May 2024

Great property our second time now and won’t the last it’s in a great spot on main road into st ives there is some traffic noise around rush hour (8-10am) but other than that it was fairly quiet although this may be increased in summer months. Sea views are spectacular as is the decor and interior throughout the whole property. Garden isn’t huge but big enough for our whippet to have mooch about and there is ample room and furniture for our door dining if needed. Would highly recommend this to anyone heading to west Cornwall.

With crystal-clear turquoise waters, enjoy swimming and other watersports, with kayaks and paddleboards available to hire from the watersports centre at the beach. You’ll also be in close proximity to the golden sandy beaches at Lelant and Hayle and the popular beaches in St Ives; you could try a different beach every day of the week!

Walks in Carbis Bay

Leave the car at home and take the 20 minute walk into St Ives, enjoying the views along the way. This gentle walk is a must at least once during your stay.

For nature lovers, the Steeple Woods Nature Reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife and plants. Relax and explore the forty acre space which overlooks St Ives.

For the more adventurous soul, the St Michael’s Way is a 12.5 mile trek starting at nearby Lelant, and finishing up at the stunning St Michael’s Mount in Marazion. If the walk back doesn’t seem too appealing, you can always ride the open-top bus all the way back!

We had a wonderful week at property was perfect for us as a family. It was magnificently clean and very comfortable, a calm and relaxing property. A well equipped kitchen and we were very grateful for the milk tea and coffee supplied (and toilet paper) this was a really nice touch. A fabulous location, a mile and a half to St Ives, but we loved our daily walks along Carbis Bay beach just 10 minutes walk and a sneaky latte at the beach bar looking out over the golden sands. Definitely will book this property again.

Aspects-holidays 1st class they have what your looking for and know how to look after their customers.

The perfect place to stay, beautiful home with everything you’ll need for a wonderful holiday. 2 parking spots, well fitted kitchen and an excellent relaxing lounge. 3 bedrooms 1 en-suite and house bathroom. Been there twice and going back soon.

Best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was 5 star from decor, furniture, utilities and with a fantastic service from aspects and Sandy Toes who provide a bed linen and towels change mid holiday. The views to the sea were amazing also. We will definitely be booking here again for our next winter break. Thank you for giving us some fantastic memories we will cherish forever.

Lovely property in a great location.

Seas the Day beautiful house with all modern comforts. Home from home but in Cornwall.

The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The photographs in the online description were 100% accurate. We were delighted with our stay.

Wonderful week and will return and book with Aspects

Another lovely stay at Seas the Day. Such a well equipped, comfortable modern house, well positioned for Tesco and regular bus service into St Ives and beyond.

Thank you Ayres family

We had a lovely stay at Seas the day. We booked mainly because it had space for two cars to park which is rare in St Ives. The house was great, it had everything we needed and it was spotless inside. It was easy to get in and out in both cars and it is well situated with Tescos round the corner and a short walk or drive into St Ives. The bedrooms are downstairs in the property which is great because it keeps them cool when it’s hot outside. We would definitely book again.

This is our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect for us and the dog for getting down to the beach at Carbis Bay and also has great access to St Ives and Lelant. The property is immaculately presented and very well equipped. The fact that the bedrooms are downstairs means that in hot weather they stay nice and cool. A great property all round.

Great stay at Seas The Day had a wonderful 3wks.hope to return.very good location

Amazing property, ticks every box, very high standard and great location. One of the best we have stayed In, and we are regular visitors to the area.

Excellent property and location , spotlessly clean with modern bathrooms , communication from aspects holidays excellent ,

Had an amazing time despite the weather. I will definitely be booking this property again as it is in a superb location and excels in every way.

Lovely property, comfy and clean and all dressed for Christmas, it was perfect! Great location, easy for Carbis and St Ives and central for everything else Definitely be rebooking

Excellent location and a an amazing property. We couldn’t have wished for anything else. Didn’t want to leave!

Aspect holidays will find you beautiful holidays homes in Cornwall, we have been with them for four consecutive years and have booked for the fifth ??

