Book

From this splendid duplex apartment which is a two minute walk from Porthmeor beach, the vista is vast and takes in the beauty of St Ives. It boasts a fabulous spacious interior and luxury credentials, including a sauna! What better way to finish off a day than heating the sauna and relaxing into the evening.

Decorated with a sense of style and fun, you will feel every bit at home here with the added bonus of having St Ives at your feet. If luxury self catering is what you're after, Sea Blue is the perfect place to stay. A short walk down into the heart of St Ives brings you out onto the cobbled shop lined Fore Street which in turn leads you to the harbour beach one way or the magical narrow streets of The Digey in the other, offering you a delight of fisherman's cottages, galleries, quaint independent cafes and shops and heading in the right direction for the beautiful blue flag Porthmeor beach.

PLEASE NOTE: There are two projects taking place within Godrevy Gardens, which is on the land opposite Porth Glas. There is a tall scaffolding structure up, covered in sheeting, which does impact the views from the property. The projects are expected to take place through to Easter 2026 with activities seen, heard, and felt throughout the duration. Please contact the customer services team for more information and photos. Due to the nature of these works the owner is offering a 10% discount to any guests looking to book in 2024 and 2025

This is a beautifully appointed property with spectacular views normally. )Unfortunately the building in front of the property is currently obliterating the views).

We are pleased you had a lovely stay at Sea Blue - One Eighty. We completely understand how disappointing it is to have these sea views temporarily obstructed by the building work going on. This project is expected to be ongoing until 2026, but we are keeping a close eye on things to let guests know what to expect at the time of their stay. We hope we can welcome you back again soon. Katy, Customer Services.

This is a well equipped house with easy access to everything St Ives offers but the view is now impaired by the new development in front of it.

It's great to hear that you had everything you needed during your stay at Sea Blue and made the most of being so close to everything St Ives has to offer. While there are ongoing works taking place near the property, we do our best to make it clear in the web description that views are affected, so that guests are aware of this prior to their stay. If you have any questions at all before your stay about the works, we urge guests to get in touch and we'll be more than happy to provide photos and more information. Phoebe, Customer Services.

It’s a lovely place to stay with excellent views and access to town. The building that’s taking place opposite didn’t affect us in general.Certainly not noisy for the week we were there.

We love Sea Blue One Eighty - perfect location with great views and very comfortable. It was our third stay here and was every bit as good as we remember it.

A very pleasant home to enjoy a holiday in.Fantastic views of the beaches and charming rooftops of St.Ives.Although it’s a very steep climb from the town it’s perfectly situated for having the best of both worlds, high enough for amazing views but only a couple of minutes to get to the heart of St Ives with it’s fantastic restaurants and good shopping.

Fantastic property with stunning views. All home comforts thought of with quality furnishings and decoration. Less than 5 minutes walk down to the shops and restaurants of St Ives made it the perfect position. It was a great bonus having a parking spot in front of the property.

Absolutely stunning accommodation with the best views over St Ives. We have stayed in the town for several years but this was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. A short walk to everywhere and a short steep hill walk on the way home… but worth it !

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Even parking right outside the door. Very clean with all the comforts of home.

Everything about sea blue was excellent,

It was very well maintained and spotlessly clean, it had everything you needed and more

Car parking is right outside the door

The view from the front room is THE best

It is a steep climb from the town, but it was worth it for the view

This property has everything needed for a great relaxing break away. It is so well equipped with all mod cons and comforts. Amazing views over St Ives with plenty of opportunities to weather watch and boat watch.

Sea Blue One Eighty is all round the best property we have stayed in in St Ives (and we have stayed in some luxurious properties here). It’s well located, is a good size, has excellent parking and is finished really practically for a beach holiday. Looking forward to staying there next year, it’s just a shame it’s no longer going to be through Aspects.

Really great apartment, great view from the living room, which we could never grow tired of.
A 5* property in a great location.

I never put reviews online but I frequently recommend Aspects to people.

We have been coming to St.Ives on holiday with our family for years and have always booked with aspects, as they are a great company to deal with. This apartment is lovely and we would love to stay in it again! The location is fantastic, with stunning views over St.Ives, as well as easy access to the beach and Fore street, a 2 minute walk. The fascilities of the apartment are excellent and the sauna is great fun. Excellent parking right outside the apartment. The location is quiet and yet near the hub of St.Ives.

