This ideally situated, first floor, modern apartment is great for families or friends to holiday together in St Ives. Chy Kensa is in an elevated position, close to Porthminster beach and just a short walk to the centre of St Ives town, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants. There is plenty of space, with two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and comfortable sitting room. An added bonus is the large store room, situated in the communal entrance area, which can accommodate bikes and surf boards, ideal for those more energetic guests, and if venturing further afield by car, allocated parking means this apartment will tick all the boxes.

A really lovely, tastefully decorated apartment with parking and within a reasonable walk of the town. It’s managed beautifully, information pre holiday and in the actual flat is excellent. We have stayed a few times which shows how much we love it.

A lovely week staying in this apartment and it was great to be back in St. Ives after a long absence. The apartment was cosy and warm on those chillier autumn mornings. Nicely furnished, well equipped and clean. Very good location for the town and its attractions being just a short walk away (though some steep steps down on the way, so not ideal for everyone). Equally handy for the beaches and reserved parking was a definite plus. We have already booked this apartment for next year.

This is our first time staying in St Ives and the apartment met all our expectations and beyond, with the added bonus of a car parking space, just perfect. The location is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk and you are overlooking Porthminster Beach and 5 minutes walk you are in St Ives. This was our 2nd stay at 5 Chy Kensa and am hoping it won't be our last! A fabulous apartment which has everything catered for and more..its a real home from home. A lovely touch with the essentials left for our arrival. Beds are really comfy and an unexpected change of towels mid stay was a bonus too. We love this place as its so close to town and only a 5 minute walk down to Porthminster beach too. Having a parking spot is always a bonus as well. We find the price very reasonable too especially when compared to other 2 bed flats in St Ives, some of which are just ridiculously high these days. Aspects were also great and called to let us know that the apartment was ready before the expected time so we were able to arrive earlier. Hopefully this apartment will still be available when we next make our journey down. Absolutely love it!

Fabulous week at 5 Chy Kensa 10th-17th November helped by some kind weather. The apartment was spacious, superbly appointed and comfortable. So convenient for the town with ease of parking. Will definitely be staying again.

5 Chy Kensa is a lovely, well-furnished, modern apartment in an excellent location. The the rooms are spacious and light and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The parking space is a real bonus and the location means you don't have to drive through the centre of St Ives if you want to explore further. We would happily stay there again.

Apartment 5, Chy Kensa is a lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Really clean and tidy inside & out and finished beautifully. We really appreciated having a reserved parking space, washing machine, dishwasher & outside shower to remove sand. Easy access to the beaches and town. Already booked again for next summer :)

Beautiful apartment with outside space. The apartment is literally home from home and spotlessly clean. Parking space makes it even more appealing and relaxing, to know you can come and go as you wish and have the ability to explore the wider area without worrying about a car parking space on return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were so happy with the apartment. It was clean and incredibly comfortable. It was like 'home from home'. It is so close to the shops, restaurants and pubs. Yes, it is up hill when returning from St. Ives town, but it's manageable and not too onerous. We would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends & family. The parking facility was a massive bonus too. Our only regret was that the end of our holiday came too quickly.

We really loved this apartment which is brilliantly situated 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre of the town. ( alittle longer on the way back as up hill ! ) The apartment was very spacious with excellent furnishings , very modern & recently refurbished with all the equipment you need . It was so clean and it was lovely to be welcomed with tea , coffee and milk. We had a fantastic holiday & excellent service from Aspects . Thank you !

Immaculately clean, nicely furnished apartment in a quiet, well-kept block with two good-sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms - the main bathroom being very spacious. Nice little sideways view of the bay over to Godrevy from one of the two alcove windows in the sitting area. Well-fitted kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Spacious hallway leading to all the rooms and warm throughout, with underfloor heating.

Very convenient location for the centre and harbour, 5-10 minutes walk down and back up the hill. Good accessible parking space - not too tight for a medium/larger car. The flat is accessed through a secure communal entrance and up a small flight of stairs to the first floor.

Very comfortable and appealing property for two adults or a young family.

Aspects' customer service is excellent - even had a call on the morning of our arrival to let us know the apartment was ready for us then, if we wanted to arrive earlier. Really nice, considerate touch.

