Lower Trevivian is set amongst a beautiful tranquil and untouched area with unique raw and natural earthly elements in the parish of St Clether, just a couple miles from the property you will find the 15th Century St Clederus Church and Holy Well which is steeped in history. From here if walking is your passion there is a six-mile circular walk from St Clether calling by the Rising Sun pub which serves local ales, ciders and homecooked meals. There is a delightful farm shop four miles away at Slaughterbridge which sells local produce and serves light homecooked meals. Trebarwith Strand beach is nine miles away for beach adventures, Davidstow Moor for wild walking is just three miles or if you wish to venture further afield visit the old market town of Launceston where there is a famous castle and all the main supermarkets, interesting shops, eateries and lots to do and see.
