The flat was spotless, and had everything we needed and more - just bring your clothes and toiletries! There is a lovely sea view from the balcony towards Falmouth, and the area is peaceful. Wave Watchers is in a block of holiday apartments within ‘West Bay’, and the South West coastal path runs along the bottom of the field below the building, a minute’s walk away. We enjoyed the proximity to Maenporth beach which was only five minutes’ walk away, with its lovely cafe and loos, and popular for swimming, even in October! It’s ideally located near to main roads taking you across the Lizard area. We visited Cadgwith Cove, Mullion, Porthleven, Helston, Kynance and Lizard Point, and the seal sanctuary in Gweek. We also loved being able to pop into Falmouth within 10 minutes’ easy drive, to enjoy the harbour, shopping, restaurants, and the history of this vibrant town showcased in the Maritime Museum, at Pendennis Castle and the Art Gallery. Out of season, we had no issues parking or driving anywhere. The apartment keeps warm and is quite sheltered from wind and rain. We would definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay and will be back in early 2025

We have been here twice now very comfortable nice location

This is my second time at Wave Watchers and I fall in love with the place each time, lovely quiet location, with great views and walks. The flat itself is large, clean and very comfortable with everything that you need. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and boats going in and out of Falmouth and hearing lovely birdsong. It really is a special place. The beach at Maenporth is just a 5 minute walk away and the coast path to Falmouth has some great views which takes about 1.5 hrs, easy to get to other places like Porthleven. If I could I would buy this place! The Aspect team as ever were really helpful during our stay, they really do provide great customer service, thank you

Had a lovely relaxed week at wave watchers - so close to the beach and really quiet, plus close to Falmouth for eateries. Field in front of the apartment perfect for dog owners! Recommended.

Great apartment with amazing coastal views. Situated in a great location within easy walking distance from the beach and the SW coastal path. The apartment was bright and airy (but also cosy in the evenings) and very well equipped. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The stay in the roomy well fitted out flat on the 1st floor with a view made staying above a small bay all the more cosy with underfloor heating and balcony

Lovely apartment which had a wow factor in a beautiful setting. Amazing views from the balcony.

Lovely apartment in quiet location with on site parking. Within close walking distance of a beach and some lovely easy walks along the coastal path in both directions. Appreciated the welcome pack. As ever great service from Aspects.

Wave Watchers is a light, airy well-equipped apartment just above the cove. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Very comfortable apartment with lovely views from the balcony and situated in a stunning area. Beautiful walks on the doorstep, two lovely gardens nearby, and amazing coastal scenery. A most enjoyable stay.

Had a lovely break at Wave Watchers, comfortable clean apartment with sea views from the balcony. Bonus to have on site car parking.

We were very lovely stay in the apartment which was spacious and comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you needed. Fabulous views over Maenporth beach from the balcony, slightly disappointed we didn’t get more sun on the balcony but still had a great stay.

One of the best places we’ve stayed, spacious flat with everything you could possibly need provided and a lovely view from the balcony too. Would recommend this property to everyone.

Well appointed apartment (with a lift) minutes away from the coast path and a short walk to Maenporth beach. Ten minutes drive to choice of supermarkets and plenty of lovely places to visit within a short distance.

Fantastic apartment, bigger than expected. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely idea and pretty yummy too. The location and view is amazing. Sound of sea and birdsong was a delight. Great o leave the car and go for walks to the other beaches and to Falmouth itself. The beach at Maenporth is literally a 5 minute walk along the footpath. The cafe on the beach has lovely food and good coffee. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the Aspects team who were very helpful and informative throughout the stay.

Just home after an enjoyable week at Wave Watchers. Apartment was very clean & well equipped. Lovely sea view from window. 5-10 mins walk down to Maenporth beach & about 1 hour’s walk along costal path into Falmouth. Apartment in a good location for visiting the local National Trust sites & touring South Cornwall

Very spacious apartment with amazing views over the sea. Very clean and comfortable. Can walk to Maenporth beach within a couple of minutes. Lovely sandy beach with a cafe and surf hire. Right on the coastal path so handy for walking. Didn’t have to use car every day because apartment is in a excellent position

We love the quite location of this apartment, and the access to Maenporth beach. We have been several times and feel its a home from home comfort. Look forward to our next stay and the friendly staff at aspects holidays also do a great job. Thank you, Janet and David Miller.

