Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. Great location, well furnished and really helpful having a carpark space nearby. The kids loved their bedroom and slept well. We will look to book again in the future.

The property was in a great location and Aspects were very flexible to accommodate our Easter weekend and holiday booking. Property was exactly like the pictures and well finished including v comfy beds and sofas! Perfect for our family of 4. The parking permit was a great addition especially during a peak period as Easter!

The property could do with a lick of paint in certain areas and some basic cooking ingredients such as salt and pepper would be handy! Otherwise spot on and highly recommend.

We had such a lovely break at Sea Breeze. Such a cosy cottage, very clean and very well equipped. Three minutes to the sea which is perfect for sea lovers. The location is spot on, close to the shops, pubs, restaurants and the beaches. Having a guaranteed parking space in St Ives is a bonus, and it is a minutes drive away from the cottage. Beware if you are tall, my other half banged his head on the door frames many times, you would have thought he would have learnt after the third time! :) We are already talking about booking this wonderful cottage for a break next year, and we can't wait.

Sea breeze is a really super little cottage. Clean and comfortable. The directions to the property are very clear so keep heart when you are driving through a busy town and narrow roads. Be aware there is no garden or courtyard however you are in minutes walk to town and beaches which is fabulous. Enjoy your holiday.

Another lovely stay at Sea Breeze - our second year. Clean, bright and airy cottage. Crisp, modern decor. Welcoming milk, tea, coffee and sugar waiting. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Very comfortable beds. Easy walking to beaches, shops and closeby parking space. A definite bonus! 2nd year here, loved every minute, and have rebooked for next year.

Sea breeze is a marvellous cottage in St Ives. We had a really comfortable few days, the cottage is well situated a short stroll from town and close to Porthgwidden beach The parking space in the nearby car park is a real added bonus. Norway stores close by is well stocked and the staff are very friendly and welcoming We will definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay at Sea Breeze. The location of the cottage was perfect, close to the beaches and town . The Cottage was comfortable and cosy and we loved that from the main bedroom you can just across to Godrevy and the sea.

Our 3rd stay at Sea Breezes Great position for the town harbour and beaches and the car parking space is an absolute bonus in St Ives. Always immaculately clean and a credit to the housekeeper. Only disappointment was we booked for Christmas and found there was no Christmas tree

I have stayed at Sea Breeze a few times - its my favourite place to stay in St Ives. The quality and cleanliness is always consistently spot on. The owners did an excellent job of furnishing it, the cleaners do an excellent job of keeping it spotless & Aspects do an excellent job of managing all of it.

Had a wonderful stay in December. The cottage was just as described and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Included parking was a bonus.

The log burner provided a few cozy nights in after walking.

Sea Breeze is a lovely cottage in a great location for accessing St Ives beaches and the town. Norway Stores is close by for shopping and if you're into art the galleries along Back Road West are an easy walk. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. It is accessed by a flight of stone stairs and as I am 70 I did find I needed to pay attention so it may not suit anyone with mobility issues. I would be happy to stay here again.

We’ve stayed here once before and you can’t beat it for location, & ease with the parking space included. The place is very clean and well looked after We would definitely stay again. Thanks again for providing a great base for our holiday

Sea Breeze was the perfect accommodation to stay in for the week of our wedding at Porthgwidden Cafe!

It was in the perfect location and was spacious, bright and airy. It was well equipped for all our needs and the bed was very comfortable.

There was so much storage space which is what i particularly looked for when booking this property as to try and stay super organised for our wedding!

We cannot thank the owners enough for allowing us to check in on the Thursday! We will 100% be back to stay in Sea Breeze and will forever hold a very special place in my heart.

Bright, airy, and comfortable little cottage, in a quiet part of old St Ives. Beautifully kept with quality furnishings. Beds really comfy. Easy to walk to all beaches and shops. Reserved parking space at Porthgwidden a big bonus. Made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Sea breeze cottage is in a great location in St Ives Café’s Pubs and fantastic restaurant’s all well within walking distance and it’s got a parking space which is definitely an added bonus

Excellent location with a reserved car park space that in St Ives is a huge positive. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation with quality furnishings.

Sea Breeze is a really lovely property right in the centre of St Ives. You can walk to all the best spots, and beaches within minutes. The wood burning stove is wonderful (although make sure you bring firelighters and wood as we were only supplied with 4 logs for a week long stay and no firelighters). The bed is really comfy, although I am not convinced it is king size. Well decorated and all the utensils etc you need to enjoy your stay, as well as some really lovely welcome treats provided! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Excellent location with easy access to the town and beaches especially Porthgwidden Beach. The provision of a parking permit was a big bonus enabling us to use the car without worrying about parking on return.

Cottage and service did not disappoint from website. We had a lovely week exploring surrounding area.

I have used Aspects a few times now & the service has always been second to none.

The property was immaculately clean & tidy as usual.

One small note - its a shame Covid has meant that things like cushions & throws were removed - for my next trip i'm bringing my own as my back needs them!

During my stay there was a problem with the electric shower, not Aspects or the property owners fault - just wear & tear & general maintenance that was required. Aspects sorted it out quickly & efficiently, with great communication & without any inconvenience to our holiday. Thanks to Sarah at Aspects for her efficiency & great communication with this.

The property is in a fantastic location and is a beautiful little cottage - literally a couple of minutes walk to the harbour front but so quiet. Spotlessly clean with nice features, a good kitchen, comfortable lounge and very comfortable bed.

Stayed 3 nights at sea Breeze. Lovely cottage surprisingly spacious, parking very close by. It’s in the best area, very quiet and traditional. Did not experience any issues. Would definitely stay in this cottage again.

Really beautiful property in an excellent location. We loved having the wood burning stove which we used a lot during our stay, there was nothing better than cosying up with a bottle of wine with a roaring fire to keep you warm when its blustery outside. It has all the amenities you could want and a lovely kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms were also very cosy and comfortable. Aspects were a pleasure to book through, everything was made so easy and there was some lovely touches along the way. St. Ives has our hearts, there is so much to do and see here and the views can't help but take your breath away every time. Our favourite restaurant this year was The Mermaid, which is just a stone throw away from this property, the food was delicious and it's a very romantic and special setting. Pub wise it has to be The Sloop, with a selection of Cornish beer, cider and gin with live music most nights what more could you want! We've already put our deposit down for next year and we cannot wait to return!

This apartment is presented to a very high quality, tastefully decorated with absolutely everything you could possibly think of to cater to your every whim. 5 star accommodation in self catering! Very close to town and with an allotted parking space close by, which given the narrow streets and difficulty getting around by car at St Ives, is a real God send! I will definitely stay again. Service provided by Aspects Holidays is also amazing and are on hand to help with anything you may need. We were delighted and one of the best self catering experiences we have ever had.

We really enjoyed our holiday at sea breeze. It's a really cosy, comfortable property and spotlessly clean. It's in a great location close to Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches. The property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to our next visit
