Venton Meadow is a beautiful family home, thoughtfully designed for celebrations and quality time together. This quiet, modern retreat, one mile from the golden dunes of Gwithian Beach, is the perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday. Sleeping up to ten guests, Venton Meadow is all about togetherness. The light-filled, contemporary kitchen invites conversation over leisurely family meals and evenings of laughter around board games. Little ones are well catered for too, with a high chair and travel cot available, making it a truly family-friendly escape. The cosy sitting room, styled in sunny ochres and inky greys, echoes the coastal hues just beyond the doorstep. Large doors open onto the patio, creating an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor living. At the end of the day, five beautifully appointed bedrooms offer peaceful havens for rest, including a luxurious master suite with a deep bath perfect for a relaxing soak under a mountain of bubbles before sinking into the super-king bed. Tucked away on the outskirts of Hayle, Venton Meadow is ideally located for rural rambles and seaside strolls. Whether you're exploring scenic footpaths, paddling along soft sandy shores, or riding the exhilarating surf, you'll quickly feel at home and may never want to leave.

Tucked away at the end of a private driveway on the edge of Hayle, Venton Meadow offers a peaceful retreat where the only interruptions are birdsong and the distant sound of the sea. With its sense of seclusion and calm, you may be tempted to simply stay put, however adventure awaits just beyond your doorstep. Step out and explore the charming nearby towns of St Ives, Marazion, and Mousehole, each brimming with character, coastal charm, and Cornish culture. On breezy days, follow the coast path to Godrevy Lighthouse, where you might catch sight of seals dancing in the surf, then reward yourself with a pint and hearty meal at the Red River Inn, a local favourite known for its warm welcome and Cornish ales. Back at Venton Meadow, the magic continues. Fire up the barbecue and enjoy a freshly grilled mackerel supper under the vast Cornish skies, with stars overhead and the day’s stories still unfolding. The neatly landscaped garden, arranged over multiple levels, offers sun-drenched spots for morning coffee, lazy afternoon reads, and evening chats that stretch into the night. Whether you're in search of rejuvenation or reconnection, Venton Meadow has a rhythm all its own, unhurried, uplifting, and deeply restorative. Once discovered, this coastal hideaway will call you back, again and again.

We had an excellent holiday with Aspects Holidays, the property had everything necessary for three generations and was both quiet and well positioned for routes. Facilities, equipment and house all exceeded our expectations so we have already booked for next year.

April 2025

We've just been here with a family of 6 adults and 4 children! More than enough space for everyone. The house was clean/tidy and fully equipped with everything we needed even with tea, coffee and sugar, not many places do this so this was a nice touch. The fire pit and bbq was a added bonus and was enjoyed a few nights. Location was good and only a short walk to shops and a big park! Overall we had a fab time& would definitely return.

Lovely house in a convenient locatio for Hayle, Gwithian and Godrevy. Plenty of room for 10 people and beautiful outdoor space with bbq area and large garden. Beds were comfy and house is well equipped. Just needs a bit of tlc on the cleaning front but easy to see why the owners love their house and have lived there so long.

Thank you very much for your comments, we are so pleased to hear you found Venton Meadow to be well equipped and centrally located. It really is a beautiful family home! We are sorry to hear that you had felt that there were some areas needing a bit of attention and can only apologise if any areas had been missed. Having now received this feedback, we will pass this onto the housekeeper and closely monitor further feedback. Thanks again for your comments, it sounds like you had a fantastic time. Lucy, Customer Services

Size of property is perfect for a big family - we were 7 Adults/3 Kids Amenities are great, there is plenty of cooking utensils etc including a toastie maker, juicer, proper coffee machine all there and easy to use.Loads of cleaning bits and everything you need to get you through the week. Bring records as there is a record player in the lounge and it's hooked up to the surround sound. Nice touch! Loads of games and DVD's, plus access to Netflix, IPlayer and so on for a rainy evening at home. The kitchen table is the table of dreams for a large family. Plenty of space for everyone The location of the house is okay, it's a bit of a walk into Hayle to get to the pub, shop etc but its a nice walk. Its perhaps not as close to the beach as we would have liked, we didn't really fancy that walk with the kids, but its doable. Some roads don't have footpaths so bear in mind if you have a pram. It's a good base for day trips out in the car, easy access to A30. Parking is tight if you have a number of cars arriving! Delegate the parking to someone who is a professional 3 point turner! We had a fabulous time, and made lots of happy memories which is what it's all about - Enjoy :)

We had a wonderful family holiday at venton meadows. A great location to access a lot of Cornwall coast. Well equipped house with luxury touches.

A lovely, spacious, family property, presented in a very clean condition, well equiped overall, with modern styling. All of the bedrooms are large, and most come with en-suites. It was ideal for our family which includes a number of young children. The garden is also spacious, and well equiped with garden furniture. There is on site parking for a number of cars, and public transport is available nearby to access other parts of Cornwall, including St. Ives, avoiding the need to find parking there! We had a fabulous family holiday, and will definitely look to return in the future.

Lovely family home, plenty on space and very well equipped. Weather made the lovely outside space very usable . We took our own BBQ as used it most nights. Great holiday .

Reply from Aspects Holidays

The owners of Venton Meadow have since purchased a BBQ for the outside area, so that all guests are able to cook outside on those sunny evenings. Hoping to welcome you back again soon, Ben Customer Services.
