Wonderful fortnight very relaxing. Gwel an Nans is in a lovely rural area with all amenities- wanting for nothing

Very clean and well presented modern property with all the essentials. It was very peaceful, with walks on the doorstep making it ideal for dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely stay at Gwel a Nan’s. Beautiful property that didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable & well equipped, lovely location, very quiet with some great walks. Particularly enjoyed our walk into St Ives. Our spaniel loved all the fields & bonus having an outdoor space to sit. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic property, perfect for our needs. In a great location, Carbis Bay within walking distance (although via a field and steep roads in part) and not far away from main roads. The property was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend and hope to return another time.

High spec cow shed conversion, set in beautiful , peaceful surroundings. Great walking opportunities. We chose this property for its accessibility description. Unfortunately, we had problems with the gravel driveway & raised & sunken entrance doorway. Our mother uses a walker. She took a nasty fall on the gravel which resulted in us having to spend the remainder of our stay insdoors.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your review following your stay at Gwel an Nans, and for getting in touch with us following your mother's fall. We were so sorry to hear of this, and we hope that she is recovering well. The property has been marked as accessible as once you are inside it is all on one level - we will look further into your feedback regarding the gravel and entranceway, so thank you for letting us know. Katy, Customer Services.

?? AMAZING Property equipped with everything ?? in an amazing peaceful location definitely will be back ??

Such a lovely place to stay in this beautiful area of Cornwall! The conversion is very high spec making this a warm and comfortable holiday destination. We had a fantastic welcome from the owners, who were willing and available to help out if we had any issues. There are lots of lovely walks from the cottage, great for the dogs. We thoroughly recommend Gwel an Nans to any holiday makers and can’t wait to get back ourselves!

We had a lovely week at Gwel an Nans, which has been beautifully converted into a well equipped and spacious holiday home. Peaceful setting, ideal chill out location but still close enough to amenities in Carbis / St Ives and Lelant. Owners were on hand if needed, very helpful. We will return!

Fabulous accommodation and the attention to detail was amazing. Had a great week and will return again. Absolutely loved it!

We had a great time. Every thing was perfect. One of the best properties we have stayed in very comfortable clean and well located. Will definitely book again and recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Gwel an Nans. The property was spotless and in such a peaceful location without being far from amenities. We had a very warm, friendly welcome from the Owners who have done a beautiful job on the renovation of the former cow shed. The place has a very homely feel to it and is very well equipped. There was also plenty of space indoors and outside for our Bernese Mountain Dog too who also had a lovely holiday. We didn't want to leave and will definitely book to stay at Gwel an Nans again!
