i consider this to be the best located house in St Ives. My family have stayed here several times. Views of, and easy access to, the harbour allowed us to take our breakfast, afternoon tea and wines out to the harbour every day. Also, only few minutes from Porthmeor Beach and the ever popular Mermaid restaurant. Do not hesitate to book.

The location is superb and can’t fault it. Excellent views of the harbour and Within a short stroll to all shops and bars. Easy to access with a great central location. We have stayed here a number of times over the last 20 years and Will definitely stay again.

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay, despite the sometimes challenging Cornish weather. However, the accommodation was welcoming and warm, providing everything needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

This property is a little gem. Beautifully presented clean and cosy. The best part for me is the view from the balcony. Enjoy a glass of wine, read a book whilst hearing the waves against the harbour. You are close to everything. Perfect

Love the location. Loved sitting on the small patio and people watching.Although we have stopped here before and loved it, this time I am not so able bodied as I was so found it very difficult to climb the steps to the front door, also found it difficult to climb the two flights of stairs to the bathroom. Would not be able to stay again until I have my new knees. Very sad.

We had a fantastic stay in October at 1 Mount Zion, the weather was stunning! We had wonderful views it was a lovely house, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, beautifully furnished, warm and cozy. We would definitely stop here again. Bit of a steep climb for my 93 year old mother to get up the steps into the property but she’s managed it ! Thank you Aspects holidays ??

We enjoyed our stay but it's not suitable for 6 adults....the bunk beds are only suitable for a small a adult/children.

When you are on holiday take time to investigate the area and if you can’t find something or some where don’t be afraid to ask for directions or recommendations but above all enjoy yourselves and the surroundings the locals are very sociable.

Fantastic location, everything is an easy walk, beaches, harbour, restaurants, shops, pub, all a minute from Mount Zion. Even Aspects office is right there! Lovely views from the windows at the front, comfy living room & beautiful bedrooms. Kitchen lovely & plenty of space. We will definitely book this property again. There are steep steps up to the front door.

The cottage was very well equipped, with a small terrace which you can sit out and enjoy the views of the Harbour life The cottage is only a few steps away from the Harbour it is ideal for all ages
You could easley leave the car parked all week and enjoy all the great walks and St Ives life in general We had a really enjoyable time with fantastic weather,- and this was Mid October-

This cottage is just fabulous. Perfectly placed with priceless sea views, the attention to detail made it seem more like a hotel experience than a holiday cottage and provision of essentials such as bedding, towels and initial tea, coffee and milk supplies was a real bonus. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, absolutely every aspect of a home from home experience was covered. We will certainly return

Lovely place to stay right on the beach everything decor furnishings etc were to a high standard will be booking again for 2016. Stairs maybe a bit steep for people with bad leg problems.

A superbly appointed and extremely conveniently located house with all mod cons and stunning views from most rooms. Very good value for money when all facilities are taken into consideration, especially the balcony and multiple bathroom areas. We have been staying in and around St Ives for over 15 years and this was our first "Aspects" property. Without a doubt it is now the favourite! Would have no hesitation in returning. Indeed, can't wait!

We have been visiting St Ives for years and every year stayed in a different cottage with whichever company. This was by far one of our favourite properties for location, amenities, space, cleanliness and specifically... The spectacular views. We will definitely come back to Aspects & Mount Zion!