Beautiful apartment, literally within minutes from the coastal path and Meanporth Beach. Our second visit to these apartments and won’t be our last.

A beautiful quiet location...overlooking Maenporth beach. To dreamy to be true . Our mini break was perfect. Shame to leave .

Fantastic location to explore Cornwall, accommodation to a high standard and very well equipped will stay again.

It is a lovely apartment, well equipped and in a good location with views across Falmouth Bay and near Maenporth Beach.

Near the access point from the lane there is a gate which leads into open National Trust land and the SW Coast path. A reasonable walk to the beach below. If you are car bound, we found there was always space on sunny days to park at the back of the beach from about 4pm and benefit from the beach cafe and enjoy a swim.

Enjoyed: the Beach Cafe at Maenporth, the horsebox below Hooked on the Rocks at Swanpool, The Cove Restaurant and Hotel Meudon, food from the village shop in Mawnan Smith.

Be aware that the apartment probably faces north so sun only in the very early morning and very late evening on the longest day of the year. The balcony is not equipped for relaxation or comfort, for the older user anyway!

The beautiful wooden floors are noisy.

We had a fabulous stay at Wave Watchers. The apartment was spacious and very clean with fabulous views. The location was perfect for us with a dog friendly beach 10 mins walk away and the coast path across the road. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and the welcome pack was gratefully received on our arrival. J Clayton

A very welcome last minute break. The apartment was beautiful and so cosy during the stormy weather. Wonderful location and views. Well furnished and a good layout. The equipment throughout was very good, especially good kitchen equipment.

The bedrooms were very cosy and the bathrooms a high standard. On site parking was a bonus in Cornwall.

Our ancient dog really appreciated the lift to the apartment and the underfloor heating throughout.

Would not hesitate to stay again and will recommend. Many thanks for a lovely cosy Winter break.

Wave Watchers is in a super location with beautiful views from the balcony.....comfortable stay, the apartment could do with an update now.....but a lovely stay once again x

We spent an few days at Wave Watchers and were thoroughly impressed by the accommodation. The apartment was well furnished, extremely clean and very well equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils. The view of the beach from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed the short walk there every day. A fantastic location with Trebah Gardens so close in proximity. Will definitely book again.

I would highly recommend Wave Watchers as a base for exploring the local area. It is very comfortable and well equipped and had a real Wow factor when you first walk in and see how large it is. The views of the Cornish coast from the lounge and balcony are amazing and if you love walking there is easy access to South West coastal path. Maenporth Beach and Cafe are just a 5 to 10 minute walk away and also great for dogs apart from when they are banned in July and August. It is a quiet location for chilling out but just 15 minute drive into Falmouth marina and all the lovey shops and restaurants. We have already booked for Easter and can’t wait to go back.

We stayed for a week and found plenty to do. Wave Watchers is close to the SW Coast Path so great for walking. One way to Falmouth and beyond the other towards the Helford River. Maenporth beach is ideal for water sports. Glendurgan Gardens and Trebah Gardens are also nearby - a good walk or a very short drive away. The nearby Cove Restaurant is excellent offering a good varied menu and also a Tasting Menu and a lovely view!

Had a lovely family stay at wave watchers, We had beautiful weather which helped we were able to wander down to the beach each day, there were bits and pieces at the apartment such as wind break , spades ect which was great, we loved this apartment and would definitely return, thanks for the food essentials which you left and for a wonderful stress free break.

Beautiful location, fabulous property

We had a lovely stay at Wave Watchers. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the apartment is very clean and comfortable. Maenporth is situated perfectly to explore south cornwall. The walk to Falmouth takes about 45 minutes and the walk to Maenporth cove about 10 minutes.

This was an excellent stay and the property was lovely ( as we’ve come to expect after many years staying with Aspects ). The weather helped, as it always does. We explored more gardens ( Heligan, Trebah ) which were beautiful as Falmouth was “virtually closed” due to the G7 ( no fault of Aspects ). There are many lovely things to see within a short drive of this property. It was nice having the beach on our doorstep and we had a very nice breakfast in the Cove Restaurant ( highly recommended ). Another great stay with Aspects. We will be back

An overall lovely stay, 5 minute walk to Maenporth beach which is dog friendly during most months of the year apart from July & August. The apartment is homely and has amazing views, we would definitely return. The closest restaurant is The Cove which is opposite the beach front, the food is lovely but a tad on the expensive side. If you enjoy a bottomless brunch like we do, I recommend taking a short taxi ride to the Greenbank hotel!

