We have had an amazing holiday in this beautiful property. Lovely living area, large bedrooms and bathrooms, modern well equipped kitchen and very comfortable garden area. The location in Carbis Bay was within easy reach of the beach and St Ives. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Fantastic 'upside down' house! Very comfortable and large living space, nicer than the pictures. Lovely views and a really good location. Tesco is two minutes away. Used the local train to get to St Ives and Hayle, but be warned the walk back up the hill is hard going.

A great house with amazing views and modern interiors. We recommend airing the bedrooms downstairs as ventilation was an issue, especially in the main bedroom, but the overall standard of cleanliness was excellent. Easy access via a short path to buses in 5 minutes and a bit further to the train in 15 minutes. Tesco supermarket is a short walk away as well. Everything had been thought of and it was very well equipped. A real treat to return to each evening and even lounge around during the day admiring the views of Carbis Bay. Will certainly return. Staff at Aspects were also really helpful and friendly.

Very clean and comfortable house. Views are stunning and the house is I in a very good location. We had a lovely relaxed holiday and Highly recommend it.

36 Ros Lyn is a spacious, comfortable property with good sized rooms and level access. The view from upstairs and the rear garden is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use although the dishwasher is very small and would be insufficient if the property were full. A few more mugs would also help. Good sized, well lit family bathroom and excellent hot water system. We did wonder just how hot the upstairs sitting/kitchen room could be at the height of summer as during our stay in early May on returning from a day out the heat had really built up and was quite overwhelming. It does cool down eventually if you open all the windows. We did leave the vents open and on the latch position if we were sure no rain was forecast and this did help. Parking for more than one small car would be an issue at busy times as the property position is rather hemmed in and access is a bit tight with vehicles parked on pavements either side and right in front of no 36 during our week.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are glad that you enjoyed the space on offer and those stunning views. It really is a lovely place and makes the most of the location and views with all those windows up on the first floor. With all those windows and the great heating system, it can get a little warm up on the first floor, but with those windows open for just a few minutes, it very quickly cools down and the bedrooms remain a nice cool temperature in the summer. There were plenty of mugs there when we visited recently, but we will still pass on this feedback to the owner, so they ensure there is always a good back up of these kinds of items. We hope that the parking space was what you had expected. If a property comes with parking, there will only be one space available for a medium sized car unless we state otherwise. We also try to show the parking space at this property as best as possible on the website photos but if you are ever booking a property with us again and you have something larger than a VW Golf, it is always best to check what the space is like before booking. Thanks again for the helpful feedback; we hope that you had a great time and hopefully we will see you back in Cornwall again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

This was by far the best holiday me and my family have ever had everything you needed was there you couldn’t of ask for anything more

We absolutely loved our stay at Ros Lyn and can highly recommend staying there. The house was very comfy and well equipped. A great location for exploring the area. A short (yet steep) walk down to beautiful Carbis Bay, but it kept us fit! Can recommend taking the train to St Ives. Amazing views from the living room/kitchen. We could have easily stayed for another week.

Loved this property and feels bigger on the inside. Ideal location to relax away from busy St.Ives. Bus stop very close (you can see it from the property) and Carbis bay train station about 10 min walk as it’s downhill a bit longer on the way back. Would recommend a visit.

We have stayed at Ros Lyn twice now and have already booked for next year, we like this particular house as it is always clean, comfortable and we like the location. We visit Cornwall once or twice a year and have done for many years, we will enjoy staying in Ros Lyn again next year.

Lovely house, I would defiantly stay there again.

Very well equipped stunning property. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

A lovely space to stay and excellent facilities! Very clean!

Wow this place was amazing ! Loved the property. It was a fab place to return to at the end of the day after sight seeing. Couldn’t wait to get up and look through those lovely windows at the amazing view. Had all the equipment we needed and more. There was nothing that could be improved. Will definitely return

We have traveled a lot and this was one of the best places we have stayed at. Amazing views, fantastic location really well equipped. We had a late arrival and it was very easy to collect keys

Excellent accommodation which overlooks the bays. Everything there you need for a relaxing holiday. Will certainly go back and recommend to friends.

Location great, although steep climb back from Carbis Bay. Beautiful views from top floor. Shame no coffee machine as advertised as we brought pods especially. Clean, tidy. Would return.

36 Roslyn is a lovely bungalow on a quiet road.its interior is set out to a very high standard with everything you need for your stay.we especially liked the whole of one side of bungalow being roof windows giving views across bay. Would definitely love to stay here again.
