Tregever is a charming four-bedroom house with a welcoming home from home feel. It is perfect for families and friends to enjoy time together, whether relaxing whilst watching a film in the evening, or dining together around the large table with room for all. This characterful home is set over three floors, providing plenty of space for all ages, and has been decorated beautifully with a rustic feel throughout. The driveway to the rear allows you to arrive and unload with ease, while the kids and dogs play in the small, enclosed courtyard. Being set in an elevated position within the town, you can be strolling down along the harbour front within 10 minutes or easily jump in the car and head out for a day of exploring.
St Ives town offers plenty to keep the family entertained throughout your stay; hire wetsuits and surfboards on the beautiful, golden sands of Porthmeor beach, or book yourself onto a local boat trip heading out to Seal Island. The Tate and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Gardens are very popular and perfect for those interested in modern and contemporary art, also offering activities in the gallery for younger members of the group, and a top floor cafe with spectacular views and of course a Cornish cream tea - jam first!

This was our families second time staying at Tregever, and it was just as good as the first, everything you need for a wonderful comfy stay, and excellent customer service from Aspects staff

A lovely house; comfortable, spacious and homely. It is up a very steep hill so maybe not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, although there is a bus which goes past several times a day. Excellent customer service too, I enquired if we could gain access to the house earlier than 4pm as my daughter is seven months pregnant and we were travelling a long way. I got an almost immediate reply and it was all sorted in less than 24 hours, we were able to go in at midday which made everything so much easier. When visiting Cornwall I'd always book with Aspects, we've had three fabulous holidays through them so far without a solitary hitch

Narrow lanes are dotted with boutique shops, artisan bakeries, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Discover picturesque gardens, stunning coastal paths, and art galleries galore, all on your doorstep.

Very well presented property with very good facilities. Parking a bit tight and a bit of a slog up the hill. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

We are glad that you enjoyed your time here and we do hope that the parking and elevated position were all expected from the details that we include in the website description. With parking being very limited in St Ives, we do hope that you still found this a convenient facility to have. Tanya, Customer Services
Wonderful home from home, would thoroughly recommend

Nice house in good location. You need to be reasonably fit & mobile to make it up & down the hill from the house to St.Ives & back on foot.
Parking not easy for 2 average sized cars but you get used to it.

Thanks for your feedback. Whilst we do not specifically advertise the space for 2 cars, we include the parking space measurements on the website, so that guests can decide whether their vehicle/s will fit the space, though you will need to bear in mind the narrow access lane. The lane is wide enough for larger cars but will require manoeuvring to get into the space. We are glad to hear that it worked well for your requirements, and that you enjoyed the location. Lovely home from home which comes with everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday. Great to have parking there, although you need to have extremely good 3 point (or should I say 20 point!!!!) turning skills to get your vehicle in ?? Plenty of sofas in the lounge but we did struggle to get comfortable in them and we did find the house to be very drafty. Only a 10 minute walk into Fore Street.

We are so pleased to hear that you have had an enjoyable stay at Tregever. As you have mentioned, the parking area being down a narrow road does mean some manoeuvring is required to get in and out of the spaces, but with parking being at such a premium in St Ives we hope you agree it is worth it! We are sorry that you found the sofa uncomfortable; it can be very difficult to find furniture that will suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference, but we will continue to monitor feedback on this so thank you for making us aware. Katy, Customer Services.
A great house, very homely, extremely well equipped and spacious. One of the best we have stayed in. Would definitely book again. Good location if you don’t mind a little uphill walk from town which we didn’t. Great local shop and park a couple minutes walk which was a bonus.
Mrs Taylor Oct 2022
The house is well looked after, has everything you need and great access to St Ives and surrounding area.
Ms Van Zyl Sep 2022
The location is perfect as you are out of the hustle and bustle but also close enough to walk into the mix. There’s a hill to walk back up to the house but we managed it absolutely fine with a pram and little dog.
The house is furnished beautifully and was so clean. Everything was so accessible and so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a fantastic week.
Miss Lewis Aug 2022
Lovely house, very comfortable. Near to the beach, Tate gallery, shops, eating etc….be prepared for hilly walk home… Great park for children 20 yards from house for when they have tired from the beach ! First time to St Ives, would certainly visit again to explore more coastal walks and would use aspect-holidays again.
Mr Orsler May 2022
A wonderful holiday property with everything you need, lovely comfy beds, very clean and well maintained, parking space a bonus suitable for small to medium size vehicle due to angle and turning in and out. Top tip number 6 bus went from Ayr holiday park opposite property down hill to Tate gallery and back again.
Mr Barnes Apr 2022
