With crystal-clear turquoise waters, enjoy swimming and other watersports, with kayaks and paddleboards available to hire from the watersports centre at the beach. You’ll also be in close proximity to the golden sandy beaches at Lelant and Hayle and the popular beaches in St Ives; you could try a different beach every day of the week!

For nature lovers, the Steeple Woods Nature Reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife and plants. Relax and explore the forty acre space which overlooks St Ives.

For the more adventurous soul, the St Michael’s Way is a 12.5 mile trek starting at nearby Lelant, and finishing up at the stunning St Michael’s Mount in Marazion. If the walk back doesn’t seem too appealing, you can always ride the open-top bus all the way back!

Stayed here for a week in July. The pictures do not do the property the justice it deserves. Very nice newly developed property with everything you need and close proximity to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach.

Ky Sim is a beautiful, relaxing property. It is very spacious, well-equipped and beautifully furnished. Perfect location. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed here in the last week in August 2023 and wow what lovely accommodation. The location is perfect and the accommodation is so spacious. We had 7 people staying for the week and it felt like we had plenty of space.

We got the train into St Ives and there was plenty of room on the street for 2 cars.

I don’t want to big it up too much, though, as we want to make sure we can come back again!

The most beautiful home with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday in Cornwall!

Beautiful property and fully equipped with everything you need. The property has been completed to s high spec and has a very homely feel. We had a lovely week staying here and the location is great. The beach is in walking distance and is a lovely bay with a beach bar. I would definitely return to this property and am looking into booking again.

What an amazing property. Our extended family have just spent a wonderful week at Ky Sim. Location is excellent. Five minute walk to beautiful beach. Attention to detail in this property is second to none. Everything you can think of is provided. We wanted for nothing. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
