Perfect perfect perfect ??

We absolutely loved our stay with you !!! The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and felt like home. Excellent location. We extended our stay as we loved it that much. Would defiantly recommend and would stay again.

The rear of the Apartment had lovely views, the front and subsequent road noise was horrendous!

Access to buses into St.Ives and many other places of interest, was excellent.

We did enjoy excellent weather.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are sorry to hear that you found it particularly noisy. The apartment is situated on the main road into St Ives, so you may hear traffic to the front of the property, though it does vary greatly at different times of the year, with out of peak weeks being much quieter. Although the road can be busy, and noise may be heard at times, this beautifully presented apartment is in such a fantastic location for exploring this area of Cornwall, so we hope that you enjoyed it. Stayed many times in this area, love the scenery ,beaches etc St Ives is so vibrant and interesting especially at this time of year.

Beautiful apartment. Lovely view across the Bay. On-site parking was a big plus, as was the lift to all floors. The bus stop just a few steps away, and a short walk downhill to train station. All in all a perfect two weeks.

Fabulous apartment. Decorated and furnished to high spec. All mod cons and couldn’t fault it. Location is great for St Ives and out and about. Bus runs regular or walk within easy reach of St Ives and Leland. Cleanliness to a high standard. Highly recommended. Great view from the balcony too.

Beautiful apartment with lovely sea views. Great location for walking into St Ives & close to Carbis Bay beach too via the coastal path. Lovely furnishings, very comfy beds, everywhere immaculately presented. Great secure parking on site. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely book again!!

Great location for both St Ives & Carbis Bay. Lovely up to date apartment with all modern fixtures and fittings, we would definitely use this apartment again

Lovely, modern clean apartment , had everything you could need. Close to most amenities and beautiful beach!

Wonderful week in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. Would definitely return. Very convenient for Carbis Bay beach although walking back up the hill is a bit of a challenge! Very convenient for the train to St Ives or Penzance. Also walks along the coastal path. Perfect.

Great apartment - very clean and modern. Can see the sea from the balcony. In a very convenient location for St Ives and the beach at Carbis Bay. Bus stop about 30 seconds away outside, so ideal for getting the bus into St Ives, to avoid finding a parking space there.

We enjoyed a superb week in the apartment, the location and view is lovely. It has modern and high quality fixtures and fittings. We travelled with our 6 month old and we had loads of space. Parking on site is easy too. Would definitely book with Aspects Holidays again

Had a great week in number 11 St Margarets, Carbis Bay. Fantastic property which we would recommend to anyone. Great location and modern facilities.

We have enjoyed a fabulous break in Breakwater. The location is good and the views are great from the open plan living area. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a self catering break, fabulous home comforts made this a really wonderful stay. Big shout out about the bedding and the towels, all helped ensure a really comfortable break in the midst of these crazy times.

A lovely modern well furnished apartment a short walk from Carbis Bay . Very well equipped and spacious . Perfect for our requirements and an autumn break . The balcony is a lovely feature with views towards Hayle .Parking is handy as this can be an issue in St Ives and Carbis Bay . The walk in to St Ives along the coastal path is lovely you can always catch the train or the bus which stops just outside the apartment. We spent the week walking and had a great time. Highly recommended.

Great apartment close to main town local train into st ives or a bus route into town acrosd the road. Very modern and home comforts Loved having our own parking space Would go back again

Lovely modern clean apartment with sea views. Had a lovely stay here. Can walk to st Ives although could be a struggle for some as it’s up and down quite steep hills. Worth doing if you can for the lovely views

We spend quite a while looking at different properties and locations as this was our first trip down to Cornwall (2 adults and 14 year old daughter). We are so pleased that we booked this property. Parking space was a huge bonus, easy access to the building and to the apartment itself. Beds and bedding super comfy - we took our own pillows we always do. The balcony had a lovely view or the sea. During our stay we did not hear other people within the building which was a pleasant surprise. I took an iron with us but did not need to really as there was an iron and I fronting board there. There is Tesco just short driving distance away which we found easy and it was empty between 9 -10 AM. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Breakwater/11 St Margaret’s. It was beautifully furnished, very clean and well equipped. Had some difficulty moderating the underfloor heating but overall very comfortable. Location and proximity to St Ives suited us perfectly giving us the option to walk, drive or catch the bus there. Lovely, albeit steep, walk down to Carbis Bay beach. Excellent base for exploring coastal paths nearby and further afield. No shortage of lovely restaurants nearby.

Lovely clean stylish apartment fresh and new Carbis bay a great place to be Restaurants and local pubs in walking distance Great food and small local shops near by

We never had such a brilliant apartment before. We are still excited!
