The apartment is perfect for couples but with its full size double sofa bed, it can accommodate up to four people or a small family. Our 2nd stay in flat 40 and hopefully not our last. Perfect location,very close to the beaches and the town but also away from the hustle and bustle,amazing sea view,very clean comfortable and modern inside,it has everything you need and saves taking lots with you ie hand wash,iron and board,kitchen roll every utensil you could think of,and a welcome pack of fresh milk in the fridge,biscuits coffe tea and sugar. Cant fault it at all.

We loved our stay at 40 st Nicholas court, our 4th stay in this complex, different flat each time and this was the best yet. Best location in st Ives. Great flat, very clean and tidy, lovely location, stays very cool in the afternoon which was ideal for our dog. Front balcony was lovely for a morning tea and coffee. The upstairs balcony was great as it is a sun trap and dried all our beach stuff fast. Thanks aspects.

The flat is extremely well presented and the parking space is a bonus. The underfloor heating kept the flat lovely and warm. The location is excellent. As usual the service offered by Aspects was exceptional, the staff are very helpful and ensure that you have a good holiday.

Beautiful accommodation with sea views. Modern & comfortable interior design with lots of space & light. Great location, near beaches and island for walking the dog. Bonus of having underground parking space. Would definitely return again and highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely, modern apartment in the heart of St Ives. Close to all amenities and within a couple of minutes walk to the beaches. Lovely views to the bay from the rear balcony. Underground car parking was a must as the public car parks are nearly always full. Quite a number of stairs which could be a issue for people with mobility problems. Had a lovely break and would certainly return.

Well located and a lovely space to holiday in for a week is so. The bed was very comfortable and the upstairs balcony was a great space to get the evening sun and relax. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen and coffee, tea bags, sugar and milk left on arrival which was a nice touch. The apartment is between two lovely beaches and a minutes walk from a lovely sea cliff walk which our dog loved. Overall a great little apartment to relax in.

Lovely furnished apartment with all necessities needed Both outdoor areas we lovely. The smaller downstairs area was great for morning coffee in the sun and cooler in the afternoon.

40 st nicholas court was perfect for my partner me and our dog. It was spotless and beautifully furnished. Obviously it is ideally located for both beaches either side of the island and also for the town . I stayed in st nicholas court when i was a little girl and i always wanted to go back and now i have a little tick on my bucket list . Totally recommend for any length of stay you will be very comfortable x