We had an excellent stay at Wave Watchers, the apartment is very well equipped, really lovely set up, and the view, just amazing. The location is great, 2 minute walk from the beach, and a lovely costal walk into Falmouth

Wave watchers is so spacious. The views are stunning and we had some great weather in October! Falmouth is only 10 mins drive away and the beach is 10 mins walk so you have the best of both worlds. Modern apartment with everything you need. Thanks Aspect Holidays!

Lovely and spacious flat, quiet and with great views of Maenporth Beach. Well situated for long walks throug public footpaths. Well equipped kitchen. We would certainly go back.

Amazing location, great to have a balcony, the view is fabulous even on a wet windy day. very well furnished with tasteful decor and comfortable beds. Bonus having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic quality kitchen, spacious and comfortable. Noise transference is a big issue (down to the developer's lack of sound installation & not the owner) Few niggly issues which need addressing, and looking a bit tired so overall just needs a bit of TLC, but we both enjoyed our stay a lot.

Wave Watchers is in a fabulous location and is a beautifully spacious first floor apartment. We would be happy to stay here again.

Wave Watchers was a spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view and close to the busy town of Falmouth, which was a hive of shops, restaurants and cafes with interesting harbour and beach. There are lots of scenic walks close by and we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

Another fantastic holiday and we were sad to leave but will be back as soon as we can!

An excellent and most comfortable apartment. We will most certainly go again.

The apartment was very clean and wonderful views would stay again

Apartment as described, everything clean and tidy and comfortable. Falmouth is good for eating out. Eden project about 1 hour away. Flamabards about 30 mins

Excellent property- immaculate presentation. Quiet location within easy reach of local amenities and good base for visiting Cornwall’s many attractions.

We have stayed at Wave Watchers before. We loved it then and have loved it on this occasion too! It is in a very good position...five minutes down the coastal path to Maenporth beach, and about 15 minutes drive into Falmouth. The views from the balcony are stunning. The apartment is well equipped ,and is spacious with an airy feel to it. The entire building is well maintained and clean...many thanks to Sarah who cleaned our particular apartment. Well done Aspects Holidays for making the whole process extremely easy to arrange, particularly as it was a last minute venture!

Beautiful views of the coast and countryside. Well-equipped kitchen. Good selection of board and card games for guests’ use. There is also a set of binoculars for you to watch the yachts and birds. Extra duvets, pillows and blankets stored in cupboards for if you should need them. Close-by Maenporth, Swanpool and GyIlyngvase beaches offer lots of water sports. If seafood is your thing, then you may want to book at table at The Cove restaurant in advance as it is very popular. For peace and relaxation then this location is perfect, if you prefer to be in the throng of things then it is a little off of the beaten track.

We`ve really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the location of the apartment only a short way from the beach as well as the fact that the apartment was well equipped with everything one could wish for.

The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, and has a luxurious feel. Fantastic views from the living area windows. In a great location, near to the coastal path with walks from the door into Falmouth and along the coast to Helford Passage. Meanporth beach is a 5 minute walk away.

This is a lovely apartment and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I would mention it is dangerous to walk down the main road to The Cove and the Beach Cafe but there are footpaths. We stayed for 2 weeks and found lots to do, especially with some lovely gardens near by.

Fabulous apartment with super views from the balcony. Fabulous position in Maenporth which provides easy access to the coastal path almost from the door. Great walk to Falmouth in one direction and Durgan in the other. Also well positioned to explore the Lizard peninsula which is beautiful with so many things to see and do. Trebah gardens is outstanding and barely 15 minutes drive from wavewatchers.

Well located apartment for the SW Coastal path. Quiet residential area, well secure and has all the amenities you would want for a holiday.

We enjoyed our week at Wave Watchers-this is a quiet apartment in a block we heard no other noise from adjoining apartments....we sat out on the balcony for breakfast watching the sea.

The beds were comfortable and we liked the vintage retro feel to the furniture.

wifi very fast.

Great Apartment, Excellent views & very spacious, Great for local walks with our dog. Fully furnished & everything you need for your arrival.. Even the milk in the fridge was very appreciated after a long drive.

Fantastic views of Maenporth bay and out to Falmouth. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. A real gem!

Great family place to stay with fantastic costal view of Falmouth bay.
