A fabulous place to escape, recharge and chill , with breath taking views of St Ives and Harbour in this snug cozy modern apartment. Nestled in a quiet area, literally a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives and it's many restaurants, cafes and bars. Light, bright, and welcoming, the stylish interior has been cleverly designed to make the most of the space and sea views. The sitting-area has a comfy corner sofa, positioned for gazing out to sea, over the roof tops to the harbour, with the well-equipped kitchen having all you need to whip up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From the sitting area pull back the patio doors onto the terrace, an idyllic spot to enjoy your morning coffee, whilst planning the day ahead courtesy of the Nespresso coffee machine (don't forget your spare pods)
A few minutes amble downhill will lead you onto the quaint cobbled streets and beautiful harbourside, which boasts a wonderful collection of cafes, restaurants, and welcoming pubs, and not to forget the shops, and galleries, where you can while away an hour or two. For beach and sea lovers, a day spent on one of the five beaches St Ives has to offer, Porthminster Beach being your nearest, is a must, before heading back to the apartment to indulge in a glass of your favourite tipple on the terrace. For those days you don't fancy spending on the beach, head to the iconic Tate Gallery or Barbara Hepworth Museum for a spot of culture. It's easy to venture out of St Ives and explore West Cornwall and beyond, with the train station only a five-minute walk away from the apartment, where you can hop on the scenic branch line and head further afield. However, if bringing your car, the nearest Public Car Park is also only a short stroll away, where you can purchase a week long rover ticket for your stay.

Summer Dreams is a great little holiday let. It’s a good location as it’s literally 2 minutes walk from a car park without having to navigate the narrow and busy streets . It’s very well equipped and nicely furnished with great views. Nice seating area outside which would be great in fair weather. Considering its size it’s got everything you need , even managed to fit a small table for meals and a dressing table in its own little room . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lovely light and bright apartment. Recently updated with modern facilities. It’s located right in the middle of St Ives with easy access to the shops, bus and rail station and beaches. The view over the harbour is outstanding. I have stayed here previously and will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment with a great view over the harbour and perfect for a couple. Really nicely furnished and decorated, super comfy king size bed, good bathroom and walk in shower. Good kitchen area. Lovely outside terrace though the weather wasn’t so good for us to sit outside. Would definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!

Great location with views over the harbour. Sunshine in the morning and evening on the balcony make for an easy way to relax if you want a rest from the up and downs of St Ives.
Apartment was immaculately modern, clean and tidy with everything you could need.
