Additional information

electric panel heaters throughout, parking for one car in the underground car park, no washing machine in the apartment but there are coin operated laundry facilities at the rear of the complex, WiFi, short breaks available.

 
 

We had a lovely 4 nights at this flat. Left the car in the car park and easily walked to town in a few minutes. Well equipped and comfortable with a lovely view of the beach. Near the road, but that didn't matter.

Beautiful view, comfortable bed and sofas, well equipped kitchen ( I love the “Bake Off” oven) good shower. We had a lovely last minute holiday here and the weather was so good we feel properly rested.

Beware car park very tight for large vehicle

We are sorry that you found the parking space to be tight for your vehicle. We appreciate that cars are getting larger as years go on, while the space sizes remain the same. Because of this, we try to give as much detail as possible regarding the undercover parking. The maximum vehicle size set by the management company is 2.1m wide x 4.5m long. There is also a height restriction of 1.8m. Katy, Customer Services.

The location is ideal for bus terminal 2min ,beach ,restaurants, shops all within 10 min walk.The shower is a bit dated but all other furnishings and appliances meet with requirements some more so.The parking is easy don't be afraid of the dimensions given in the holiday itinerary!! Have all ready booked again for next year definitely value for money.Mark and Lyn open.

Had a lovely time staying at 12 carrick widden, everything i needed was there. St ives never lets me down, it was nice to see santa arriving on the life boat. Lovely food in all the restaurants. Will definitely be back.

12 Carrack Widden is a very comfortable flat conveniently located on easily accessible road above the town with a great view overlooking Porthminster beach & station. The flat is very well equipped. A great location for easy strolls down to harbour, galleries & eating.

Accomodation & location were amazing, we would highly recommend this booking, and should we return to St Ives this would definitely be our first choice.

The booking was a smooth transaction with good communication - a fabulous all round stay for sure! : )

12 Carrack Widden is a perfect spot for a couple. Easy to drive out of St Ives but also easy to walk to beaches, shops, lovely restaurants. Best of both worlds - home from home but great options to eat out! Would definitely return.

Good comfortable apartment in a great location. The decor is a bit tired but everything works, and unlike many properties in St Ives there is parking on site. Good value for money.

This property is ideally situated close to St Ives town, also directly below apartment is beautiful Porthminster beach where you can get plenty of food and drinks. The apartment was very well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Added bonus car park underneath with numbered space.

A neat, well equipped property with very convenient, secure parking underneath apartment. (The allocated parking bay is quite tight to reverse into if all the spaces around are full.) A really good location providing easy walking into town, avoiding any need to drive into or around the busy, narrow streets. All the equipment and facilities were very clean, well presented and in very good condition.

A wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated apartment overlooking Porthminster Beach. Comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, towels provided and a wealth of information about the local area, books and games in the lounge. Within easy reach of the town, beaches and train station. Dedicated parking space. Close to the road but very efficient double glazing keeps out all noise. Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful place.

The apartment was exactly as we would expect from Aspects properties. Excellent in every way.
