The convenient location is away from the hustle and bustle, but everything St Ives has to offer is within a short downhill stroll. The Blue Flag beaches of Porthminster and Porthmeor are within a 12 minute walk, and the historic centre with its cobbled streets, shops, bars, restaurants and harbour are less than a 10 minute walk away
