Fab little cottage in a great location with the bonus of nearby parking space !
Mrs Bell Aug 2024
Fantastic holiday home, with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Definitely listen to the advice from Aspect about directions to the house as the sat nav will try to take you up roads marked unsuitable for motor vehicles! Is was the perfect bilt hole for our holiday in St Ives and I would go out of my way to book the same house in the future.
Mrs Smith Aug 2024
Just returned from a long bank holiday stay the property is in a great location, homely and has everything one would need, benefit from a parking space at the rugby club, washing machine and dryer and an outside terrace with table and chairs. Would highly recommend and return in the future.

A great place to be - close enough to everything and yet far enough away froms the bustle. Welcoming, tasteful interiors of fine craftmanship, quality equipment, thought-out layouts - functional and beautiful.
Mr Nothdurft Jul 2023
A great place set just a stones throw from the center of town. Great kitchen and brilliant shower!
Bed comfort off the scale! Parking uphill but a great thing to have
Miss Carlile Jun 2023
Lovely stay at Kerensa, well equipped house. Steps are little steep if you've got little ones or mobility issues, but no problem for us. Great to have an allocated car parking space albeit up a steep hill, but didn't need to move the car for a week so no issues. Clean and tidy house, ideal for two or a small family. Great little courtyard as a small outside space to dry wetsuits etc., Great location, on edge of shops/bars/restaurants, no more than 5 mins walk to shops.
Mrs Jones Jun 2023
We spent a week at Kerensa and the house was perfect for a couple. The location is great, a very easy walk to Fore Street and the beaches. The kitchen was well equipped and the living spaces and beds were very comfortable! We hope to return soon.
Ms Zandstra May 2023
The property is quite dark during the day due to its positioning, the old original stone steps down in to the kitchen can make it tricky when carrying things. The property is in a great position and the kitchen is well equipped

The owners have tried to keep the décor light, bright and neutral to make the most of any natural light, but as with any cottage in the central and lower parts of St Ives; there are many other properties around, so you will not get the light levels that you get in apartments that are higher up, or in properties that are away from more built up areas, and the traditional features of these charming and quirky cottages will also contribute to this. However, with this, you get the benefit of being in an amazing location, close to all the town has to offer. We hope that this, and the steps in the property were what you had expected from our website description. We will continue to monitor for feedback in case we need to make any of this clearer. Thanks for the helpful comments and we hope to see you back in St Ives again soon. Tanya, Customer Services
Kerensa is a welcoming and homely cottage which offered us a great central location near to shops, amenities, harbour and beeches. The road itself was very quiet and great to have an allocated parking space. The cottage was immaculate, well thought out and high quality goods and appliances which made holidaying easy. Fantastic property to take dogs to as it accommodated our 2 dogs.
Mrs Wray Apr 2023
Excellent cottage. Had everything we needed. Great for two dogs as most properties only accept one. Superb kitchen and an amazing shower! Comfy beds as well. The whole experience of staying here was a positive one. Would not hesitate to book again. Great to store one car at the Rugby Club.
Miss Muir Mar 2023
I have just had the most enjoyable stay at Kerensa. The property is in a great location, easy to walk into St Ives and great for taking the dog to the beach. Kerensa has everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. My bed was super comfortable, lovely bedding and towels In fact it was so homely I could have imagined living there! I would definitely book it again. Thank you
Mrs Chadwick Oct 2022
Kerensa was excellent, very comfy well equipped and in a nice quiet location, we took our two dogs and it was perfect for them as there is and outside space for them, we had a lovely stay all in all.
Mrs Wheeler Sep 2022
Beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk to the harbour.
The cottage was spottlessy clean and the furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen was also extremely well equipped.
Lovely to have a bottle of fizz, milk, biscuits and dog biscuits on arrival too.
We stayed with a 2 year old so the stair gate provided was also very helpful!
Ms Blackmore Sep 2022
We had a wonderful week in August in Kerensa. A charming and very well equipped holiday house. Thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Great to have the little courtyard too. We were are family of 4 plus small dog and all really enjoyed this cottage as our base.
One note - the (current) master bedroom is very small. The other bedroom is very generous in size. Bear in mind there are steep hills from car park to the house. Altogether a great holiday home, in a good central location.
Mrs Armon-Jones Sep 2022
Another great holiday with aspects, great service, fabulous accommodation, lovely location in Beautiful St ives
Mrs Marshall Aug 2022
Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Kitchen very, very well equipped with everything you would need. Well done to the owners for providing large sofas to put your feet up whilst watching a film, very comfortable indeed. Brilliant washer, drier and clothes airer. Loved the outside space. The shower was also great. Lots of hooks for coats in the hallway, and shoe rack, often forgotten in most properties. Lovely large t.v in lounge. Thank you to the owners for thinking about how many coat hangers are needed, i have lots of dresses so could hang every one. We really enjoyed our stay at Kerensa cottage, we would stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone. The owners of this cottage have really thought of what is needed in a holiday cottage. 10 out of 10, excellent.
Mrs Gwilt-Littlehales Aug 2022
The property is in excellent location it is central and only 5 minutes from a co-op. We were worried about the parking situation however the rugby club is easy to find and once we arrived at the rugby club there were clear signs on which spot was for us. we used a taxi service to get us from where we parked to our accommodation. Kerensa is perfect size for 4 people, shower was excellent as it was perfect temperature and big space and toilet was clean and worked well. The beds were very comfortable. Internet was quick and we had Netflix and Amazon prime which was nice in the evening . The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and they were high quality utensils too which made preparing food so much more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here!
Miss Umali Jul 2022
We liked everything about the apartment, everything had been thought through from everything you would neeed in the kitchen to loads of storage and enough coat hangers to hang everything up! The beds were so comfortable, the towels were so soft and fluffy and the apartment furniture was so comfy. The decor and bespoke lighting and furniture was beautiful, we could relax and put our feet up after long walks and days out. The added touches of tea bags, and milk and even a bottle of prosecco made it feel very welcoming. The added bonus of a parking space was also very welcomed. The apartment is just everything and more than we expected, the owner has really thought carefully about how he/she present this rental property and we would highly recommend and will look to return! (Please pass our thanks to the owner) Thank you, Colin - CR Blinds and Shutters Ltd
