved having the outside space, and the sea view was wonderful. We would definitely return.

A well positioned apartment with wonderful garden area with gorgeous views. Well equipped and clean.
Description is not accurate enough though. Despite asking about a cot and being told we would need to hire one, we brought a travel cot instead but found one in the apartment. Secondly this apartment is not suitable for a pram. Access is difficult with narrow steps and the ginnel to town, which is a great shortcut, can't be used with a pram, there are lots of steps and the access route is filled with someone's belongings.
The main bed is very uncomfortable, very hard and lumpy so needs a new mattress.
However overall, if you are not bringing a pram and like a very hard mattress you will find this apartment to be a great place to stay in st ives

We are sorry if any part of this property was not what you had expected and if the mattress was not to your preference. These can be very difficult to get right for every guest, with everyone having different preferences. We try to ensure that our details are as accurate as possible so that guest's expectations are always met, if not exceeded. We do not specifically include any details on the suitability of access for a pram, but the team here are always happy to discuss this kind of thing with customers before booking, to help you pick the best property to meet all your party's needs, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us before booking, if you are looking to return. We are sorry that we were not aware that the owners had a cot there. If we are informed by the owners that this will always be available for guests, we will make sure that the details are amended so that guests can be advised. Tanya, Customer Services
This property is a great base to explore all St Ives has to offer. The outside area really is lovely and a great place to have breakfast in the morning or a drink in the evening with sea views! We had absolutely no trouble parking in the nearby Barnoon carpark and found the property to be close to all the beaches, bars and restaurants in St Ives. There are lots of steps to the property which would make it difficult for people who have limited mobility or large prams to access. We are a family of 3 with a 2 year old and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Gorgeous, stylish, comfortable apartment. It had a lovely sun spot out front on the terrace with a half view of the harbour and we were lucky with the weather. It was right on top of the town so really easy access for everything. We also managed to park up in the nearby Barnoon long stay car park so that was a bonus!

Perfect getaway spot for a small family! Everything you need for a week in St Ives; the location was so close to everything, yet provided seclusion and privacy for total relaxation. The outside space was wonderful, with great views of the harbour. Harbour Garden was spotless, just as described and a lovely home from home.
Mrs Gray Jul 2021
We’ve just returned from a lovely stay in Harbour Garden. The apartment is exactly as described and was perfect size for our young family (Two children under 4). The location is excellent for access to the stunning beaches and the main shopping street especially with two young children who want to walk. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The long stay car park is only a short walk to the apartment, spaces were limited but we didn’t have much trouble finding one. We would definitely stay here again.
Mrs Porter-Gailes May 2021
We had a lovely week in Harbour Garden after the lifting of lockdown restrictions. Everything was just as described. Excellent location just a short walk from the harbour but very quiet ambience . Flat was very well equipped and all was spotless on our arrival. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.