Chy Kensa is our favourite place to stay in St Ives. Fantastic location with parking. A short downhill walk to the harbour and Porthminster beach. Would highly recommend this well equipped beautiful apartment

Lovely stylish property. Home from home. Was just perfect for us. Loved being able to sit by the window looking at the sea view. Ideal location close enough to the centre but also easy access to nip out of st ives in the car and go explore other areas of Cornwall. Ideal place with bonus of a good parking space.

Very clean, modern apartment- happily stay again

A wonderful property which offers everything you need on holiday. We’re a family of 4 (2 young boys) and the apartment was perfect for us. There’s a steep walk up the hill to get back from the beach but it’s well worth it and we will definitely book again.

Had a lovely mid week stay at Apartment 5, Chy Kensa. It's close to town, train station and Porthminster beach. The flat has lots of home comforts. Was on a quiet road, very little road noise. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Great location and amazing parking space for st Ives. The walk to the beaches or at Ives itself was so accessible and not a bad walk back although it is uphill. The apartment is so comfortable and the owners have thought about everything in the kitchen which allowed some nice home cooked meals. I normally choose a place with a balcony and although the apartment came with a patio area the sunshine was very limited at this time of year. I did look to book again, but it's been snapped up for my dates next year, but definitely recommend.

It's in a peaceful location and is great base for being close enough to stroll into the centre of St Ives and the beaches whilst also being a handy location to visit other areas by car, as you don't have to drive through the narrow streets of St Ives! We have stayed at numerous places in St Ives and Chy Kensa apartment 5 is one of the best for accommodation and location, we have booked for next year.

We have just returned from 9 nights in 5 Chy Kensa apartment we originally booked 7 nights but had such a lovely week luckily we were able to stay extra nights. The apartment was spotless on arrival furnished to a high standard lovely bathrooms and kitchen had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Little extras included in the welcome pack were also very good. Aspects Holidays provide excellent service and holiday information and are easy to access if needed in St Ives. We have already booked for 2023.

Great location and well equipped. Only notes to be aware of phone signal is a little poor (Wi-Fi once logged in is decent) and lots of steps from car down and then up a flight in the building to gain access, be prepared when you arrive and depart with your luggage

Unfortunately, much of St Ives and many other areas of Cornwall have very 'patchy' phone signal, so this isn't something that is specific to just the area that this property is in. As the property has wifi, there is the option of making wifi calls or using other platforms to call from, but this may be something worth bearing in mind if ever you are returning to Cornwall. Being a first-floor apartment, there is a flight of stairs inside to get to the apartment door, which we had included in the website description. There are also a few stairs down from the car park to the communal front door, which we will now add to the website description. We are sorry that information hadn't been included initially, as we always want to provide as much information as reasonably possible so that guests can make informed decisions about properties. We enjoyed another wonderful stay at No 5, Chy Kensa. It’s perfectly clean , comfortable and with lovely, tasteful decor. It’s well equipped with good quality items. There’s a dedicated , easy parking space and it’s only a short walk from town! Definitely our favourite place to stay in St Ives. The holiday company Aspects are good at providing clear and timely information. Brilliant thank you.

Would throughly recommend this well appointed, comfortable apartment. It has everything you need and is in a great location for town and Porthminster beach. There is a slight hill/steps on way back but shouldn’t be difficult unless you have mobility issues. We’ve already booked this apartment again and envisage it becoming our new apartment of choice for St Ives. Loved it.

Lovely would stay again

Brilliant modern apartment which was more than adequate for us as a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. Very short walk to both the lovely Porthminster Beach and the shops of St. Ives but was also fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable and water pressure and temperature was great. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay in apartment 5 Chy Kensa this apartment, spacious apartment, very clean with great facilities, convenient parking. The weather was mixed for June, but really enjoyed being back in St Ives. We would certainly book the apartment again, it was nice to be on the edge of the hustle and bustle of St Ives.

The apartment is very well furnished, easy to find and a excellent location for St Ives. There is a steep bank to walk up from the Harbour so it is not ideal for everyone but we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Fabulous location, high quality fixtures and fittings with beautiful finishing touches. The property was recently decorated and the decor is tasteful and fabulous throughout - if we visit St. Ives again we will do our best to stay here - you can't say better than that!
