Superbly located on the seaward side of this popular complex on Porthmeor Beach, Number 31 is a two bedroom apartment ideal for couples or a family wanting to enjoy peace and tranquillity, whilst also being next to the beach and a 5 minute walk from the lively centre of St Ives. Uninterrupted sea and beach views can be enjoyed from the reclining chairs on the balcony leading off the sitting room or guests can enjoy the sunshine all day from the sheltered sun-trap patio off the upstairs bedroom, retiring to the balcony downstairs, glass of wine in hand, to enjoy the stunning sunsets on the horizon.

The property was clean, welcoming and well cared for. it has wonderful views and bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable.

We loved staying at 31 St Nicholas. Wonderful view of the sea and Porthmeor Beach and an excellent location for walking into town, onto the beach or out along the cliffs. The apartment is very comfortable, warm and very generously equipped. The parking space is very tight and we made use of the Countryside Rover parking ticket that allowed us to park in the Island car park nearby. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back again soon!

The parking at St Nicholas court can be a little tight depending on which property you book, which is why we list the dimensions of the space with website description, so that guests can see whether their car will fit or not. Should your car be too big, but the property looks too good to resist, then as you've highlighted, a rover ticket is always a good option, especially in the winter months when the car parks are quieter, as it allows you to park in council carparks across Cornwall, which is perfect for day trips. A beautiful week the last week of August with 2 teenage children. Perfect location looking onto the Island and Porthmeor Beach from the balcony. We loved the open plan kitchen and living room with the breakfast bar. The apartment is nicely furnished throughout and bright. The children liked their bedroom with the extra sink and mirror.

St Nicholas Court's location is great for access to Porthmeor Beach and if you need to nip back to the apartment to change out of your wetsuit! The second balcony at the rear for the upstairs bedroom is a bonus also. Onsite laundry and car parking.

We knew about the size of the parking space before we arrived, so it's worth double checking your vehicle dimensions. We chose 31 St Nicholas Court for the location and reserved secure car parking space under the property. It's a narrower space than some of the others in the development but luckily owner of the car parked in the next space wasn't going out all week and neither did we. We were never far away anyway if we needed to move our car so they could get their's out. It's just one of the things you have to accept staying in St Ives.

Fabulous sea views. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Almost on the beach. We love it so much we have already booked again for next year. This will be our 7th stay. Highly recommend it.

Lovely cosy apartment in a wonderful location with excellent views of and easy access to Porthmeor beach. Comes with a parking space which is a little tight and could be a issue if you intend using your car regularly. Perfect for sitting on the balcony with a glass if wine watching the world go by. Great apartment in the centre of St Ives. The views are sensational, so peaceful being so close to the beach and hear the sea. Sadly for us, the bed was too hard and uncomfortable which would prevent us returning to this particular property. We would return to St Ives in a heart beat and would definitely use Aspect Holidays.

Amazing views and locations, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the harbour. Parking is tight but managed fine in an estate car. Lovely bathroom with a nice bath. Scones and milk for when we arrived were a nice touch. Have stayed in st ives for the last 8 years and this is the best location by far.

Just the type of holiday I needed after being diagnosed with Bells Palsy, I needed all the rest and recuperation I could get, I went home at least 50% better than when I arrived. Loved every minute of it. Thank you.

Great place Lovely views

Lovely flat, with perfect views. Bright and airy living/dining room. Our only problem that the flat has a small fridge and a small freezer compartment. But didn’t spoil things, personal preference.

After travelling from Somerset, we arrived at our property late evening (21:30) to find it was dirty and had not been cleaned by the housekeeper. We managed to contact the out-of-hours phone line, where we spoke to Sarah who handled the matter. Sarah offered to bring clean bedding for us, of which we declined as we requested for the apartment to be fully cleaned before sleeping there.

We managed to find a very last-minute hotel which had a room available for the night. The following morning we had a call from Ben, sincerely apologising and ensuring us that the matter would be dealt with promptly. A few hours later and we were told the apartment had been cleaned and sanitised properly, and that the truth behind the matter was simply because the housekeeper had missed the property off the list.