Just got back from our week away the house itself was superb in a great location to walk to st Ives. Having Tesco around the corner is ideal for shopping we only wished we could have stayed longer would definitely recommend to my friends and family. This is the third time we have used aspects will be booking again with them in the future.

This was our second stay at this property. Could not fault it. We will definitely be going back for a third visit.

Gorgeous place, with all the luxuries of home. Great location to be away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives, but close enough to pop in when you want or to Carbis Bay. Felt very lucky to have found this place! Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful modern accommodation Presented very clean & welcoming Close to shops restaurants & pubs & really convenient for a walk along the coastal path or footpath into St Ives We loved our week there & were pleasantly surprised at the high standards that we haven't always found with other rentals

Had a lovely stay at Seas the day, it was immaculate and had everything we needed. Was great to be able to walk into St Ives, although the walk down to Carbis bay was quiet steep. Handy for places to eat, we had good meals at the Gannet and the Cornish Arms. Thanks for everything.

The property was an excellant base to explore Carbis Bay and the surrounding areas. It was a very comfortable property where the bedrooms being on the ground floor made the space cool and gave a great night's sleep. In addition to the wonderful space and excellent facilities, we also enjoyed having the courtyard space and parking for 2 cars. The proximity to the Tesco store was also a benefit as Restaurants were booked out so fast and due to COVID, we had a few canceled whilst we were there. We wanted to book again for 2022, but it was already solidly booked out for the summer :(

Lovely spacious, modern, well equipped property with lovely little views of Carbis Bay beach from the lounge. TV in kids twin room is a great to have. A short walk to the beach but we drove to the station and parked there as an easier and smoother walk to the beach when you have older guests with you. We took the train to St Ives which takes five minutes. Would highly recommend Becks fish and chips and a visit to Lappa Valley and Michael’s Mount while you’re there. Lovely holiday house to relax in at the end of a busy day! Aspects are always great, we always come back.

Great location for beaches and access to main routes. Comfortable house, well maintained and decorated. Easy parking for 2 cars.

Loved the property well equipped with quality furnishings unexpected sea views from lounge.great location also cleaned to a very high standard would definitely stay there again

A lovely , well equipped property within easy walking distance to Sandy beaches and St Ives .

Wonderful property and excellent location for our requirements, will certainly rebook for the new year! Thank you Aspects!

Great warm comfortable house, furnished to a very high standard. In walking distance to The Gannett Pub and La Casita (spanish tapas) amazing food. Beaches were easily accessible all within walking distance. The house had all you could want for

Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean larger than average holiday home. We could not fault the amenities in the property, everything seemed brand new. Handy for Carbis Bay and St Ives, although the walk from the train station is really steep! Tesco Superstore 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend the property.

Such a gorgeous property. Beautifully decorated and the location is fantastic. Will definitely be booking this property again.

We really enjoyed our time spent here. The property is conveniently positioned. Tesco is a short walk away. We did the scenic walk into st Ives and also used the bus. The property has everything you need for a family holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and the accommodation was well presented. Spotlessly clean and all the facilities you need whilst on holiday. Would highly recommend the house and also the company for ease of booking.

Had a great 2018 Christmas, very comfortable and modern house. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Decorated especially for Christmas and a welcome hamper was a nice touch.

Fabulous property decorated to a high standard with all mod cons. Well maintained and clean. Perfectly situated in the beautiful Carbis Bay and a lovely walk to St Ives town.

We had a lovely weeks stay in this amazing property. It is clean, modern and has everything you need and a bit extra. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location, near to lots of places to visit. Very clean, beautiful house, very comfortable with everything you could possibly needed for your stay. Out look out the back isn't that great due to a brick wall straight in front of you, however we were only there in the evening so it didn't make any difference to us. Thank you ??X

The cottage is a very comfortable place decorated with the highest standards. The location is perfect, close to the beach (do take into account though it's a steep climb coming back from Carbis Bay) and walking distance from St Ives (20mins), and also for driving to any other town in South West Cornwall.

Amazing house and lovely furnishings, great location with many little short cut lanes down onto carbis bay beach. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
