Number 33 commands a superb position within the complex, looking across the Atlantic Ocean and those famous waves of Porthmeor beach. It is an ideal apartment for couples or a small family wishing to be right in the heart of the surf scene and beach life, as well as within a very short walk of St Ives harbour and the town's offerings of galleries, shops and fantastic eateries.

We have stayed at St.Nicholas Court a few times now and this was far the nicest so far. The welcome pack was amazing, the best ever. The view from the balcony overlooking Portmeor beach is super and the patio off the bedroom is a little suntrap. Can't wait to return next year.

33 St Nicholas Court is a wonderful, comfy apartment with fabulous views over the island and Porthmeor. Nice comfy bed and very quiet. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is maintained extremely well by the owners. The housekeeping is excellent, extremely clean and tidy. Parking is a real bonus and very secure.The owners very kindly leave a fabulous hamper of goodies which is very much appreciated. 33 St Nicholas Court is our favourite place to stay and we hope to have many more holidays there.

We have stayed in a lot of Apartments in St Nicholas Court over the years and in our opinion 33 is the best! Very comfortable, quiet, clean and with a lovely outlook over the island and the sea. Very comfortable bed which is always a bonus. The owner provides a really generous welcome hamper which is much appreciated. The parking space is also great to have.

We have holidayed in St Ives for many years but this was our first year using Aspect Holidays. We found everything just as described and when a problem occurred with the water Sarah from the St Ives office dealt with it quickly and efficiently having a plumber on site straight away. She also helped us negotiate dates that weren’t readily available for a further stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Aspect again for future holidays or recommend them to others.

What a wonderful property! One of the best - spotlessly clean, well-maintained, extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We had dreadful weather but it didn’t matter because the flat was warm and cosy and we could sit and watch the waves and the surfers. The views are amazing. The location is perfect too - seconds away from Porthmeor Beach and minutes from the centre of town with its lovely shops, restaurants, cafes and galleries. Finally it has a reserved secure parking spot which is always a huge plus in St Ives - maybe a bit small if you have a large car, but absolutely fine for a Ford Fiesta. As usual, Aspects personal efficient service was wonderful. We can thoroughly recommend both Aspects and no.33 St Nicholas Court. Thank you.

33 St Nicholas Court is a superbly located well presented and equipped property. I would highly recommend for all able bodied people. Those with mobility issues may find access via the multiple separate flights of stairs difficult to negotiate.

Being a second-floor apartment, there are a few steps to negotiate, and whilst there is a chair lift that can be used with prior arrangement that only goes up to the first floor, so those with limited mobility will definitely need to bear this in mind. 33 St Nicholas Court was in a perfect spot, with 2 balconies (1 looking over the sea, the other over the internal garden) and just a few minutes walk down into St Ives. Fab beach cafe just 5 mins away too.
The property was spotless and had everything we needed for the holiday. The underground carpark has a real bonus.
We'd stop here again in a blink.

33 St Nicolas Court is ideal for a couples holiday. Well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing break. Ideally located with a parking space in secure garage for a small car. The property is nicely decorated giving it a light, modern feel. Beautiful white cotton bedding and quality pillow and duvets are perfect for a good nights sleep.
