Capture the sun rising over the rolling waves before they approach the sweeping, golden sands of Praa Sands Beach, whilst enjoying your piping hot coffee on Chy Reen's terrace. Make a perfect start to the day, sitting on the garden sofa immersed in the comforting warmth of the morning sunshine, while waiting for the rest of the family to stir. With parking for three cars and sleeping six, you are sure to make lasting family memories in this spacious, comfortable home, which is perfectly located just a short stroll from the beach. After breakfast, pack up a picnic of local produce from the village store, just a few steps away, and head down to the expansive beach of Praa Sands for the day. With toes dipping in the shallows, watch the children jumping over the foaming waves or building sandcastles, whilst spending lazy sunny afternoons sunbathing, with a Cornish ice cream from the beach cafe in hand. After a day exploring, enjoy pre dinner drinks on the terrace, while the little ones play games on the emerald lawn. The upstairs snug is a great place for the younger family members to escape to for some time away from the grown-ups, making Chy Reen an ideal holiday home for families or a group of friends. All bedrooms, the snug, sitting and dining rooms boast sea views; perfect to enjoy the warm ambers of a memorable sunset, with a cold glass of wine, before retiring to the comfortable beds for a peaceful slumber.

Praa Sands is set within Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Beauty; enjoy a ramble on the several coastal paths to experience the staggering scenery. Also renowned for surfing, for both the more experienced surfer or those who are keen to learn, take to the water and try something new: paddleboarding, kite surfing or sailing, to name but a few. There is so much to explore in the surrounding area, with Porthleven and its beautiful harbour and choice of fine eateries, the cove of Perranuthnoe or the wonder that is St Michael's Mount in Marazion, all just a short drive away. Chy Reen is the perfect choice for a very special holiday and will leave you wanting to return year after year.
