St Ives Town is the perfect place for those looking to soak up the atmosphere of a bustling coastal town. Nestled in the heart of St Ives, most of our holiday cottages in St Ives Town are within a short walk of the harbour where you will find an array of fun-filled things to see and do, from building sandcastles to paddling along the shoreline or hopping on a boat trip for an exhilarating sea safari.

Narrow lanes are dotted with boutique shops, artisan bakeries, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Discover picturesque gardens, stunning coastal paths, and art galleries galore, all on your doorstep.

This is the second time I have stayed at Lyonnese so it felt like revisiting an old friend. It's lovely, bright and comfortable with the added bonus of a parking space. Love this property and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous house. Very clean and spacious. Lots of storage. Excellent variety of kitchen utensils. Can't fault it. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again.

A really lovely property with everything that you could possible need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in St Ives. Providing you are able to negotiate the steep, uphill walk from the beaches and town, it really is worth the effort. An added benefit is a parking space for 1 car right outside.

Lyonnesse is an excellent property in a good location. Easily walkable to the harbour but be prepared for the steep hill back. Beautiful conservatory and garden.

I’d just repeat my previous very positive review.

Lovely accommodation, comfortable beds. Easy walking distance into St Ives and the beaches. You just need to remember if you walk down hill into town you are walking uphill on the way back. Lovely quiet area we really enjoyed our stay.

In our opinion this is the best accommodation we have ever had and we have booked 2 more weeks for this year.

Easy to access the property by car and foot. Situated in a good location so you don’t have to go down any small roads. Clean inside and out, lovely to read a book in the conservatory and hear the birds chirping away! I stayed last year and this year and would look to book again very soon!!

Our third stay in this lovely modern property with parking. The property is within 15mins downhill walk of either end of St Ives- uphill return. The upstairs room/bathroom arrangements were ideal for our party of 4 adults and would work well for 6.

The house was excellently situated to be able to walk to the beach if you’re fit enough. Great house and would be happy to stay again. Very well equipped and home from home.

St Ives is an amazing place - extremely quaint and pretty though very hilly for those with mobility issues. This was our second visit this year. The beaches are lovely and there are lots of walks to do including one to Carbis Bay. You can always catch the train to or from if you want to.

A very clean and comfortable house, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and in a peaceful location. And sea views from two bedrooms! The private parking space is excellent and the walk down to town and beach lovely. Up is another matter, and the buses do not accept bus passes. On the other hand, from this location it is easy to travel to other places without negotiating the centre of St Ives. We loved staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyonesse, the property was very clean and well equipped. It felt like a real home from home. Having the parking space was a real added bonus too. Would happily stay here again. The next time that we plan to come to St Ives, I will definitely be checking to see if this property is available again. The walk into St Ives is only about 10 minutes and although it is quite hilly in places you get to walk through some amazing old streets to get there which is no chore at all.

Fabulous house, we have stayed here twice now. The house is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings. Beds and pillows are very comfortable I usually don't sleep particularly well whilst away from home but these were great. House is very well equipped even has books puzzles, board games etc. The garden is really pretty to sit out in at the end of a busy day. You also have the added bonus of parking. The only downside is the hill great walking down to porthmeor beach takes 5-10 minutes , would definitely recommend the bus to get back up! We have had wonderful holidays here and would definately stay again.

It is a lovely house, very clean. Beds were comfy, conservatory great to sit in too. Took about ten minutes to walk down into st Ives and fifteen to twenty minutes coming back up the hills. It was really nice to have a quiet haven in the pretty and really well maintained gardens and the parking space was appreciated. We loved St Ives and would recommend the house.

The house was perfect for the four of us and had plenty on indoor and outdoor space. The garden is stunning and well thought out with various places to sit. Car parking space outside the house was an added bonus too.

Well equipped holiday home, great location with parking ??

Second visit to this property. Had a marvellous two weeks stay in May. Love the quiet location. Very spacious and well equipped house. look forward to next time. Garry & Sally Stamp, Whitby. North Yorkshire...

Lovely house. Nicely decorated and clean. Location is ideal to beach and town however be prepared for a hill walk back. Parking was perfect large space right outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great holiday home and with a parking spot which made it even better. Plenty of room and everything we could need, like a home from home.

Comfortable, clean & very spacious. Plenty of cups, plates, saucepans etc. Good showers. Very pleased with the property. 10minute walk into the centre, however the property is quite high up and there are steep hills to go down & up

You do have a bit of an uphill walk to get back to the property at the end of the day, after a day exploring the beaches or the many unique shops, cafes, restaurants, and galleries; but we hope that you agree that it was totally worth it for the extra space, parking right outside and a bit of outside space too! And at least you can work off all the pasties, cream teas and ice creams that just must be tested out while here! ;-) Tanya, Customer Services

We had an excellent stay at Lyonnesse, could not fault accommodation. The garden & conservatory are very handy for evening chill out. The house is well equipped throughout. The car parking space is a bonus as parking is not easy in St Ives. Beware the town/beach are all down hill from the house, you may find the less mobile find coming back home hard work.

My sister and I had a lovely stay in Lyonnesse. In a great location for exploring the wider area of St. Ives. Well equipped kitchen, comfy living spaces and bedrooms. No complaints with this property and will hopefully be back. Tina & Karen (Doncaster)

This was a lovely house in a location that suited us, however, for anyone that would want to be nearer the town and beaches probably not for them. The house was well furnished and the conservatory is a lovely bonus giving extra living space. The kitchen was well equipped, although a double oven, or separate grill would have been useful for us. Altogether a beautiful property that we would be more than happy to return too, and to recommend to family and friends.

This is one of the best properties that we have stayed at anywhere in Cornwall - very well equipped, quiet and just like home from home!

Lovely house in a good location. With a easy accessible parking space.

appreciated change of linen and towels mid holiday.

Very comfortable well equipped house in peaceful location with car-parking; ideal for our multi-generational winter holiday.

Beautiful newish modern town house. Well equipped, quality finishes and extremely clean. Lovely enclosed little garden. Distant sea views from 2 bedrooms. Good location but for anyone who knows St Ives there are very steep hills from town centre up to house. Not suitable if you have mobility problems, otherwise can highly recommend it.

I would thoroughly recommend this cottage/house to anyone. The accommodation is spacious and plentiful and very tastefully decorated. The provision of utensils, pots, pans etc. in the kitchen is one of the best in a rented cottage I have ever seen. The cottage is just of the town centre and is in a quiet location, he only disadvantage being the climb up the hill from the town.

thanks to the owners for a lovely holiday, house is clean and well equipped everything there we could possibly need, we would definately like to return there again sometime

Great accommodation in a great location. With a parking space! Excellent stay.

The property is a pure delight, and provided us with all the comforts of home. Would recommend the property to anyone.

Highly recommend this property. Very spacious with everything you could need for a family of 6 !! Garden and terrace is practical and a great sun trap. Very clean & well equipped. No complaints at all with property or company Aspect. Will highly recommend. The murphy family July 2015

Beds very comfortable and the whole house nicely decorated. Very convenient for the Tate Gallery and all other parts of St Ives. Busses will stop outside the Close the property is in.
