Amazingly spacious penthouse apartment. Far reaching views over the Hayle Estuary to the sea. We know this building and Hayle very well having stayed here a number of times previously but first time in this apartment. If you love St Ives, which we would only visit on a day trip, then Hayle is maybe not for you. We like the quieter, living community feel of Hayle, to experience the real Cornwall among local residents. There are still beaches within walking distance, as well as a good range of shops/takeaways/restaurants, and the rspb reserve for those interested in wildlife and the coastal path literally on the doorstep. It's our idea of holiday heaven but appreciate it may not be for everyone.

April 2024

Couldn't believe the view when we first walked in - absolutely fabulous! A really spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location. The two parking spaces were an absolute bonus and having Asda just a few minutes walk away made life very easy. When we first read the description we were a little put off by the number of stairs up to the apartment but they were an easy climb and not a problem. We stayed for a short break and can't wait to return for a longer visit.

Stargazey is a lovely apartment with a large window with great views. We sadly didn’t see the stars but enjoyed watching the geese flying everyday. Very roomy and well equipped for a family or friends. Maybe not great for someone with mobility issues as they are a lot of stairs being on the top floor. We weren’t disturbed by the timber yard next door. Handy having Adsa so nearby.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are so pleased you had a great stay at Stargazey, those views are pretty spectacular! Being on the top floor gives you a great vantage point of the local coastline, but as you have mentioned the two flights of stairs may not be suitable for somebody with mobility issues, so we do mention this on our website. It's great to hear you were not disturbed by the timber yard, and you made of the most of having Asda and other local shops nearby. Katy, Customer Services.

Our first impression was great. Overall, we're content with the property as first-time visitors to Haley.
