We were so happy with the accommodation, it was absolutely amazing! The property was beautifully kept, and we couldn’t have chosen a nicer place. Everything we could possibly need (and more, including thoughtful welcome treats) was provided, making our stay completely stress-free. The house itself was stunning, with a massive garden perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Safe parking was a bonus, and the location was private and felt like a hidden house, yet so convenient and close to the centre. The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel like a true home away from home. This is the dream property and we cannot recommend it enough. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting St Ives. It exceeded all expectations! Thank you! x

Having stayed in many properties around St Ives, Rosevale Cottage is in a fantastic location with easy access to the town and beaches. No steep hills! We felt instantly at home and had a beautifully relaxing week, making use of the spacious garden, sun soaked decking area and well equipped kitchen. It was spotlessly clean, had so much storage space and an outdoor rotary line, the dream!! The beds are all super comfortable, we all want new mattresses now we are back home! Having the parking space, in a secure underground car park just a minutes walk away, was a real bonus; although it’s quite a tight squeeze if you have a large car and roof box. There is a pay and display car park close to the property, Stennack Laundry, if you have an additional car to park. We would love to return to Rosevale Cottage, we made some lovely memories this year, thank you.

Wonderful place to stay very central to St Ives! We stayed as two young families and it was great to have separate rooms for the children. Nice large kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, and large garden to play in. We will definitely come again.

Rosevale cottage was perfect for our family holiday. Great location as everything was within a short walking distance. The garden was fantastic for our dogs (as well as us!) with a nice decking area for relaxing in good weather. The parking space was also a bonus, parking being limited in St Ives. Would highly recommend.

Wow what an amazing property, spacious for all the family, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, fantastic location and as if it couldn't get any better a car parking space in a secure underground car park and a large part lawn part decking garden a rare bonus in the centre of St Ives. This an absolute GEM of a property and would return in a heartbeat.