We were greeted with Prosecco and a box of afternoon tea, and the apartment once cleaned was fantastic. Ben escalated the matter during our stay and agreed to reimburse us for our night in the hotel, ensuring we are not out of pocket. We ended up having an excellent trip and, whilst it got off to a bad start, believe Sarah, Ben and Ashleigh handled the matter incredibly well, particularly for checking up on whether we had settled in well after the problems had been resolved. This experience will not prevent us from returning, and we would still recommend Aspects.

A lovely apartment in a great location with views across Porthmeor beach, the Island and out to sea. We are regular visitors to St Ives and would recommend this apartment as one of the best properties we’ve stayed at; ideal for a couple or small family that are fine navigating some stairs.
Parking is tight but a real bonus. A clean, tidy, well furnished and equipped apartment in a great location for all that St Ives has to offer.

Just returned home after spending a week in this fabulous apartment with amazing vies in an excellent location in St Ives. Parking was a bonus too. Would definitely stay here again ... couldn't fault anything about it.

If you're looking for a reputable holiday company you will find Aspects service second to none. St Nicholas Court in St Ives is a fantastic place to stay and with its location right next to the beautiful beach, you're in a very accessible, stunning and enviable location.

We've been staying there for over 30 years and we keep going back, its the kind of place you feel at home in straight away. Thoroughly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at 31 st Nicholas court. Great views and perfect location. A little unhappy with the late check in to give time for the ‘extra cleaning’ that clearly hadn’t been done before we arrived.

Excellent location, beautiful coastal views from the balcony and lounge. Perfect place to explore beautiful St Ives and all it has to offer.

Nice flat with great veiw getting a bit pricey though for one week .

If you want a view, this flat is the one to go for. Perfectly located on the island and the most amazing view and sounds of the sea. We utterly loved our stay here. The additional bedroom balcony is a lovely plus, a right sun trap even when we stayed in October. Definitely very keen to return

Beautiful apartment great view of the porthmeor surf beach .Bonus of having a car parking space and two balconies one of which is a great sunbathing spot as it's a sun trap. Definitely recommended.

This apartment has it all going on great location with stunning views of Porrtmeor Beach and The Island as they are right outside the balcony. Well equipped and furnished with tasteful décor, covered car park and an Aspects office onsite, hard to beat if you want to see and hear the sound of the waves breaking on the beach

The property is finished to an exceptional standard. The kitchen is beautiful. The balcony views are out of this world. Watching the sunset was a luxury in itself. We absolutely loved this place and wish it wasn’t already booked for next year.

Perfect for kids as you can be from beach to home in less than 30 seconds - ideal for changes, toilet visits etc. Great parking and extremely close to town. This is a really well equipped property with fantastic views. You can just sit and watch the waves for hours. There is some great art work and a general homely feeling about the property which makes you feel at ease. Would love to stop here in the summer months when you would feel the full benefits of the balcony and terrace. Would definitely stop again

The apartment was a lovely place to stay the views were amazing and it was very relaxing. The appartment was very piecefull but still only a very short walk to st ives town where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars to explore. This apartment was also very nicely decorated and was also very well equipped. I would defiantly like to visit this place again in the future and would also recommend it to family and friends. Great for a couple wanting a romantic break or for a family holiday.

A very nice apartment, lovely views from the balcony, near to shops restuarants beaches, did not need to use our car all week, good parking under the apartments. All we needed in the apartment, good kitchen, very good equipment. Lovely bathroom. The bedroom was really comfortable with a good sized balcony looking over a nice gardens. Very quiet position yet near to all you need. Very enjoyable.

Fantastic view and secure parking allows you to park up and not access the car for the stay of your holiday. Two balconies allow you to catch the sun and be sheltered at the back, whilst enjoying the sunsets and views over Porthmeor from the front. Two bedrooms mean privacy for the second bedroom guests, rather than being in the lounge.

This apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in one of the best towns in Cornwall. You can sit in the apartment, and watch the world go by, whilst admiring the surfers on the beach, the children playing on the beach, and the walkers exploring the island. The staff were extremely pleasant, and very helpful. We will be rebooking for 2016 once the availibility has been published. Thank you Aspects for another fantastic holiday!