Aspects are a fabulous company to deal with, we have booked with them for our annual trip from scotland for a number of years and they have gone above and beyond to be helpful unlike the first company we booked with. The property was just perfect for us as a family of four, we will definitely be booking there again. Really great location as it was a bit quieter. There is a bit of a steep hill to the property which may be harder if you find walking challenging but it wasn’t a problem for us. Parking space outside an absolute joy to have! Had a brilliant time didn’t want to leave!

Best place we have stayed in St Ives and have been coming for years. Fab apartment, fab views. Looking forward to rebooking.

Sea blue was in a great location, though it is at the top of a hill from fore street and Porthmeor, just something to be mindful of if travelling with relatives/friends that may struggle with this, however this does mean it has wonderful views! Lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms with powerful rainfall shower head. Parking space is super handy, and the sky tv package was a welcomed addition.

Great apartment. Very spacious , well equipped and comfortable. Really good views. Nice touch finding tea, coffee, shower gel and even a bottle of wine when we arrived. We stay in St Ives twice a year and have done for the last twelve years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Great service from Aspects. We will stay at Sea Blue One Eighty again.

Ideal location with parking right outside, beautifully decorated with the bonus of the views over the bay and the sauna . Everything we needed was provided.

Another great stay at Sea Blue One Eighty. The accommodation is one of the best we have stayed in, high quality fittings with everything you need and in a great location. Perfect for a much needed relaxing break. As always the assistance from Aspects before and during the week was great as was contact we had with the owner. I hope to return again in the future.

Great service from Aspects as usual and accommodation was everything that I wanted and more. I hope to return soon.

We had a lovely relaxing time at Sea Blue... We loved the sauna, the views, the location and also the fact that the apartment was so close to the sea

Great views across Porthmeor with easy access to Fore Street, beaches, galleries and all other attractions. The uphill trek back may put some off, but you might want to walk off the ice cream and pasties!

Sea Blue 180 is a lovely light, airy apartment, tastefully and pragmatically furnished. Kitchen area is well equipped, lounge very comfortable with outstanding views of St Ives. Bedrooms are of good size, as are the bathrooms: certainly suitable for four adults. The sauna is a nice touch, particularly after a breezy day in the surf!

Parking is literally infant of the apartment, so loading and unloading is a piece of cake. If you love St Ives, you will love Sea Blue 180.

Sea Blue - One Eighty was the best accommodation we have stayed in in St Ives. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The views are amazing! Parking is a delight compared to others we’ve had.

Sea view is a lovely property, we really enjoyed out stay there. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped and the location is fabulous. We found the outside shower and board store very useful and enjoyed the sauna on the one cooler day that we had!

Sea Blue one eighty is a fantastic property. It has a very large kitchen on the ground floor with high spec oven/hob/washer and dryer. the outside shower is a great idea for washing away sand from the beach. We had great weather but if you are not so lucky the upper floor has a living room at the front with a TV with sky plus and a playstation, and also plenty of board games. the two bedrooms are a decent size with good room for storage. There is also a sauna at the back of the property but we didn't use it.You are just a short and hilly walk away from the beach and the shops in Fore street, have a good meal out in town, you will burn off some calories walking back!
A couple of tips getting to the property, ignore your sat nav and follow Aspect's directions, you need to run down from Clodgey View to avoid the narrow roads. The allocated parking space is the furthest left looking out from the property, the other spaces outside are often in use by holiday makers and locals.

This is our 2nd visit to Sea Blue One Eighty and won’t be our last! Perfectly located with parking right outside and views of Porthmeor and across to Hayle! We love that we are a moments walk from everything, yet tucked away from passers by! The Sauna is also a fantastic bonus! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great apartment that is finished to a very high standard. Great location, great views, we had a fantastic holiday.

A superb property in an excellent location.

Brilliant comfortable and spacious property with lovely sea views and a parking space! Away from the hustle and noise of the busy streets and yet just a few steps away! Sauna adds a little extra to the luxury! We look forward to returning in a few months!!

We had a fantastic holiday at Sea Blue. The flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped, with a lovely view and a very valuable parking space!

stunning family property and perfzt for the beach

Excellent location and property. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday (our second in St Ives this year). We had no disturbance whatsoever from the ongoing works at The Tate. The sauna was an absolute godsend after being in the sea for 2 hours in November! Cannnot rate the property, the lovely artwork and the owners attention for detail enough. Would love to book this property again in 2017.

Great location within a couple of minutes walk of town and the beach. Briiliantly eqipped for children with beach equipment, games, a Playstation and Sky Movies - we had a great week!

Lovely property. Very well equipped and spacious. We had a great stay.
